Spectrum Retirement

This was a very nice community and it was my second choice. This community was just a little more expensive and also had more amenities and nicer other community. The other community that we were looking at was closer and only reason we did not choose this community.

[name removed] was wonderfully thoughtful and attentive to us and the needs of my father, a prospective resident. She did a great job of explaining all the amenities and even touched on specific attributes of Lombard Place that my father may like based on his interests and hobbies and level of care!

I would recommend this community. Our loved one passed away here. We knew going in that she may not come back from it but they were wonderful with her and came highly recommended. I thought she was in the wrong place but there were committed to my loved one and they took care of her the whole time. It was a lovely facility for my loved one even though she required extra care they were extra kind and good to us. The cost was also reasonable.

My mom became a resident in early July and still loves the place. The food is really good. The social activities are terrific. Loves the art, exercise, cooking classes, as well as the group outings. She had a blast at the Halloween Party and the group sing-a-long. She is making new friends and it is a great place for her life-long friends and family to come and visit. The staff has been amazing - big Kudos to [name removed]!!

My husband and I met with [name removed] yesterday to discuss the possibility of my mother becoming a resident at Cedar Lake. After a candid and thorough conversation with [name removed], it was determined that my mother would probably not be a good fit for the community due to her advanced stage of dementia and her mobility limitations. I cannot thank [name removed] enough for his candor and empathetic approach. I cannot imagine anything worse than being sold and deceived into placing my mom into a community that would not be appropriate for her. He was so very helpful to us and giving of his time. He’s a real asset to Cedar Lake. You’re lucky to have him! And by the way, from what we saw of the community, it’s lovely.

I moved into Palos Senior Living in June 8th of this year. What I can tell you this is my new home, and I couldn’t be happier, the staff the other Residents are all so kind and friendly. But most of all the staff are very kind compassionate and very caring. I didn’t know how I would like living in a senior facility. If your looking for place for you or a family member look here first, you won’t find a more caring place to call home. Come visit us.

Today we met with [name removed] to take a tour and learn more about Lombard Place.. [name removed] was very informative and thorough. She answered questions, showed us around and showed genuine concern for our loved one. Lombard Place is beautiful but beyond that the staff was wonderful, which is important. There appears to be a real emphasis on the residents and their well-being.

My 96 year old uncle, the last of seven children , remarked on his initial visit to Hilliard Assisted Living “ I think I’ll like it here’. Three years later and leaving for heaven he felt the same way. His care was always exceptional with a feeling of family that he and the staff shared and embraced with one another. Our family couldn’t be more grateful for those who cared for him on his first day of residency and during his final hours with HAL. Thanks again for making his final years both comfortable and enjoyable.

I really liked this community it was my first choice but they were full and the first opening was two months out and I could not wait that long.

The manager n staff were extremely friendly n helpful. Our tour was wonderful......she was very knowledgeable n helpful. The facility is beautiful, clean n well maintained. Lunch was very good.

We moved my mom here after selling her home of 30+ years where she lived with my dad, who passed away in 2019. It was a huge change for her on so many levels and it all happened amidst the complexities of COVID. However, Lincoln Meadows quickly became her new "home." They've done their best with activities and outings throughout COVID precautions and my mom is really happy here. She's made friends, developed new routines, and she's always smiling when I come visit. She consistently compliments the staff, especially those in the dining room. Overall, we are very happy with the experience.

Working with Lincoln Meadows has been amazing. The staff care for each resident like a family member. Being part of a hospice team, we work well with the team at Lincoln Meadows to ensure we meet the residents and families where they are at .... Thank you Lincoln Meadows for allowing us to serve your residents and be considered part of your team.

Clean & Friendly

Our family had an in person tour and The Enclave is a very beautiful facility, but it is to big and we thought it would be overwhelming for our loved one. It also seemed like they catered more towards the independent healthier residents, but the apartments were beautiful. The food we heard was supposed to be fabulous and we overall were very impressed. Everybody we met with was very friendly and helpful which we appreciated it and now if we ever have to retire we will be coming here.

We have partnered with Lincoln Meadows to assist with any additional care needs, and we LOVE this community. You can trust that your loved ones will be cared for due to the truly compassionate team under this roof.

As a Hospice Nurse in the local community, I have had the privilege of working side by side with staff at Lincoln Meadows. I have worked with multiple residents throughout the facility and have been beyond blessed by the caregivers and administration. These residents have nothing but positive things to say about the caregivers, the environment, the culture and even the food. As a person who spends a lot of time in facilities, if I had to recommend a facility to a loved one, it would be Lincoln Meadows!!!

My loved one spent the last 3 years of his life at Lincoln Meadows in their Independent Living facility. He was happy to have his own apartment and still have opportunities for social activities with other residents. It was a comfort to our family to know he was safe, cared for, eating well, and someone would be available in case of an emergency. The facility was immaculate, the food delicious and the staff caring and friendly. I would like to thank Lincoln Meadows for honoring our trust and providing a clean, compassionate and well-run home for our loved one in his sunset years. I would not hesitate to recommend Lincoln Meadows to anyone looking for elder care for a loved one.

Very professional and accommodating any patient with oxygen needs. Anytime [name removed] has a specific request for oxygen therapy she understands the needs of the patient and then acts accordingly to make sure the right equipment is ordered. Would highly recommend [name removed] and also this facility!

My 99 year old mom decided it was time for a move, having been in her private home, this was a big step. [name removed] helped us every step along the way. She fast tracked the application process and the medical review. She even helped schedule a hair appointment in the on-site salon! She helped with difficult intra family issues and made the whole process simpler than it would have been without her help.

It's a clean, friendly place where everybody knows everybody. I would absolutely recommend them to other families.
