I've been at Arborview for over two years, and it was the best thing my husband and I could have done for our future! I love the people that live here, have made many friends, we do so much together, and the planned events are wonderful! We just had a Mother's Day tea with lovely cranberry and chicken salad croissants, delicious desserts, and a festive atmosphere with floral arrangements, beautiful decor. The management here is so courteous and professional, and have an open door policy. The amenities are excellent-pool with fountains, hot tub, a great space for gardening, arts and crafts room, workout room, theatre and library. Many of us organize our own events, like the literary club that meets monthly to share poetry, readings, and original works. or sometimes we all go to the Wildflower Center for holiday events. I'm never alone, never have reason to be bored, don't have to mess with maintenance issues, and it is so beautiful out here. Arborview is great!

We like everything, especially how clean it is and bright. The staff is amazing! It is bright, cheerful, and clean. The friendly staff and atmosphere is way better than other places considered.

Staff is very friendly. It's a new building and has a few things that need to be finished off yet. So far it's very quiet. Activities are limited at this point, but will pick up. I have the smallest one bedroom apartment with a view over the courtyard. It's very comfortable. I wanted to downsize so this is what I needed. Still seems like I have way too much stuff.

The apartments are gorgeous and the community is very warm and welcoming. My mom is constantly active with either community activities or social groups in the community.

I have one bedroom apartment. I have the floor plan with the dining room. I have lots of room. Much nicer than my studio apartment I came from at Highland Estates in Cedar Park. Nice stainless steel appliances in the kitchen and beautiful marble counters in the kitchen and bathroom. Beautiful glass doors in front of the shower. Huge bathroom and large walkin closet. Nice full size washer and dryer enclosure behind doors off the bathroom. One side of my apartment is all windows and doors. Lots of natural light during the day. Nice size patio. I like the social activities and the dance and exercise classes and theatre and library and exercise room and the room with the pool table. The residents keep their patios and balconies and outside common areas well kept. Lots of nice plants and landscaping. People are friendly and will help you if you need some help . Stable, educated, high quality people live here. Lots of professional people who still drive and have cars. Lots of garages and carports and dog parks. Lots of folks have dogs. They hired a new assistant manager. The prior one was not the right fit for the job. Apartments facing the pool and courtyard cost more. 24 hour clubhouse. Gates closed after hours and weekends. Lots of resident led activities. Close to Randalls and and almost kind of business within walking distance or just a very short drive. Across the street from Maple Ridge Senior Independent Living which does have meals, housekeeping and transportation unlike our place.

Everyone at Amberlin Pflugerville has been very professional and friendly. The apartment sizes that are offered are varied in sizes and layouts.

The front office staff, [name removed] was hard to work with. Took a long time for her to respond, she forgot convos we spoke about earlier and did paperwork wrong many times. We picked this community because it was modern/new.

A place for Mom really made daunting task very enjoyable. I gave them my needs and they provided me a list of appropriate properties. Each of the properties that they provided was very accommodating, clean and more than willing to show us around the property. They answered all of my questions and were very professional Thank you so very much! ??

The overall experience, the cleanliness of the community, the friendliness of the staff and the activities they offer to us all has been very positive. The overall value for cost is just ok.

The facility is clean, it's quiet, except when we're having an activity in the great room.?? If something is amiss and brought to the attention of the office staff, that situation is addressed and rectified. Both [name removed] and [name removed] and proficient, efficient and attentive. My visiting family members have all been impressed with The Lakes at Grand Prairie.

I am satisfied and comfortable here. It is in a great location for stores I use. Apartment sizes are Just right for me; 2 adults could live here. I would recommend Sage Mesa Senior Apartments to others looking.

Many small events to meet people. Helpful and friendly staff. Clean and welcoming facility. Inside hallways and doors to outside need a key fob at night so she feels safe. Kinds and helpful neighbors.

From my loved one who is a resident at Mera Henderson: The facility and staff at Mera Henderson are wonderful. I Love their open door policy. Every time you go to their office, to ask a question, their doors are open to assist you with whatever you need. They make your family always feel welcome! My move in pr5ocess was wonderful! Yes! I would definitely recommend Mera Henderson to others! I have no complaints!

The Mera Henderson community as well as the friendliness of the staff members and residents are just a few things we like the most about the community. The cost, the activities that are offered and the cleanliness was also important to us.

I am currently a resident at Sage Highland Creek and things have been very good for me here. The only staff are the maintenance worker and [name removed], the resident manager. My move in process was long, but good. I highly recommend the resident manager, she knows everything that is going on, knows most of the residents, and is very professional and friendly. She is happy to help with any needs or issues.

Our family had an in person tour with The Luxe and we thought the tour experience was great and what we saw was very nice. We were very close to picking The Luxe for our loved one but the location was the overall determining factor.

[name removed] loves the décor throughout the community, the friendly staff, the security, and most of all the different activities they have going on. Based on the experience we have had so far, we have already recommend Amberlin at The Station to others and we will continue to do so.

What we like the most about the Amberlin at The Station is that they have a pool table, a swimming pool and a game room. They also have a nice library and social Wednesday's. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to other families.

Amberlin Georgetown is a great place to be and call home. I love where I live. I've elevated and balanced my lifestyle and engaged in community living. It's peaceful and convenient. I'm comfortable, and I enjoy connecting with other residents.

Staff is appreciated and I really think it's special for them to provide services from outside vendors, such as food trucks and mobile library. Family members like my unit and thought of others who they thought would love it. I feel the community is a bit pricey, but it's offerings provide what seniors need for comfortable living, with a flair. The fact that we engage in fun and recreational activities with family and friends is a plus. I appreciate that it has features of a resort-style site and residents
