Spectrum Retirement

Our family had recently decided that it was time to move my grandpa from his independent apartment in southern Arizona up closer to us in Gilbert. My mom had toured plenty of places for him, and her and I walked into the Enclave at Gilbert we new that he would be more than comfortable, welcomed, and taken care of there. We struggled to decide which part of the community he would be best suited for, the independent living or assisted, but ultimately decided on the assisted side since they still allow for as much independence as possible, even on that side of the building. They rated his assistance need before he moved, and they will adjust their assistance as needed throughout the rest of his time there. He has fit right in and has already joined in many of the activities and social events that they offer here. Thank you to everyone at the Enclave for allowing my grandpa to live his life to the fullest in a safe, welcoming and energetic environment.

A well qualified, amiable, Sales Director answered all of my detailed questions, many of which some would consider anal. Facilities, staff and residents, (many who ventured out of their rooms) seemed happy and welcoming. A pleasant place! Unable to rate value or care.

My loved one loves it there. She was scared about going in, but now that she's there and has gotten involved, she's loving it. She likes her room and loves to sit out on her balcony. She's gotten to meet so many people as a member of the community, yet she still has the flexibility of getting to do what she wants when she wants. She enjoys the activities, although they're still continuing to open up more after Covid. The place is clean. The staff is super nice and friendly. And it's just ben a good experience for her.

The staff is amazing and I feel very lucky that we found the Enclave. They treat the residence with compassion, respect, and love. The food is amazing and doesn't have to worry. I would recommend this community to others.

My tour with [name removed] on[date removed] was delightful! She was approachable, thorough and gracious. I appreciated her attentiveness to detail in answering my questions. The atmosphere is just as welcoming as it was two years ago when another relative entered the community. The indoors is well lit and cheerfully decorated; the residents are welcoming.

It's the best decision I've made for my loved one, period. My wife is probably the most critical person, and she thinks it's the best thing we've done for her mother as well. It's a really good place for her. It's bright and vibrant, always clean, always welcoming. The pictures don't do it justice. The staff is absolutely great. They treat our loved one with kid gloves, and they call me when there's anything they might be concerned about. Our loved one raves about the food and says she hasn't had a bad meal there yet. She loves the chef and loves the menu . She gets to play bingo, and they have happy hours and live music. She has a lot do there, which is great for her. I couldn't have put her in a better place.

I am so happy to being moving my dad to the Enclave. The staff has been absolutely wonderful and helping us prepare for this transition. Thanks [names removed] and assisted living staff for all your help!

We toured the Enclave for my father-n-law, he wasn't happy with his current living situation. [name removed] was FANTASTIC, so welcoming! The residents are cheerful, great new combers, and more than willing to share their experience at the Enclave. We couldn't be happier!

Our tour was excellent, and the sales person was great. I thought it was an excellent community. They pulled out a nurse and the Director of Assisted Living to speak with us. The experience with the staff was key. I asked every place that I visited how they would differentiate their community from the others. The sales person at Mountain Park said we could ask any of the residents here what they thought, and Mountain Park would stand behind what their residents say. Everyone seemed to really enjoy it there and want to be there, both the staff and the residents. The way they described the activities, I thought the activities director had clever ways to continue with activities in a Covid environment - things like Bingo over the phone, and Ted Talks where residents would talk about their hobbies or careers before they retired. I thought that was a great way to tap into the often hidden knowledge and wisdom of our seniors.

My parents moved into The Enclave about 2 years ago and adjusted quickly. The Enclave has so many activities, groups and clubs for the residents to take part in. You can be as social as you like! The office staff and the front desk staff and even cleaning and maintenance are so friendly and so helpful! Everything always seems to be so clean! My parents head to the dining room 3x a day to have their meals and socialize with their friends. The apartments do have their own kitchens though. This move was the best thing that has happened to my 88 year old parents lives! My dad has become quit the social butterfly but my mom is still a bit reserved but always shows up for kinetic bowling!! I am sure that you will love he Enclave in Gilbert! Stop in, they'll give you a tour!

The Enclave is only two years old and its a beautiful place. They are on top of everything there, it is just night and day compared to our loved ones previous community. We would 100% recommend this community to others. There food is fantastic and actual dining ware, freshly cooked food and the menu is extensive. This community has a washer and dryer in every unit which is a huge plus. The rooms are big and very spacious. The staff members are lovely, attentive and really go out of there way to help our loved ones.

I am a new resident at Crestview (two weeks). Everyone, staff and residents, are so friendly they made me feel welcome on day one. There are numerous activities to meet anyone’s likes. My moving here was a great idea.

The staff is just wonderful, and they really made a difference in her transition to assisted living. The community is very neat and clean and the food is amazing. I would recommend this community to others based on my information.

Las Palomas has been a great experience the community is very clean and nice. Our loved one is very happy there, her apartment is just the right size and they always listen to any of your questions and concerns. The maintenance team is on top of all your request which is wonderful. Our loved one had to use the call button around her neck once and they came up immediately to check on her, so we know it works perfect and she is safe there.

I would encourage everyone to go to Lincoln Meadows. My mom is very happy. It has improved her mental health and given her independence. And she really enjoys the company of the other men and women who live there. If mom is happy, then our whole family is happy. Overall the food has been good, but there were some complaints about the last chef. So they just hired a new one who seems promising, and the food seems to be on it's way back up. My mom is enjoying exercises classes and happy hours. She's been doing quite a bit of activities. The one place I feel they could use some improvement is they don't have enough wait staff in the dining room. So the residents have to wait a while to be served, which has been frustrating. But overall, it's a good value and cheaper than other places around. We got in on a special that froze our rates for three years, so we've been really happy with the cost.

We toured this community and it was very nice. The staff was great and they answered all of our questions. They were very efficient with the follow-up also.

This was very comparable to where we ended up. It was clean, very open, and the woman who led our tour was very friendly. She took her time with us, and was very accommodating when we had to move our appointment time a couple of times. Our decision came down to Lincoln Meadows and one other place, and then really it just boiled down to location.

The staff have been really helpful. I would tell others that the apartments are very spacious and nicely decorated. My loved one became ill in the middle of the night, and called. I was able to speak to the nurse on duty. Since this I had to up the care of my loved one and the community has been great with the new care. The remote control stopped working due to the batteries not working and the community was able to fix this for my loved one.

The administrative staff went above and beyond for us during the move in process. They did not have activities when they first moved in, but they are starting them up again. Even during covid they were trying and doing activities in the rooms. They are very happy with what is available to them. We liked that their assisted living and independent living were mixed so they could go to activities and meals together. They are not a big fan of the variety of the meals but it is growing on them, they are just not chef prepared meals like the independent living. The staff really do care about the residents and it shows. It is expensive but they are getting excellent care and in a safe place. I would recommend to others looking and already have.

Everything about Southview has been very positive and reassuring. [name removed] made the process as smooth and simple as possible and [name removed], the memory care manager made my dad feel comfortable and welcome. During this trying time everyone at Southview made it a much less difficult transition than I would have believed.
