The overall experience, the cleanliness of the community, the friendliness of the staff and the activities they offer to us all has been very positive. The overall value for cost is just ok.

The facility is clean, it's quiet, except when we're having an activity in the great room.?? If something is amiss and brought to the attention of the office staff, that situation is addressed and rectified. Both [name removed] and [name removed] and proficient, efficient and attentive. My visiting family members have all been impressed with The Lakes at Grand Prairie.

I am satisfied and comfortable here. It is in a great location for stores I use. Apartment sizes are Just right for me; 2 adults could live here. I would recommend Sage Mesa Senior Apartments to others looking.

Many small events to meet people. Helpful and friendly staff. Clean and welcoming facility. Inside hallways and doors to outside need a key fob at night so she feels safe. Kinds and helpful neighbors.

From my loved one who is a resident at Mera Henderson: The facility and staff at Mera Henderson are wonderful. I Love their open door policy. Every time you go to their office, to ask a question, their doors are open to assist you with whatever you need. They make your family always feel welcome! My move in pr5ocess was wonderful! Yes! I would definitely recommend Mera Henderson to others! I have no complaints!

The Mera Henderson community as well as the friendliness of the staff members and residents are just a few things we like the most about the community. The cost, the activities that are offered and the cleanliness was also important to us.

I am currently a resident at Sage Highland Creek and things have been very good for me here. The only staff are the maintenance worker and [name removed], the resident manager. My move in process was long, but good. I highly recommend the resident manager, she knows everything that is going on, knows most of the residents, and is very professional and friendly. She is happy to help with any needs or issues.

Our family had an in person tour with The Luxe and we thought the tour experience was great and what we saw was very nice. We were very close to picking The Luxe for our loved one but the location was the overall determining factor.

[name removed] loves the décor throughout the community, the friendly staff, the security, and most of all the different activities they have going on. Based on the experience we have had so far, we have already recommend Amberlin at The Station to others and we will continue to do so.

What we like the most about the Amberlin at The Station is that they have a pool table, a swimming pool and a game room. They also have a nice library and social Wednesday's. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to other families.

Amberlin Georgetown is a great place to be and call home. I love where I live. I've elevated and balanced my lifestyle and engaged in community living. It's peaceful and convenient. I'm comfortable, and I enjoy connecting with other residents.

Staff is appreciated and I really think it's special for them to provide services from outside vendors, such as food trucks and mobile library. Family members like my unit and thought of others who they thought would love it. I feel the community is a bit pricey, but it's offerings provide what seniors need for comfortable living, with a flair. The fact that we engage in fun and recreational activities with family and friends is a plus. I appreciate that it has features of a resort-style site and residents

Amberlin separated itself from their competition on every level. The sales staff is very friendly, and separates itself from the rest with their interactions with those living in Amberlin. When you're checking out other facilities for my mom, everybody would say hi, but nobody knew anyone's names. At Amberlin everybody knows everybody's name and is extremely friendly and caring. Apartment size is a little tight, but we did purchase the smaller apartment size. Amenities are terrific, pool, exercise room/equipment, library etc... very happy 1 1/2 months in my mom is extremely pleased with her decision to move into Amberlin.

Mera Henderson was nice, but the community was smaller, which meant all of the community areas were smaller. Plus the area around the community was more desert which I felt would make it dustier and possibly hotter. This facility was our second choice.

She is in a 55+ active community apartment. They don't offer care or food. But it has been an amazing place for her! She has made lots of friends and is very social, which has been great for her Parkinson's. Her doctor has had an at home nurse stop in on her a few times and she has also had a physical therapist come to her apartment to help her with learning some exercises. Her 1 bedroom apartment is around 615 sqft. She pays $[removed] for that. It includes community events a few times a week, plus community members have started clubs and host their own events. She pays utilities on top of that, but they have been very minimal.

I would tell others looking into The Lakes at Grand Prairie that the staff there are always accessible, friendly and resolve any issues that may arise quickly. They have been very professional as well. The size of the apartments and the amenities offered are great, especially for the cost. I strongly recommend The Lakes at Grand Prairie.

I've had a good experience with Mera Westgate. This is a great senior community. The staff are helpful, kind, and caring. They keep the community clean. Everyone is friendly. There are activities for the residents to participate in. I have been concerned about the neighborhood safety and security, but the staff are addressing the situation.

Sage Plum Creek has many friendly and helpful staff members. There are many activities - and many of them are led by the residents themselves. It is overall a great place to live. Depending on what you need, the apartment sizes are great! I have a one bedroom with a study which has been perfect for me. It has plenty of storage space. I would absolutely recommend Sage Plum Creek to others looking for independent living.

I would recommend The Luxe of Cedar Hill gladly! I had looked at several places, and there were waiting lists. I passed by here often visiting my son and brother. Made an appointment for a tour and loved it. They have security, child free, and friendly staff.
