I have toured 8 memory care communities and this is my favorite. From the time I arrived I noticed how many residents were out of their rooms and interacting in the entry area. This had the nicest memory care where each room had a mail box, corner cabinet and wood siding outside the door. The residents of memory care were out of their rooms participating in puzzles, games and interacting with each other.. [name removed]did a great job showing me all aspects of this community.

We recently visited this property and I must say that I was impressed. The staff was all very friendly and pleasant. We were also very please with [name removed] who helped us when we visited. He was very helpful in answering out questions and guiding us through this process.

The Enclave at Round Rock was awesome. We worked with [name removed], and she was just awesome. They went out of their way to help, and they gave me follow-up calls. I can’t say enough about people like that. It wasn’t all about getting you in the door. They truly cared.

I have just move into The Enclave Senior Living in Gilbert. When I walked through the door I felt very welcomed. It is a beautiful facility. I haven't had a chance to participate in the many activities offered, but I plan to when I get settled.

I'm here since [date removed] and I feel very blessed to be at Burr Ridge. Good food from the kitchen-gracious and loving people who "live" and "work" here. This is a fairly new facility very attractive. Fun activities. Thank god Burr Ridge Senior Living for letting me be part of you.

You only have to be in the facility for about 5 minutes to see how much the staff cares. All the Aids are so knowledgeable about each of the residents. Everyone says Hello when you pass. This facility and it’s staff is just so welcoming. You feel confident when you walk out the door that the residents are being well taken care of. Take mom and dad here. This is the place you have been looking for.

Residents and staff are nice. The food is good and atmosphere is welcoming. I would like to see more variety in menu offerings and activities planned.

I liked this community a lot but I had to change areas because the loved ones that were close to her were out of town for a long period of time. The tour guide was very nice and were very good and informative.

I have lived here for two years now and happy to call it my home. There are many activities to choose from and they take us grocery shopping once a week. I also enjoy the music. The staff always puts a smile on my face when they visit me. It brightens my day. I enjoy living here and hope to make many more memories.

Mom has been a resident fo 5 years, the last 2 during Covid. She has been supported and encouraged during this difficult time for everyone. During these past 2 years staff has been prompt to fix a burned out bulb, a toilet not working and anything needed.

First impression was extraordinary, the cleanliness, freshness and brightness of the community really stood out to us. We would recommend them to others. The women who work at the front desk have been there for a long time, they are wonderful and know everything and everything in Palmilla . There is a nice library, dining room and a nice happy hour. The personnel is extraordinary.

My Dad is in memory care and is receiving exceptional care. The entire Caregiver team is attentive to his needs and is patient with him at all times. The communication between staff and our family is wonderful. We were concerned about the transition for my Dad but everyone has made him feel welcome and encourages him to interact with other residents. Friendly and caring professionals is what makes Lombard Place stand out from other facilities.

We really like the nice location the community is in, and even though our loved one does not participate in the activities we do know they have them for the other residents.

Cedar Lake was beautiful and all of the staff members were extremely nice. They really took the time to talk with me and I appreciated that. They did not have as many activities provided here so we decided to go with another facility.

We chose Westerville Senior Living because it was a newer facility and the price compared to the other ones was a lot better for the area. The apartment sizes are good, she has a 1 bedroom and has all the room she needs. She is really enjoying the meals that they serve. We have had no issues and would definitely recommend.

Westbrook senior living has given my Mom and our family a sense of peace in having to chose a senior living establishment. The team members who take care of my Mom are compassionate and patient in dealing with the residents. They are professional without making it seem impersonal. They treat everyone with respect and kindness. I would recommend Westbrook to anyone needing a senior living environment.

I have visited this community several times and was very impressed with all of the staff! I was very suprised to see [name removed], the memory care manager, assisiting with serving the residents and even eating along side with them. She is very attentive to her residents and her staff. I've even seen her dancing and singing to her residents. One of my favorite things is the door to her office where she has cute photos off all her residents. You can tell that the people who work here really love their job and residents. It's very refreshing to see such a great community.

We looked at a lot of different places and dad liked Lombard Place the best. The facility itself is very clean and cheery. They do have an outside area where residents are able to get fresh air in the memory care unit and that really stuck out to us. They staff were always very accommodating and friendly. I would absolutely recommend to others looking.

This is a well run community. I can see some things that need changing but overall it is all good. They could use more help but this is every place right now at this time. They could also use a bit more training. They have a head of entertainment that comes in to entertain and take parts in certain activities. I think it is nice that they bring in outside people so that they can keep in touch with the outside world. They also just had a gathering for veterans day and all of the veterans were so honored during the presentation. They had them stand by the flags that represented the branch of service that they participated in to take pictures and then fed everyone cake after the ceremony, it was a great experience.

This was a very nice community and it was my second choice. This community was just a little more expensive and also had more amenities and nicer other community. The other community that we were looking at was closer and only reason we did not choose this community.
