Clean buildings and grounds, friendly community and environment, numerous age appropriate activities and weekly events which are written out in a monthly calendar format. The management staff are tremendous they are always available for any questions and concerns they are on it immediately. If independent living with community support is a goal in a pristine environment then look no further, this is the place for you.

They really do not have a dining service at all but there are plenty of different activities to do which is nice. Being from the east coast I do feel that the value for the money is good. I do think the new project manager could work on her approach and delivery when speaking with people - I am not sure how she is with other residents but with me it is not the best. Based on my experience so far, I would recommend The Luxe community to other people like me who need a place for themselves.

[name removed] and her team are the best in the business. This place could be a 3 star but they make it a 10 star! Everyone we have connected with has truly wanted to take as much time as we needed to get information. [name removed] is doing a great job and this is going to be the best senior living in the valley.

This property is a wonderful addition to the city of Henderson. I have been working with Community Manager [name removed] for a few months and she is always friendly, professional and sincere in her desire to welcome me to this community! She has a big heart!

The property manager and her staff are wonderful and accommodating! The property is beautiful with SO many amenities. Close to commerce and low maintenance living. Highly recommend if you are looking for luxurious living without the hassle of upkeep.

This place is new and large. Cost is not bad either and paid back

The staff is very helpful. The location is great. Right across the street, there's a shopping center that has food, home improvement, restaurants, banks, gas - pretty much anything you would need, which is very convenient. The place is basically new, so the apartment is very nice. And it's a great place to call home.

We had a great tour experience with Arborview Circle C Ranch.

Our family had able to have an in person tour and it was a very nice and delightful tour, the staff were very welcoming

My husband and I are looking forward to moving into Mera Henderson. Our experiences along the way have been absolutely 5 star We have been kept informed as to what to expect upon move in. The amenities in the apartment and the community amenities. [removed] is an upcoming community with so much to offer to its residents. And Mera will be a part of all of that. New community and surrounding community. And we cant forget all stress free living.

[name removed] did a fabulous job pointing out all the great amenities at this property. The place looks fabulous, lots of different views of the Vegas valley from different vantage points. Can’t wait for it to be open!!

[name removed] was amazing when giving us a "tour" of the building. Since the building is still under construction, she welcomed us into their sales office. Every question was answered and she took time to show us all the available options and explain all the amenities. She's great and the building is going to be beautiful.

I love it here! I would tell others to come on down - it's really nice here. It's new. It's clean. Everybody is so friendly. We have great activities, including Wine Down Wednesdays, one of my favorites!

I haven't moved in yet but I know this is going to be a wonderful place. [name removed], the manager, is lovely and has been so helpful!

The property manager, [name removed], is a true GEM! Knowledgeable and friendly--I cannot wait to move in!

It is a very welcoming community. The apartments are roomy and small pets are allowed as long as they are on a leash at all times whenever you are taking them anywhere. They are also not allowed to be on the carpet inside of the facility. The location of the building is splendid, everything you could need is very close by. The grounds are beautiful. Although I am new to the town, it seems like a safe area as well. I would recommend Mera City Center to other seniors.

It's a great place because the residents make it that. We all look out for each other and care of each other.

This is a large enough for us. We have so many opportunities to enjoy life still. There are lots of activities and meet the other residents as well. The apartments are a decent size, with variety of layouts. There is storage areas as well.

We toured this community and the tour was very good. This community would be geared towards very mobile seniors that don't need any assistance. You have to pay out of pocket if you want additional help.

I really do love it here, the only reason I gave it a 4.5 out of 5 stars is because the apartment I have does not come with a washer and dryer. Other than that its been great, the staff are awesome and its just a very good community. They have wonderful activities, the landscaping and overall environment is very homey and based on my experience so far I would recommend The Luxe at Cedar Hill to other families.
