[name removed] was amazing when giving us a "tour" of the building. Since the building is still under construction, she welcomed us into their sales office. Every question was answered and she took time to show us all the available options and explain all the amenities. She's great and the building is going to be beautiful.

I love it here! I would tell others to come on down - it's really nice here. It's new. It's clean. Everybody is so friendly. We have great activities, including Wine Down Wednesdays, one of my favorites!

I haven't moved in yet but I know this is going to be a wonderful place. [name removed], the manager, is lovely and has been so helpful!

The property manager, [name removed], is a true GEM! Knowledgeable and friendly--I cannot wait to move in!

It is a very welcoming community. The apartments are roomy and small pets are allowed as long as they are on a leash at all times whenever you are taking them anywhere. They are also not allowed to be on the carpet inside of the facility. The location of the building is splendid, everything you could need is very close by. The grounds are beautiful. Although I am new to the town, it seems like a safe area as well. I would recommend Mera City Center to other seniors.

It's a great place because the residents make it that. We all look out for each other and care of each other.

This is a large enough for us. We have so many opportunities to enjoy life still. There are lots of activities and meet the other residents as well. The apartments are a decent size, with variety of layouts. There is storage areas as well.

We toured this community and the tour was very good. This community would be geared towards very mobile seniors that don't need any assistance. You have to pay out of pocket if you want additional help.

I really do love it here, the only reason I gave it a 4.5 out of 5 stars is because the apartment I have does not come with a washer and dryer. Other than that its been great, the staff are awesome and its just a very good community. They have wonderful activities, the landscaping and overall environment is very homey and based on my experience so far I would recommend The Luxe at Cedar Hill to other families.

My initial interaction with the staff was very positive and welcoming. Later, as there were some staff changes, I found that the warmness was not as positive. The place was beautiful, and the amenities such as in room, washer and dryer concierge service for the trash, pick up. The housekeeping and maintenance service was very good, very friendly and showed pride in keeping the facilities in good working order and helping whenever there was a need. The activities were adequate, but the interaction of residence many times was not very warm or welcoming. Not having the availability of food service was missed even though there were activities that served food. Some options such as vending machines Would have been nice. An apartment cooking was great, but ordering from Uber was expensive. Many people state that they did not cook. Overall, I enjoyed my stay at Mera Rhodes.

The activities that are provided are my mom's favorite. She would really love a first floor for easier access but that's about it. The Sage Highland Creek community has been great for my Mom and stepdad. they are very active

My stay so far two months has been very enjoyable. Very warm welcoming home like environment. Clean order free light field comfortable environment. The complementary room prior to moving in was a great benefit. Fellow residence were all warm and welcoming. The front office staff, are very knowledgeable and Willing to assist in any way they can to ensure comfort and safety. , The resident coordinator very friendly and provided. A warm and welcoming attitude and smile, radiated welcome from a friend. The maintenance staff have all been courteous, efficient and responsive. To all request in a timely manner. The building is very very well maintained. Inside and out.

You can't compare this facility with others that offer meals and dining - as well as care. None of that is offered here. My overall experience at Sage is good. There are lots of activities, but many of them are resident generated and sponsored. Cost probably in line with other places that don't offer meals. You need to be active and take care of yourself to live here. Many things are out of the community manager's control. Sparrow Living corporate controls some things that should be decided by each community. That keeps it from being a 5

The Amberlin is truly independent living-there are no meals or transportation service. They do promote community by hosting some events, and there are exercise classes. It's a better for for those which still drive or have someone who will provide transportation, and who still shop for their own groceries and other essentials. It's not a good fit for those who need extra assistance unless the resident has made arrangements of their own for that care. The community feels secure, with gated parking, front doors locked after 5 pm, and all mother doors only accessible with a resident key fob. The amenities are nice and well maintained.

The meals receive a 1 because there are no meals Now that I have experienced apartment living and I know what I need/expect. I enjoy the people but I ideally would like 24 hour staff so medical people can be let into the facility and expect staff to do a Wellness check when asked and know homeless people take refuge by our outdoor mailboxes. Friendly staff and several activities offered during each week. Would not recommend simply because several items have needed repair (plumbing , a/c, elevator,

My complaints would be that management doesn't follow through on complaints. And, the new grandchild swimming pool rules. For example -mon-fri/11-1pm only. No Sat. Sun, 1-5. The pool is not over used at any time so many grandparents who were promised open swimming are disappointed. Since I plan to live at the Amberlin for a while, i prefer my name not be published

We chose Sage Highland Creek because it was very clean, the facility is in a good area, the apartment is spacious and it is all for a good price. They are in and out of the office a lot. Sometimes hard to get ahold of on the phone.

Cleanliness is a 4 only because the windows on the upper floors are dirty by elevators and it looks bad. They also need some devote there. The entrance is pristine. Quality of care - 1. they have a ramp into the pool for handicap. But it's still extremely difficult to get out of the pool for handicap people they should have a lift., 2. Talking to Management over a week ago we asked for something to be put on the bars going down the ramp because they are so hot. They're burning your hands if you're trying to get in the pool while you're handicapped. We were assured that Maintenance would be contacted right away because they do have coverings to put on the bars, but as of yesterday over a week later, there was still nothing covering the bars. 3. The elevator on the second building is constantly breaking down. Since the move-in [date removed], the elevator has been closed and unusable three times. 4. I think a survey should be sent out to the residence to ask them. What the best times would be to have events. It seems as if there are a lot of different times where people are not able to attend. 5. If you are wheelchair bound, and if you have an Amazon box come in, often it's put in the top lockers where it's unreachable for somebody who is handicapped.) Food: I am unable to write food because they don't really have food there unless there is a potluck or something so I'm not able to write Activities- it seems like there are a lot of nice activities, but the times are not always workable and that's why I suggested a survey for the residence to fill out on times. Suggestion, however, a lot of residents don't seem to want to get together because a lot of the events include alcohol or it seems like the event is revolving around alcohol, so it would be better if the event of revolved around something else but then alcohol is available people can bring their own. I feel the value for the one bedroom is good, especially with all of the amenities. However, getting into the larger units I feel it's a little bit overpriced for an apartment.

I love the people here. I would only move if the price got too high or I could no longer drive necessitating a move to independent living at that point.They were better when I moved in but the number of activities for our community fee keeps dwindling.

Everyone I have met have been very helpful and welcoming to the community. There are a variety of social activities for all and being among others and staying active helps with your mental and physical wellbeing. Solei is located in a great location with restaurants and shopping nearby. Also medical offices and hospitals nearby, important entities when you age. I am 74 and glad I decided to make this move. This is not a place for sedentary lifestyle, this is a Place for living.
