Amberlin has been a great place for my mother since she moved in, with everything new and a spacious apartment to enjoy the scenery and plenty of shops close by. She is starting to get involved with the activities that they have like playing cards or just visiting with others downstairs for coffee. There are elevators so not to worry about any stairs. I’m just so happy I found this place for my mom.

I was happy living alone there as an "active senior." Yes, prompt daily apartment-door trash pickup. Very friendly and janitorial was good. Building is in good repair, and relatively new. Not provided; kitchens in apartments. Occasionally organized by residents. On expensive side, but allowing for inflation, who can judge.

I have been here for two and a half years .You can't beat the location and people are friendly. Meals not included. Lots of resident sponsored activities. Excellent community with friendly and caring staff. Resident volunteers help management in planning activities. I would recommend this community to other families.

What we like the most about Amberlin at The Station are the activities they have for the residents to participate in as well as the overall cleanliness of the community and the friendliness of the staff. We would absolutely 100% recommend this community to other families!!

My living experience has been very positive for all categories listed. My very first impression was that of a vacation resort when taking the tour of the community. After signing on, I have not been disappointed with my choice of this community living.

There is new staff onboard who are still transitioning, but no complaints with staff when called upon. They make sure to inform you in a timely manner of any major changes to the residence, activities, or maintenance. I've had a friendly and professional experience. Neighbors look out for one another. If you are open to friends and social events, you will feel community. Safe location. Good amenities for independent living.

Nice clean, new building. One bedroom but looks larger. Maintenance comes within a day or two. Grab bars and higher toilet accommodate seniors. They paid for mine. Arborview is for persons who don’t need a Independent Living Facility. Must do your own cooking and arrange your own cleaning person. Huge kitchen. Lots.of activities and people use the pool. My grandson and I love to swim on Sundays . Place is just right for people in their 70 s. We all enjoy the same kind of music and themes, games, and huge movie room. I am very happy here as a 62+ place to live.

I moved in a few months ago and I have done more activities and meet more nice folks that all are starting to be like family. The place is fantastic with lots of events going on. Nobody will push you to join the events but when you do attend an event. You are always welcome.

It's a nice community with a lot of things to do for seniors.

It is a very good place to live in all areas.

We don't have Dining here, but there is a Social every Wednesday night where they serve food, or we have a Potluck! Awesome place. I feel blessed to be here! I recommend Amberlin to everyone.

My mom loves the facility. It's very friendly. There's a lot of activities that keeps her busy. She does live there by herself and she is constantly participating in the event they have which she would recommend staying at that to anyone.

Easy application process and great support from staff. Staff helped us find the right apartmemt for dad and they added some concessions for fast move-in. Only drawback for the Mera Rhodes Ranch location is the construction of a new complex that has begun next door.

We have had a very positive experience and we are impressed with the community activities and the organization at Amberlin. We highly recommend Amberlin for active seniors.

What we like the most about the Amberlin at The Station is the piece of mind having my 93 yr old mother there. She absolutely loves her community. Based on the experience we have had, we would recommend this community to other families.

The Arborview Circle Ranch community just seems like a very nice facility that has a lot of activities and community events where everybody brings food. I think the value for money is really good.

My mom is very happy. She has lots of friends. She loves the yoga class and participates in a walking group. I have seen so much improvement in her mobility. She walks faster than I do...So. I would say activities and cost is what we like the best. They didn't go up on her rent after the first year.

It is a beautiful facility but, the yards flood and it was promised to us before we moved in that all the yards would have a walkway from the patio to the gate. It has never happened and with Mom's wheelchair, we have to hope the ground is dry or get her out a different way. Two of the staff are helpful and nice. The manager is the one that says things and doesn't follow through. All the people here seem to get along for the most part and they are all very friendly and considerate of each other. Be cautious if you have a pet because the rules for pets have changed numerous times since we have moved in with our dog. We have so many activities, there seems to be something for everyone, if you like crafts, exercise, games (inside and outside), dancing, and others. On the whole, it is a great place to be. We were use to having a house and not so much aware of the problems that could arise in an apartment complex. Our apartment flooded in Jan. when our pipes broke and still is not finished to the extent as we had when we moved in. Just be more aware and cautious of different things that I guess we had no clue about. This is supposed to be a gated community and more than half the time since we have been here, the gates are either broken or just not closed. It is not safe for the older people that are by themselves.
