This was a great move for my mom. She has made new friends and enjoys the activities. She chalk paints pictures, plays bingo and rummy cube. She has a group of friends that get together in the evenings and play games.

Staff are all nice. Residents all seem very happy always doing something weather with staff or other residents it looks like everyone is always enjoying themselves. Everyone is very helpful and full of smiles. The community is very bright and welcoming. Very well kept and clean.

I recently visited an old friend of the family at palos senior living. It was such a great experience. They were having a temporary tattoo party. It was so fun the staff and residents were so nice and fun. I would definately recommend it for anyone looking for a senior living spot.

I recently toured the community for my aunt and from the first call, everyone was amazing. I got to meet a lot of the staff during my tour, including the Director who came out to say hello. The residents seem really happy living here. We are still a few years away from our decision for my aunt but I know Westerville Senior Living will be one of our top options.

I have experienced several life changes in my 78 years, but I have never adjusted so well to a new situation as when I moved into Crestview. This is due to the friendliness, helpfulnes and care of the entire staff. I am very happy here. I know this is a business, but it doesn't feel like it. It feels like a community of new friends. It feels like home.

My husband has been a resident at Lone Mountain Memory Care for a while now and I have found the caregivers to be very kind and caring. They are always interacting with the residents as well with the families. I am so glad to have found a facility such as this that is designed and dedicated only to memory care. All other facilities I toured were just a hall in an assisted living facility but were not set up for the needs of Alzheimer’s patients.

When moving here from Kentucky three years ago I was scared to death. While the move brought me close to my family, giving up What I thought of as “freedom” scared the jack out of me. That freedom turned out to be a necessity. I had several falls after arriving and quickly lost what was left of my mobility and my ability to drive. As it turns out, Crestview is the answer to my prayers. I’ve met nice people, the staff strives for excellence, and the apartment I’m in is perfect. The building is spotless and the food, while not ALWAYS my preference is consistently served with love.

We moved my dad into the three oaks assisted living / memory care about a month ago. Every one here from administration to nursing/ CNA / activity/kitchen and anywhere in between have been super friendly and incredibly helpful.

5 for everything. My mom wasn't there even [date removed] and she passed away. So my experience there is limited, but it was a good experience and we would recommend Traditions of Hilliard to other families.

Staff is great. [name removed] at the front desk is a gem!! If I need anything I can count on getting it done. My apartment is the perfect size for me. Love the happy hours on Friday. Food is great. I have no complaints.

Finding the right senior living facility for my mother was one of the most important decisions our family has made, and I can honestly say we couldn’t have chosen a better place than Crestview. From the very first day, the staff made us feel like part of a family. Every member of the team shows genuine kindness, patience and respect. They take the time to really know each resident: their stories and their preferences. [name removed] , the Sales Director, has been fantastic, consistently going above and beyond getting mom acclimated, involved and comfortable. It’s evident that the leadership and staff are deeply committed to excellence in senior care. The whole family is very appreciative and grateful of the support and compassion that has been given to mom at Crestview.

I love this place. Everybody responds quickly when I call for assistance. The food is very good. Everyone takes care of me, I've lived at Cedar Lake for 5 years now and would recommend it to others. Come by for a visit, i greet all that tour.

The activities team is fantastic. They are always fun and engaging and have a lot of things to do. Also, they are always there for the residents even with things not involving activities. Great job. .

My mom just moved into Westerville Senior Living after living on her own in a house and then a condo for over 40 years. She was anxious about the transition and whether it would be the right fit for her. Westerville Senior Living made the transition a wonderful experience from the very first tour through move-in day and beyond. Now that she is there, she has felt supported, welcomed, and at ease. When I arrived, I was warmly greeted. The facility was very clean and inviting. All of the staff was friendly. The sales person giving the tour was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. The facility would meet all of my family members' needs.

Beautiful community with amazing apartments that they offer in various different sizes. The assisted living apartments have the ability for residents to still have independence within their own apartment with care services needed.

The Community is beautiful! It is so clean and I could tell it was very well taken care of. The people are so friendly and answered all of my (many) questions. When I left, I felt like I was part of the family already. I have extreme confidence that my loved one will fit right in, and be well taken care of.

I volunteer and do pet therapy at Lone Mountain Memory Care. The place is immaculate. The staff, and there is a lot of staff, is friendly and helpful. There are so many activities that the residents can participate in. It is a fun place with happy people.

It is a great facility with extremely friendly and helpful people. The apartment size is okay, could use more storage space. Great classes, gatherings and outings.

From the initial meeting with [name removed] (Sales) to talking with [name removed] (Manager), everyone really showed interest in helping Dad get situated and acclimated to his new home. All of the ladies at the front desk are warm, welcoming, and will answer any questions you have. The memory care staff are helpful and great you with a smile. Although Dad doesn't leave the room often, there are lots of activities and visitors to keep everybody as busy and entertained as needed. The menu has a huge variety and some standard options, although I haven't tried the food, Dad seems to like it. I reserved him the large room, which is plenty large enough for his queen bed and nightstand, TV console, loveseat with ottomans and end tables, tall mini fridge, and room for a desk and chair or small table and more if need be. Great size. The facility is clean and nicely decorated, and of the 5 homes I toured, it was a clear frontrunner just on that aspect. Warm and welcoming with good people.
