Overall, I would rate it as a 5 for all the categories. The people are very friendly. The location is great close to shopping. Main artificial. The property is well maintained. The prices within line with other locations. Probably the only issue is that it does not have any. Services for transportation. You have to use public transportation. And it's a little ways away, but everything else is just perfect. It is one of the best places we've looked at.

After 2 years of calling this place home. My wife and I never want to move. This Place is GREAT!! ITS CLEAN, SAFE, AND FRIENDLY!!! If you're looking for a young retirement community this is it! You've come to the right place. I simply can't say enough kind words about the Staff, Maintenance, and even the Housekeeper. The residents at Mera are all usually very friendly and kind. Like one big HAPPY family!!! Make Mera your next adventure! You'll be so happy you did.

It has been voted tops in Austin area. They need to have more diabetic menu options. I would like more exercise classes. One daily during the week would be nice. It is a bit pricey, but there are a lot of programs and socials! I like the maintenence provided.

Activities are super. We've had some really good dinners. I have no complaints. But, a reduction in rent would be great! I would recommend it to others who are searching for a place! maintenance is responsive and timely.

Mera is wonderful place to be. I hope nothing ever changes. We will strive to make it better. Staff is friendly and willing to offer time to assist or answer your questions when needed. If you're looking for a place to socialize, this is it. There's usually something to do each day. There are volunteer opportunities in different activities. You are encouraged to share your talents. Resources are available for most things that you need.

Definitely a 5 on all. I love this place, and am quite happy with the people who run the complex ... from the administrative staff to the maintenance crew. Most of the residents are friendly (there always has to be a couple cranky folks ... but they just make everybody else seem that much nicer). Would I recommend Mera City Center? I would, and have.

All of them a 5 except the staff. The staff does a great job, but there has been an issue with the media room for a long time and we keep asking to get it fixed. The apartment sizes are great! It really is a wonderful place to live.

Amberlin at the Station has been amazing. Great amenities, friendly tenants, amazing staff. Plenty of socializing chances every month. I would recommend this place to anyone. Just to clarify, it is not myself that is a tenant but rather my father in law.

This place is very clean and easy to get around. New not old and dingy. Rooms are bright and balcony are roomy with great views. I would highly recommend Mera Rhodes Ranch for others looking for senior apartments.

The manager went over and above to help me out. My mother absolutely loves the place. She's making friends and getting involved with daily activities. Yes, I would recommend it to others. It's a smaller community, so you don't get that overwhelmed feeling.

We have enjoyed living here at Solea Copperfield for two years. Recently, a new Community Manager and Assistant Manager were assigned. They both have very good experience, and have already made significant improvements in our Community. The two Staff Maintenance workers are outstanding. Each of the four members of the management team respond and help us when needed. They have great personalities and professionalism. Thank you to our Team, and Solea Copperfield!

seems like there could be more for "Active" 55+ community but the activities seem to be resident driven. Quite frankly I am still unpacking and downsizing my house as I go through a divorce while working fulltime, so I haven not had time to check out any activities.

For me it's a 5. If you like something to do to keep you busy there is something going on everyday. The staff are wonderful and helpful. The residents are friendly, many new friendships are made here. There is a singles group and a couples group that enjoy outings to local restaurants and recently a comedy club. While I am neither a Texas Rangers nor Kansas City Royals fan we are within walking distance of Surprise Stadium. We are within walking distance to Surprise Library, I enjoy volunteering at the library bookstore. I enjoy riding my electric tricycle all around Surprise and Sun City West. There are three art galleries very near here in Surprise. Many popular local restaurants including many chain restaurants.

The events they have, the food is great. Everyone is very nice and helpful with anything that is needed. We would definitely recommend this community to other families based on the experience so far! Great social calendar and beautiful facility
