We moved to Madison because our son lives here. We searched for quite a while for what we wanted and found it here. The staff and other residents are friendly, helpful, and not intrusive. We have felt so well cared for during this epidemic. We were very impressed that they offered independent and aided care in the same apartment if needed. We love it here!

The people here are the best. They are friendly and welcoming. I have lived here for 11 years and have made many friends. Your needs are always met.

Moved into this area 2005 lived in Madison from 1939 till 2005. Born in Reedsburg, Wi in 1925 lived in Wonewala til 1959 in Battle of Bulge in 1944 disabled 100% 1945 worked at comm/artist drafts man til 1988. Age now is 95, lived here 14 years.

To anyone, I would recommend Waterford at Fitchburg. The staff are all wonderful, caring folks. The apartments were originally meant to be condos, so they are spacious and have washer/dryers and nice kitchens. Only reservation might be if you are VERY fussy about food. (I'm not). But then, cook your own food.

When my husband became ill I moved to this community to be closer to our daughter. Now four years later, I am widowed and so glad I am here.

I have lived here for 3 years in independent classification so hard to evaluate services in those in assisted living but I am certainly satisfied with my amenities. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The building is probably due for some updates/repairs but not drastic. Overall a positive experience.

The restrictions as the result of Covid-19 have been difficult for my parents. They do a good job keeping the community clean. The staff has always been kind whenever I have had to interact with them. Prior to Covid-19 the services were great, but those are now restricted.

I love it here! Don't have to do my laundry. Love Bingo, and other residents.

The virtual tour of the interior of the facility was comprehensive and pleasant. It appeared to be very clean with lots of personal touches and safety features. The layout was excellent. The apartment we toured was ideal for our needs, and the price was right. Based on what we experienced during the virtual tour, this facility would be our 1st choice. Unfortunately, we do need some level of continuum of care which wasn't available here.Our guide was personable, helpful and very knowledgeable.

Love the people here! Everyone is kind. Nice, clean, and nicely decorated. Food pretty good they try very hard to make everyone happy.

Never lived in Assisted Living before. Everyone that I have had contact with is busy doing their job, cheerful and uplifting. They deserve the best for taking such good care during this virus epidemic. Don't know how they could do any better.

Management tries very hard to keep us safe from illness utilizing safeguards set forth by the health industry.

We work every day to make this organization feel as much as we can like a home. Look out for your neighbor and stay best to keep you alert and involved in activities that stimulate you.

Head nurse, [name removed] tries very hard to make the residents feel at home, she also plays piano and residents sing. They videotaped it and put it on Facebook for families to see their loved ones in action. Activities director tries hard to have each resident be actively engaged. They really encourage them to be out in the community and keep residents busy. The aides have even tried to help in all areas, like washing and doing my mom’s hair during the quarantine, it really helped her feel pampered and happy. The full time staff really likes working with seniors. Cook has been there 15 year.

I spoke and got virtual tour. I’m not sure this is going to be in our budget. Fees are variable and could go up.

We, my father in law, sister in law and brother in law really liked Georgetowne Place. Very friendly, clean, smelled good, like popcorn and no bad oders. We like the apartments we viewed, restaurant, game area and coffee area. A little concerned if my father in law was to have a room that was far from elevator or other areas because of being on oxygen and getting out of breath. Overall we really liked it. The price was were we thought it would be and something he could probably afford.

Everyone has been very friendly and helpful. We had a few difficulties in the beginning...us getting to know their expectations of us...and them getting to know our mother...I would absolutely recommend this facility
