I would tell others looking into The Lakes at Grand Prairie that the staff there are always accessible, friendly and resolve any issues that may arise quickly. They have been very professional as well. The size of the apartments and the amenities offered are great, especially for the cost. I strongly recommend The Lakes at Grand Prairie.

I've had a good experience with Mera Westgate. This is a great senior community. The staff are helpful, kind, and caring. They keep the community clean. Everyone is friendly. There are activities for the residents to participate in. I have been concerned about the neighborhood safety and security, but the staff are addressing the situation.

Sage Plum Creek has many friendly and helpful staff members. There are many activities - and many of them are led by the residents themselves. It is overall a great place to live. Depending on what you need, the apartment sizes are great! I have a one bedroom with a study which has been perfect for me. It has plenty of storage space. I would absolutely recommend Sage Plum Creek to others looking for independent living.

I would recommend The Luxe of Cedar Hill gladly! I had looked at several places, and there were waiting lists. I passed by here often visiting my son and brother. Made an appointment for a tour and loved it. They have security, child free, and friendly staff.

Living here at Mera Westgate is awesome! There are so many amenities here. The office staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. This is a large complex and believe it or not they know everyone's first name. The residents here are fun and outgoing but please don't tell us we're seniors because we don't know that yet. Come check us out and be amazed. I'm sure of it, you'll love it and want to be a part of it.

I've lived here since June. It is a great place. There are no care services here. Everyone must be over 55 and able to live independently. There are tons of activities- some sponsored by Sparrow Living (our parent company) and others that are resident led. The facility is brand new, so very clean. Residents are very friendly, and I feel the cost is in line with other like communities.

I love things here, but the rent is too high. I was sold on my original Staffer who worked with me over a year until it opened. Then they fired her and we did not get a chance to say goodbye. She was the one that kept me motivated and excited to come here and up-to-date on every detail of this apartment unit. I don't think they'll stay though because the things that she had planned with us are no longer going to happen. So I'll probably be moving out to find just a regular old apartment. People and relationships are more important to me than amenities.

This location is fabulous, clean, and new. Management are awesome. The residents are so friendly. We love Amberlin at The Station.

Clean buildings and grounds, friendly community and environment, numerous age appropriate activities and weekly events which are written out in a monthly calendar format. The management staff are tremendous they are always available for any questions and concerns they are on it immediately. If independent living with community support is a goal in a pristine environment then look no further, this is the place for you.

They really do not have a dining service at all but there are plenty of different activities to do which is nice. Being from the east coast I do feel that the value for the money is good. I do think the new project manager could work on her approach and delivery when speaking with people - I am not sure how she is with other residents but with me it is not the best. Based on my experience so far, I would recommend The Luxe community to other people like me who need a place for themselves.

[name removed] and her team are the best in the business. This place could be a 3 star but they make it a 10 star! Everyone we have connected with has truly wanted to take as much time as we needed to get information. [name removed] is doing a great job and this is going to be the best senior living in the valley.

This property is a wonderful addition to the city of Henderson. I have been working with Community Manager [name removed] for a few months and she is always friendly, professional and sincere in her desire to welcome me to this community! She has a big heart!

The property manager and her staff are wonderful and accommodating! The property is beautiful with SO many amenities. Close to commerce and low maintenance living. Highly recommend if you are looking for luxurious living without the hassle of upkeep.

This place is new and large. Cost is not bad either and paid back

The staff is very helpful. The location is great. Right across the street, there's a shopping center that has food, home improvement, restaurants, banks, gas - pretty much anything you would need, which is very convenient. The place is basically new, so the apartment is very nice. And it's a great place to call home.

We had a great tour experience with Arborview Circle C Ranch.

Our family had able to have an in person tour and it was a very nice and delightful tour, the staff were very welcoming

My husband and I are looking forward to moving into Mera Henderson. Our experiences along the way have been absolutely 5 star We have been kept informed as to what to expect upon move in. The amenities in the apartment and the community amenities. [removed] is an upcoming community with so much to offer to its residents. And Mera will be a part of all of that. New community and surrounding community. And we cant forget all stress free living.

[name removed] did a fabulous job pointing out all the great amenities at this property. The place looks fabulous, lots of different views of the Vegas valley from different vantage points. Can’t wait for it to be open!!
