After a mini-health crisis with our dad, my sister and I had to quickly relocate him from his home into a memory care facility. We were fortunate to have the opportunity to move him into Green Oaks Senior Living Center. [name removed], who is the Manager of the Memory Care area, has been absolutely wonderful. She worked her magic and convinced him on day 1 to stay when he declared his intentions to leave with me and my sister. Since then, [name removed] has helped both our dad and us navigate this transition. She has been incredible with her communications, even sending pictures now and again to help ease our minds and get a glimpse into his daily life. [name removed] demonstrates her years of experience in her understanding of the individual resident’s needs and that of their families. We couldn’t ask for a kinder, more caring individual to manage the staff who cares for our dad.

Great place to put your loved one. They do a good job with my loved one. This is a nice facility for independent living.

Having been born and bred in Massachusetts for 86 years, my son suggested I move to Seattle to be near him. Sadly he passed on eight years later. At that time, his brother asked me to move to Peoria, AZ to be near him and my daughters-in-law. While the trees and desert are so much different than what I grew up with, I've adapted and enjoy the area. The people are friendly and Assisted Living is just right for my 103 year old life! I can be independent or get help if needed.

My mother and aunt have been residents here for about 3 years. We have been very happy with their care and living arrangements. This is one of the few places we found that had 2 bedroom/2 bath apartments, which was perfect for them as they had previously lived together in a single family residence. They are both in their 90's and use walkers, so another benefit of Green Oaks is that is not a huge complex and is easy for them to get around in with nice large hallways and elevators. The grounds are also very nice, especially the large pond in the back with the fountain and a walking trail around it. They recently had to move to the Memory Care community there and were able to get very nice adjoining rooms so they could remain close together. Their care there has been exemplary, especially having to deal with all the Co-vid 19 issues. The staff has been fantastic keeping their family advised on their care. I highly recommend Green Oaks Senior Living.

I have lived here four years and find it a welcoming and wonderful place to live. I’ve made many good friends and the staff is accommodating and caring. My only negative experience currently is the dining room and the meals. The food and dining was fine until recently, but now is rather disappointing. Thank you

It is indeed a pleasure to write a review for The Enclave At Chandler. A few years ago my mother moved into the Independent Living Section; however, with cognitive decline she required additional services and I then moved her into the Memory Care Section. In this regard I have had experience with both of these sections. All aspects of the Enclave are absolutely wonderful. The staff are all warm, friendly, caring, always greet residents and visitors with a smile, and completely proficient in their various responsibilities. The facility itself is “state of the art”. The apartments, dining areas with exemplary meals, recreational facilities, hallways with displays of artwork, are all beautiful and kept exceptionally clean. The care that residents receive is remarkable. Since my mom has been living in Memory Care the staff regularly inform me of how she is doing and of any additional needs that she might have. IT IS WITHOUT RESERVATION THAT I RECOMMEND THE ENCLAVE

As a local professional I toured this facility so that I could recommend it to clients with a need. This facility was so friendly and professional. The residents were very active and you could sense a strong feeling of community. I met with the Executive Director and some of her staff. They spent a good amount of time sharing with me very helpful information about the services and care offered here. The Executive Director was very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone locally looking for Assisted Living Care, Independent Living Care and/or Memory care.

My mother has been in Memory Care at Green Oaks since 2018. - Stability - Many of the caretakers have been there the entire time with my mom. - Leadership - the Green Oaks memory care director is [name removed]. She has an energy and loving nature that has really transformed the Memory Care area over the years. She has set a tone there that is happy and lively which is amazing for a Memory Care unit. Green Oaks is really lucky to have her! - Covid - Like other senior living centers, Green Oaks was shut down and we couldn’t see my mom for almost a year. [name remove] kept in touch with us, sending us photos, getting my mom on the phone etc. WE WERE SO LUCKY TO HAVE [name removed] AND HER TEAM CARING FOR MY MOM WHEN WE COULDN”T BE THERE. - Food - Food is very good. And one time I was visiting my mom on a Saturday evening, and there was a nacho buffet with margaritas. Looked amazing! - Director of Green Oaks - [name removed] truly cares about the residents and it shows. He’s kind soul.

