We have been here almost a year and have been very happy with facility, the food and the staff. The staff is friendly, efficient and responsive. Our casita is comfortable and well maintained. There are plenty of social events and scheduled events for us to select from. The food is well prepared and favorable with a good variety to pick from.

We feel this was the perfect facility and location for my cousin. It’s the perfect size facility for him, very manageable getting around. The apartments are very spacious and up to date. The staff is always very friendly and accommodating to all the residents. They have a wonderful amount of activities planned daily for their residents.

My Dad moved into Palos Heights Senior Living in early [date removed] after downsizing from his house. From day one, we had a positive experience with the staff and facilities here. [name removed] was especially welcoming, provided great information and she made the entire transition pleasant and efficient for Dad and our whole family. The ongoing experience has been great, even at times when Dad needed some help from the team at PHSL. They are reliable and expert at what they do. Great food and a great weekly activity schedule. I toured this senior living facility with a dear friend as her mother now needs assisted living. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by a sweet and helpful woman who gave us a lovely tour. The facility met all of my friend’s mother’s needs, so she moved in. The staff is very kind and caring and they made her move-in a seamless transition from start to finish! We were a bit concerned that she may not be happy with her new home but are pleasantly surprised that she absolutely loves it there! Thanks a million for all you do for the elderly!

The facility is clean and I like to live here . The food is good and the staff is friendly. I have friends that I have made in employees and residents . I feel safer here than home alone . Food is great

What a beautiful place. Your staff could not have been any nicer, accommodating and all in all a pleasure to be around. The community in and of itself is beautiful. What a better way to spend the last leg of your journey!

This facility is decorated beautifully, and it’s so clean. The staff are very friendly, attentive, and mostly importantly, they genuinely care about their residents. There is a fantastic community among the residents and great activities to choose from.

I am a happy resident at Green Oaks. I enjoy the activities and like the food. The staff is cooperative and helpful. I have been here for two years. The place is kept very clean. The grounds are nicely kept too.

My mom lived at Rigden Farm Senior Living for three years and absolutely loved her apartment and the people there. The staff always went out of their way to make her feel welcome, and she only just recently moved out because she needed Memory Care. I’d recommend Rigden Farm to anyone looking for Independent Living where residents are treated with real dignity and kindness.

We had to move Mom about 3 months ago, due to the closing of the facility at which she previously lived. The staff made the move easy and have helped Mom adjust. There have been a few hiccups in the transition because change is hard for Mom. But the staff has been responsive to our concerns. We looked at a number of facilities before we decided on this one. We're sure we made the right choice!

I'm here in independent living, to be near my wife, who is in memory care. The staff has done an excellent job attending to her needs. It's my opinion that the Enclave is very well administered. The staff takes their duties seriously and are efficent. There are many varied activities and the staff makes them fun. The administrator, is excellent at dealing with issues and bring them to proper conclusion.

Mom moved in just about a year ago. It was difficult decision and I was apprehensive, but mom couldn't manage on her own. It's not home, but I can say my mom smiles more since she has moved out of her home and into Southview. The controlled environment and support system has helped her immensely. Caregivers are nice and attentive, and its very personal: all the staff knows my mom's name. Overall we are happy. I did rate the food a four, because my mom complains about it. Menu has recently changed and hopefully she'll like it more.

We are so very pleased with the decision to move Mom to Mt. Park Senior Living. The facilities are wonderful and the staff second to none. She has been in both the independent and now assisted living and both areas have provided everything we could have hoped for.

My mother recently moved in and quickly made friends and acclimated to this vibrant facility. The multitude of activities and services are amazing. The facility itself is lovely. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a community.

My mother has been a resident for nearly 4 months. The management and staff is very caring and good to my mother. The Executive Director has been wonderful, very caring, and very responsive. Westerville Senior Living has exceeded our expectations. The Executive Director is fantastic — so helpful, proactive, and genuinely invested in the wellbeing of the residents. The staff is friendly, the community is clean and welcoming, and the food is terrific. We feel very lucky to have our mom here.

When I needed to recofigue both closets the were pleasant and were willing the make changes as I changed my mind during the process. Every item we mentioned was addressed completely. You deleveries are held at the receptionist. Sakes Director is wonderful.

I recently moved my Mom into the Memory Care unit at Westerville Senior Living, and my early impressions after her first several weeks there is overwhelmingly positive. Before she moved into the Memory Care unit, my Mom was lagging because she had little stimulus to keep her mind engaged, but within the Memory Care unit there are dedicated individuals who are attentive to the care and well-being of the residents; this I witnessed after having spent time with her in this environment. The Director, among others, keeps me well informed of how she is doing. Most importantly, my Mom seems to be doing much better now within the Memory Care unit than she was before, and it's testament to how well the operation is run.

Clean, organized, and a lovely facility with a wonderful and helpful staff. Building is new and beautiful. I walked the grounds with the staff who were very knowledgeable and kind. They answered all My questions with ease.
