Activities they provided were card playing, they had music as well as a happy hour. The location was great, the size of the apartment was great, room size was good as well. Would recommend this to a family or friend. Food would go from either very poor to excellent, wasnt very consistent.

This place looks like it is going to be beautiful. although it is not finished I love how the rooms are set up. I will revisit in a month to see the progress. I am very excited about this one.

Cleanliness - Pretty good about keeping the place clean. No bad smells Friendliness - Staff is friendly and helpful Care services - The staff are very nice to the patients. I don't feel they take the residents to the bathroom often enough but I also feel that is because they just don't have enough aides for so many patients. Legally they do, but in reality it isn't enough. Activities - My relative is in the memory care unit so not a lot of activities that can be done with the patients, but they do play bingo, make a few crafts, and have people in to do music which they love. Food - my relative says the food is good. Good variety Only problem I have is they can't seem to keep laundry straight. Even with names on articles of clothing and sheets, my relative's clothes and sheets have disappeared. Not sure why this is an ongoing problem

The Beacon was clean, well-organized, well-equipped and appeared to be sufficiently staffed. The staff appeared to be caring and patient with the clients. The rehabilitative equipment was simple and well-maintained. If [name removed] was more interactive and independent still (cognitively and higher executive function), this would be a facility that I would seriously consider for long-term care.

This was a nice place. It had a dance floor. People seemed engaged in activities. I think it would definitely be worth a good look. Our main concern was that we were looking for a two bedroom unit for mom and stepdad and did eventually find one that worked. This facility did not have any available at this time. But it was a good tour and nice place.

I received a phone call from this provider within 30 minutes of talking with the rep from A Place For Mom. They answered all of my questions and we actually toured the facility the same day. The memory care unit was clean and residents seemed to be well cared for. Rating is based upon brief visit for evaluation.

This is a very nice community and our tour by the staff was done very well. they took their time showing us around and answering all our questions. There are a lot of amenities for the residents and I would suggest taking their tour of this community.

Since the search was for dad I let him have a lot of the input as to where he wanted to go. This community was nice we liked it a lot. The community appeared clean and well maintained. The staff was very nice and friendly very professional. The community just didn't give us the feeling that others had given us.

I really liked this community it was very lovely. The staff was very professional on our tour. They took the time needed to explain things from pricing to activities and asked questions in regards to what my mother would need for levels of care. The community was well kept very clean and the residents that we saw seem to be happy.

The staff have been helpful and they encourage dad to participate in some of the daily activities. The food is good and they offer healthy options. The residents have been very welcoming. The community is nice inside and out. I would recommend this community.

I loved touring this community if it had been in a different location I would have chosen it. It was on the smaller size which was nice. The community was very clean looked like it was well taken care of. The staff we met was nice and helpful. The only thing we didn't care for was the location it was just too far out of the area we wanted my friend to be in.

Elmcroft of Florence community was like a five-star hotel. The tour we took of the community was absolutely beautiful. The staff was very friendly and the environment was very inviting. We chose another community based on our budget needs.

I had recently taken a tour of this community for my loved one and I have no complaints of how things went for us. The staff where on time to our tour and made sure to answer any questions we had for them in detail. They made sure to give us there honest opinion on what my mother had needed and pointed us in the right direction. The property was beautiful and very well maintained for all of the residents. It was not the right fit at the time for my mother but I would recommend it to anyone.

The director really took her time with us and made sure to sit down and explain everything. It was just not the right price in the end decision but I would recommend it to anyone.

My tour of this community went well. The community was in the process of being remolded. From what I saw the community could use some updating. The staff I met was friendly, and answered all my questions. Everyone was very kind to my family, and I. I did find another community that suited our need better.

Ashbrook Village is not a real large community, it was a perfect setting for my mom. It is a clean and inviting place to live. The staff members are friendly and provided excellent care for my mom and were very attentive to her needs. I would recommend Ashbrook Village to others as a place for their loved ones to call their home.
