Dad was very hesitant on moving into a home, but when we finally got him to make the move from Washington state he adapted quickly. He loves his care team and friends at the facility. They update me on my dads health. With having Parkinson's they are patient with him and listen to his needs. Last week they worked with the VA and did a medal ceremony for my dad being a marine and the head of nursing also dressed up for the event. It was really meaningful and my dad loved it.

5 on all. My mother-in-law has been there two years now. She has made new friends and enjoys the activities and knows she is safe there.

I recently had a wonderful tour of Rigden Farms with [name removed]. The entire place felt very comfortable, fresh and new . It included most everything that I would find necessary in a Senior Living community. There are friendly dining areas, spacious apartments with various floor plans, and many activities and facilities for things that I need to have happen in my daily life. My biggest impression was the friendly, comfortable space with very kind staff and I felt very welcomed.

The entire community was very clean, and the memory care area never had any unpleasant odors, which was very reassuring. The staff was attentive, and the nurses were consistently available when needed. The food selection in memory care was good overall, though meal delivery times could be more consistent. Dinner was often served quite early (around 4:00 PM), which may not suit everyone’s preference. Activities in memory care were decent, and the assisted living side offered especially nice and engaging activities. Cost-wise, the base rent is reasonable. However, families should be aware of additional charges — particularly the fee for medication administration, which is charged per pill. Those add-on costs can add up, so it’s important to understand the full pricing structure upfront. One of the strongest positives was communication. The staff did a good job keeping families informed about their loved one’s actions and progress. Overall, if you choose Palos, you can feel confident that your loved one will receive good care.

This is an amazing facility, with great amenities and seemly great staff. The salesperson whose name escapes me was very friendly and informative. She listened to all my concerns and addressed all my questions. She was well prepared while also being encouraging and empathetic.

Love this place! My parents moved from across the country to Rigden to be near me, yet the rest of the family was a little skeptical that they would be OK in an independent living apartment situation with both of them having dementia/forgetfulness struggles yet physically independent. After weighing several other communities in town, we gave Rigden a trial run. Now, after a week of living here, my parents seem to love their unit, the staff, the food, and the other residents very much. All they say is "Everyone is just so helpful and nice to us!" The staff enthusiastically assure me often that they are doing quite well in their adjustment and fitting right in beautifully. I'm honestly shocked that everything has gone so well and this is huge load off our minds that the staff can be so helpful with effortless dignity and encouragement. I highly recommend Rigden Farm Senior Living!

Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and helpful. This is a beautiful facility. Friendly residents. Many activities. Very clean and attractive with great amenities. Currently this is the top of our mom's list.

We like the family atmosphere and the great staff. The smaller size is also appealing and we LOVE the private room versus sharing a room. The facility is very clean versus some other facilities I have visited.

Very good tour. Location is just not right for us due to distance opposite direction of me traveling to and from work. If they had something on the east side, they would be first choice and do well as this area is lacking.

I've had the privilege of seeing many senior living facilities up close through my work, and I can confidently say that Westbrook Senior Living stands out as one of the best, especially their memory care program. My father has been a resident at Westbrook for approximately four years, and it truly feels like home to him. The facility is clean and the security is excellent, thoughtfully designed to keep residents safe while allowing them freedom to move comfortably within the community. What sets Westbrook apart is the compassionate, dedicated staff. They know and greet each resident by name, respond quickly to my Dad's needs, and update his individualized care plan as needed. I highly recommend touring Westbrook. I thank the entire Westbrook team for the exceptional care you've given my dad!

The tour was great. [name removed] did a wonderful job of showing us the overall facility as well as a couple of the 1-Bedroom Assisted Living units. Very happy with what we saw and I’m sure this is at the top of our list now.

Great so far! They are very helpful to my parents and very attentive. When I ask for help, it get done. I would recommend this community to others.

The place was an awesome center for seniors. Lots of activities and spacious rooms. It's to bad they didn't accept Medicaid. My mom's situation is that she needs to spend down her money ( probably last 8-12 months at Enclave) then go into Medicaid, however, we didn't want to move her out again to another faculty because of it.

Willingness of staff to listen and respond to questions and concerns. Friendly staff, but even more so, friendly residents. Other residents have been very welcoming towards my Dad, esp in small group settings. I would recommend joining an activity to get to know others.

Lone Mountain took my mom in when no other facilities would take her due to her advanced Alzheimer's. While the physical facility is good, it really made no difference as the care, compassion and love we got from ALL the staff made this the best possible place for my mom. As she recently passed away I take great comfort knowing she was in such a caring facility with staff that I will never be able to properly thank. Every time I visited I looked forward to seeing her, the caregivers, and the other residents. They treat all of them like they are family - not something we experienced at the 2 other facilities she lived at prior.

It has been a very positive experience for the past year. My sister is doing very well. Front desk is always very pleasant and helpful!

Mom moved to Rigden Farm Senior Living a few months after Dad passed. She had never lived alone before, but here she felt independent because of the services offered, like rides, PT and OT, haircuts and entertainment without having to rely on "the kids". Having Almost Family available for extra care was the only way she could stay there, and was considerably less confining and less expensive than Assisted Living. She enjoyed many activities over the years there, making beaded jewelry and seasonal crafts, and was part of a couple game groups. She made good friends there, and felt she truly belonged. People here cared about her. We have experience with several other senior facilities with our other parents, and have to say that Rigden Farm outshines them all.

I would definitely recommend 3oaks. They have taken good care of my Dad. 3 things stood out, the cleanliness, staffing ratios, the staff

Lovely and clean facility. Recently updated and nicely modern-looking. Would definitely consider this for my mother when the time comes. And [name removed], the manager, was very generous with his time and was responsive to what we told him where my mother‘s needs.
