Having lived at other senior Living facilities, I can truly say this is the best for older people. I appreciate the peaceful surroundings, the friendly and helpful staff, and the joy of having same-age friends.

Great social activities. Yes, I would recommend this community to other families. My mom does not live there anymore. I had to put her in a memory care facility.

My mother-in-law moved here in April and is thriving. She is picky and critical and loves the food and the people. When it was time to consider moving my mom, we went here and she was very happy with what we saw. Place is very clean and doesn’t feel like a nursing home. She just moved in this week but seems yo like it so far. Staff is very friendly. Even checked on her when they did not see her at lunch.

Moving back to Arizona, it was essential that we find a care facility to provide for the needs of my Mother with Alzheimer’s. As we began our search, Ii didn’t take long for us to decide that Lone Mountain Memory Care was the place for her. The staff is caring and professional with qualified nursing staff on site 24/7. The rooms and facility are beautiful with two outdoor courtyards, daily activities, and delicious food. Thank you Lone Mountain Memory Care for taking such good care of our loved one and giving us peace of mind.

Nine months ago, we had to make the incredibly difficult decision to move my dad into Lone Mountain Memory Care due to Alzheimer’s. It was one of the hardest choices our family has ever faced, but we are beyond grateful we found this place. Lone Mountain Memory Care has given our family such peace of mind knowing my dad is surrounded by people who truly care. The staff is very friendly and attentive to my parents! The activities are so enjoyable. The atmosphere at Palos Heights Senior Living is very nice. There are so many amenities that make it a nice place to live. My parents are very happy there.

I recently visited my Mom at this community. Each time I visit, I am pleased to observe and experience the exceptional care provided to each resident. They are treated with dignity, respect, patience, and a smile - whether it is providing medication, serving meals, leading an activity, or talking with a resident and/or family member. All of the activities are very creative, applicable to the season, and engaging. I'm so grateful that my Mom has the opportunity to participate in outings away from the building, as well as enjoy the various individuals that come to the community to provide entertainment, education and fun. The most important factor is that my Mom is happy and loves the staff.

The entire staff at Three Oaks are very kind and caring not only to the residents, but to the family as well. It is very clean and welcoming. The restaurant offers a variety of food with a special every day. The entertainment on Fridays is always lively. Best place for my mom!

Lone Mountain Memory Care is a very very special place. The staff are caring attentive and helpful both to the resident and the family that is struggling with not only the decision to place their loved one there but all the things that come up after the decision is made and the placement is done. Such a hard thing to do in the first place but even harder after it is done. The activities they are involved in with other residents and with the families are above and beyond terrific. All the staff from caregivers nurses and management know every single persons name be it resident or family and make everyone feel at ease. I would love to see a support group established for just the Lone Mountain families. I had so many questions and being new had no idea what to expect until I met one of the other wives. A group would be able to prepare you for the bad days and the good days. Explaining the billing process and how the expenses are done would also be very helpful. Thank You Lone Mountain!

I recently spent time with the staff and residents of Lone Mountain Memory Care at an event outside the community, and it was a truly moving experience. The staff were just as warm and attentive in that setting as they are within their walls. Their care is consistent, heartfelt, and deeply personal. What stood out most was how engaged the residents were. Lone Mountain provides them with so many opportunities to live life and be active. Whether it’s outings, social events, or everyday interactions, the environment encourages joy, dignity, and connection. As someone whose grandmother lived with Alzheimer’s, I found myself wishing she could have experienced this kind of care. Lone Mountain is more than a facility. It is a place where people are truly seen, supported, and celebrated.

Lone Mountain memory care makes their residents feel like they are at home. The staff is very friendly and caring. There are plenty of activities for the residents to engage in! They have dogs that come to provide emotional support and kittens that live there as well! Such a great community to be a part of! My mom feels at home here! They are always busy going places ,lunch,dinner,baseball games,dancing, listening to music, swimming. They do it all!

I am at the facility 3-4 days a week (I do not work for them) Everyone that works there is kind, caring, and well trained.From the top rank director down to the cleaning crew they are the best. My father resides in memory care in Washington state and I wish they had a place like this. Your loved ones will be well taken care of and loved.

My wife has frontotemporal dementia, which is a fairly rare form of dementia. In interviewing various facilities, I found management at Lone Mountain to be knowledgeable of that form of dementia and the behavioral differences between that and Alzheimer’s. Management and each and every staff member are fantastic. They treat each resident as a family member and sincerely seem to enjoy their job, working with each resident and their coworkers. They also treat family members very well. Truly a remarkable group of people. My wife has been at Lone Mountain for I year now and I am extremely grateful for the level of care she receives.

Having a loved one with Alzheimers/Dementia is not only difficult but heartbreaking. Deciding to put my husband into Lone Mountain was extremely difficult, but it was a good decision. This place is filled with kindness, understanding, and excellent care. The staff amazes me as they extend their care to all residents with willing graciousness. They all knew my husband's name within hours and did everything possible to make him feel welcome. They have extended their kindness to me as well. Activities abound. Musical events are especially popular and therapeutic. There are appropriate games, nourishing meals, and even field trips. I am forever grateful that we found Lone Mountain.

Toured the facility and I love the activities they do and how they do the foster kittens for the residents. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful with the residents. Definitely would recommend.

It was great to attend the fundraiser event for alzheimer. It was well put together and so many friends and family in attendance as well as the residents. They were really enjoying themselves. I would love to attend more events like this. Lone mountain did an excellent job.
