Our family had an in person tour and The Enclave is a very beautiful facility, but it is to big and we thought it would be overwhelming for our loved one. It also seemed like they catered more towards the independent healthier residents, but the apartments were beautiful. The food we heard was supposed to be fabulous and we overall were very impressed. Everybody we met with was very friendly and helpful which we appreciated it and now if we ever have to retire we will be coming here.

We have partnered with Lincoln Meadows to assist with any additional care needs, and we LOVE this community. You can trust that your loved ones will be cared for due to the truly compassionate team under this roof.

As a Hospice Nurse in the local community, I have had the privilege of working side by side with staff at Lincoln Meadows. I have worked with multiple residents throughout the facility and have been beyond blessed by the caregivers and administration. These residents have nothing but positive things to say about the caregivers, the environment, the culture and even the food. As a person who spends a lot of time in facilities, if I had to recommend a facility to a loved one, it would be Lincoln Meadows!!!

My loved one spent the last 3 years of his life at Lincoln Meadows in their Independent Living facility. He was happy to have his own apartment and still have opportunities for social activities with other residents. It was a comfort to our family to know he was safe, cared for, eating well, and someone would be available in case of an emergency. The facility was immaculate, the food delicious and the staff caring and friendly. I would like to thank Lincoln Meadows for honoring our trust and providing a clean, compassionate and well-run home for our loved one in his sunset years. I would not hesitate to recommend Lincoln Meadows to anyone looking for elder care for a loved one.

Very professional and accommodating any patient with oxygen needs. Anytime [name removed] has a specific request for oxygen therapy she understands the needs of the patient and then acts accordingly to make sure the right equipment is ordered. Would highly recommend [name removed] and also this facility!

My 99 year old mom decided it was time for a move, having been in her private home, this was a big step. [name removed] helped us every step along the way. She fast tracked the application process and the medical review. She even helped schedule a hair appointment in the on-site salon! She helped with difficult intra family issues and made the whole process simpler than it would have been without her help.

It's a clean, friendly place where everybody knows everybody. I would absolutely recommend them to other families.

Great Community. Just spoke with Executive Director and she has helped me feel better about this very hard decision. Food is great BTW. Luau was great!

On Oct, 13 2021 our Mom fell in her unit and could not summon help on her own. She had an appointment with the on site hairdresser and when she did not arrive for the appointment [name removed], the hairdresser, called the front desk to check on her. [name removed] with housekeeping overheard the request and went to check on our Mom. Without their actions our Mom could have been on the floor for an hour or more. A big thank you to Rachael and Kathy for their action in helping a resident in need. We hope management can find a way to reward them for respecting and providing help for a resident.

It has been a pleasure getting to know the new director. The building is bright and clean. The activities have been exciting and we appreciate the new direction. Will be telling my other friends about this place.

Working in the home health care industry for over 15 years gives me the opportunity to visit many communities. Lincoln Meadows is always welcoming. Beginning at the front desk with a kind and patient concierge team to the hard working management team. Their communication with outside vendors is incredible. Truly, they care for the well being and happiness of their residents.

Everybody there from the nurses to the front desk to the day-to-day staff who interact with the residents really go above and beyond, no matter who you are. Whenever we come to visit they always greet us and call us by our first name. It has a real family environment to it. So far our loved one really seems to be enjoying the meals and dining service.

From desk staff, marketing/sales and nurse aides all professional, friendly and attentive. [Name removed], AL Coordinator, plays a very important role and exceeds expectations because she cares. Mom is very well taken care of. She's safe, happy and is as independent as she can be. Lincoln Meadows has a warm, homey feel. It doesn't have the glitz of some other communities, but it provides everything that Mom needs.

My in laws are current residents and love it. The staff is always there to help and they love the food. Their apartment is a great size and as a couple have 2 bathrooms in their unit which is awesome. Today [name removed] gave me a tour of the memory care floor, as a potential place for my own mother. She answered all my questions and showed me everything I needed to see. We have had a great experience at Lombard Place.

I’ve toured the community several times and everyone is very friendly and professional and you can really tell they really care about their residents and their families.

This community was really good and it was one of my favorites. The community that we went with just had more things that we were looking for in a community.

A lot of my friends ask about putting their loved ones here, and I tell them it's a wonderful place. My mom loves it here. The staff is wonderful to both me and my mother, and they've helped us out a lot. We had one minor issue with a staff member, but that's been resolved. Sometimes she's happy with the food, sometimes not. But you can't make everybody happy all the time. I like that they're constantly having activities, and they keep her room very clean.

My mother-in-law has been a resident in Independent Living at Lincoln Meadows for nearly 8 years. We have been very happy with the facility, the staff and the services. Good food and lots of desserts. The staff has been attentive and helpful. The facility is clean and well-maintained. We feel "at home" and supported. Sure, it is stressful to have a loved one in a retirement community, but, if you need one, this is a good one. We miss the Sunday brunches, and hope they will return after the pandemic. Housekeeping is great and attentive. Front desk and other staff are great. The dining room staff know my mother-in-law well and can practically order for her. We don't utilize many of the activities, but there are many. The residents are pleasant and care for one another. Lincoln Meadows is a very solid choice, if you are looking....

I had a great experience touring the community with [name removed]. She took the time to understand my dads needs and got clarification on anything she couldn’t answer. [name removed] made sure to introduce me to any staff members we met along the way on the tour. The facilities amenities and accommodations are fantastic. Not only do they seem to care about the potential resident but the family of the potential resident!

Beautiful community. Well kept. They have been so great to collaborate with around patient care. They really care for their residents.
