I am not ready to make a decision at this time. The facility is in the process of being remodeled. They will offer avery nice place to live.

This is a lovely community. Very Clean, the apartments are spacious and the fact they have a home health care company onsite is a definite plus. Thank you [name removed] for all the information and providing a great tour.

This was an older building but the residents were engaged in activity. I liked the all-inclusive aspect so there's no worry with lugging groceries and the bother of cooking for one.

[Name removed] was nice and the community was well maintained and I really liked the apartment set up. My only concern is the diversity of the residents. The staff seem nice as well.

Nice facility-all on one floor. Staff was extremely friendly and attentive. There are some extreme memory-challenged patients there that may turn her off. Like that they specialize only in memory care. Director was very friendly and asked a lot of good questions.

Mom lived here for two + years. She loved the staff and fellow residents. Food, not so much. She received excellent care in the RoseGarden after her stroke and passed on after a week in that wing.

We are pleased with the attention and services at The Waterford. The food is quite good. The whole place is generally clean and well kept. The staff is pleasant and responsive.

At my age it's hard to find a place with good food and good care at the price that is in our income. The Waterford does both. They stay up with the home and the care, in good safe area at all times. Thank God for our care here.

Went here on our own as walk-in ‘s . They were very gracious and insisted on making time for us. The tour showed us what they have to offer. Like the space and location,

The Thanksgiving dinner was great! Awesome food, wonderful staff and beautiful music. A suggestion I have would be to put the speaker in a centrally located spot, we couldn't really hear or make out what was being said. Other than that great!

I like it. Nice atmosphere. Staff cordial. The rooms are nice and I think it has all the necessary amenities. Fun activity calendar and it was presented to me thoroughly. Not sure about the food though. Need to try more. Close to home.

[Name removed] did a wonderful job of showing us the facility and explaining all of the amenities. The Anthology is a very new facility and is sparkling clean. Unfortunately it is hard to get a feel for the "atmosphere" of the place since they only had about 15 residents at the time we toured and not all of their planned amenities were completely in place. The studio apartments seemed a little smaller than other facilities that we toured. Once they are completely up and running I think that it will be a fine assisted living residence.

I am writing as a friend of a new resident. Overall she is *very* pleased with The Wellington. Please keep in mind this review is essentially for her one notable exception, and does not really get into any other area: As I sat with her when she went through and signed her agreement/contract, we both heard the Executive Director say that, in addition to basic cable, The Wellington provides internet and WiFi for all units in the Community. She has been able to access the cable TV, but WiFi signal strength in her area of the complex is too week to access the internet or email. I spoke with the Exec. Director but, to make a long story short, even though the Community provides the WiFi, we were told it is my friend's responsibility to purchase a Signal Booster or Modem. The Community refuses to take responsibility for contacting the service vendor in order to resolve the issue. All my friend asks is that the management of her Community honor their commitment to "provide internet and WiFi" to her.

Nice place, has some potential. Apartments are nice size. Located away from busy traffic is nice but still may be difficult to get to on busy days for visits

Pros: Perfect room location and room size. Cons: Would have to transfer mother and 20 minutes from daughter.

I enjoyed my visit and tour at the Waterford. The staff and [name removed] were a pleasure to meet and made my situation of feeling stressful very comforting. I liked the community environment and the cleanliness.

Courteous staff, did not meet but front desk and Sales Director. Grounds were well kept and pleasant balconies and porches on some units. 7 floor plans available for 1 bedroom units. Like the finishes and layout of the units. Activity schedule was a good selection of events and activities for tenants. One-time $1000.00 community fee.