The staff at the property were very nice from the moment we walked in the door. The front desk attendant walked around her desk to offer us a beverage. I noticed they appear to be renovating the Interior. We looked at several communities for my In-Laws . We are very happy with our choice at Park Meadows.

The staff is responsive to me and my ideas. Mom states/agrees she feels safe. My mom does not like crafts (anymore - she used to). I wished they would unlock the patio and have walking activities to the outside. She participates in the AM exercise sit/fit type class.

We chose Shawnee Hills because of the value for the money and the location of the facility as well, it was close to her house that she sold. It is a newer place but the least expensive. The apartment sizes here are excellent. She is very happy and I would recommend to others looking.

We toured several Senior Living Facilities for our parents and Crestview was by far the best location for our budget. It also ranks higher then the more expensive facilities in the area. The staff is incredible and helped with every aspect of the move. My Mom needed more rehab and they also assisted in facilitating that process as well. [name removed] went above and beyond in helping outs with the move and also my Mother’s rehab needs. The food is excellent and the facility is immaculate. I would recommend this location to anyone looking for a senior living facility. There are plenty of activities and the staff is too notch and really care about the happiness of the residents.

We recently moved my mother In-law from OH.. She has memory issues so we had concerns with such a big move for her. Our expectations have been far exceeded. The staff are are so kind and always address her by her name which makes her feel important.. She is so busy now we have a hard time getting ahold of her. She is happier than we have seen her in years. She quickly made friends and has embraced all the daily activities they have going on.. It really is comforting knowing she is well taken care of when we are not there.

Mom and I went to look as a place for her to move into. The small one bedroom is small, however the next level up was fantastic with lots of light which made it feel bigger. There was a great variety of activities and the staff was very pleasant and welcoming.

The staff at this facility are among the friendliest I've come across. We were there on a followup visit to ask a few more questions and to ascertain unit availability. All of the questions were thoroughly answered helping my mother feel comforted by them. While we were there we met no less than 7 or 8 staff members who were all welcoming. We were also fortunate to find a newly available unit which suited my mother's needs perfectly and it became a straight forward choice to proceed with signing up. The sales staff went out of their way to get us great pricing. All in all it made my mother's transition to independent living the best experience.

They have done a spectacular job with my mom and her care. They do work with roaming physicians and the local PPO and HMO facilities. It has been a great experience and my mom is very happy here. She feels very welcomed into the community, it feels like a family. I would highly recommend them to others who are looking.

Know that the more involved and communicative you are with the staff, the better results you'll have. The staff is very responsive. But if you're not talking with them and apprising them of developments that happen with your parents (that can include attitude, changes in medication, etc.) then they don't know those things and therefore can't deliver the best care. When they do know everything that's going on, they really respond well. Every now and then somebody gets confused, but that's very rare. They have a good staff, and they do a good job. My loved one is not big on activities, but she'll go when they come and cajole her to join in. She loves her apartment - it's bright, sunny, and new. The building is only about 7 years old, which is a big asset. She had been living at another facility that was much darker and not as well kept up. But she's delighted with her apartment here and talks about it all the time. Based on other assisted living providers that we checked out, they charge about the same thing, so the cost is competitive.

We chose The Enclave because it is a nice new facility. It is an integrated facility so they offer independent living, assisted living, and memory care all under one roof. Memory care is attached but its own separate area. They do take residents outside of the facility maybe once every couple weeks to outings. I would recommend to others looking.

I would tell others that this was the best community that we could have picked. The location is close to family. The staff are very friendly, and accommodating in placing our loved one in the community. The community is on one level. This is a smaller community with around 30-40 residents at this time.
