It is a smaller community and they really do get to know the residents. I chose this community because of the size and it was more reasonably priced then others I looked at. She likes the food and they offer a variety. The caregivers are very nice. I would recommend this community to other families.

My mom is in Independent Living. It is cost-effective for the area. They take good care of my mom. It has been hard with Covid-19, but they are doing a good job. The food was better when it was serviced in the dining room.

The community looked nice during my virtual tour. Them apartment shown is just the right size for my Dad. I will keep this one on the list.

Have lived at West Shores 9 months. Would gladly recommend it to my friends and others.

We lived in Mt. Ida, shopped in Hot Springs, and passed West Shores often. Stopped one day and visited, when we decided to sell our home and relocate in asst. living we never looked for another. It felt like home, we have been very pleased and everyone is just like family.

The staff have been really friendly, but there has been a lot of staff turnover recently. It is a nice set up, nice building, and a lot of amenities. They take good care of my dad. When he needs helps , they are there to help him. The food is okay and they offer a variety. We chose this community because he needed a lower altitude and they had the availability. It is also a smaller town and the climate is cooler there . I would recommend this community to other families.

The community is usually pretty clean. It is a little hard to get through to the staff on the phone. One of the staff in particular is really good with my mother. They do have activities available. We do think The Waterford At Virginia Beach is quite expensive.

The only concern I have is the constant leadership turnover. The caregivers are great. They are wonderful, friendly , good to my dad, and they know me. The food is good and they offer choices. I chose this community because of the price point, and my dad was able to live in an apartment there which gave him a sense of independence.

A friendly, and very heplful staff makes for a happy community — which is what we have here.

The staff is very welcoming at American House Macedonia. The food is very good. The room sizes were great. They do not have much outdoor space. The community was very well laid out. It was overall a positive experience.

I am happy at Brookview Meadows. I am in Independent Living. The food could be improved. The room sizes are fine. The layout of the community is good. They have outdoor space for residents to use. The staff is good.

It is nice facility. Staff is friendly. It is a better fit for someone more independent and not for folks with higher care needs. There is not a lot of activities or events for residents to participate in outside the community. The food was okay. They have outdoor space for residents.

I think that Waterford at Fort Worth is a good community. My mother in law is happy there. The care is fine, although she is pretty independent. She has no complaints about the food. Her apartment is a nice little apartment. I would recommend this community to other families.

The community smells fresh, no other odors. I didn't see people cleaning but the community was clean. The staff was friendly and greeted us at the door. They all asked if they could help us and were very accommodating where they could be. The care was good as well, no complaints from my husband. He didn't complain about the food either! The only downside was when I tried to take him back, they were not licensed to thicken food otherwise I would have chosen them again.

The community does a good job with keeping things clean. The staff is very friendly. They have been keeping me relatively informed about my wife's care. They have done a good job with accommodating for my wife's lack of sight. Definitely a good value.

Your leadership is helpful in the daily notes that departed to residents. I am delighted with these. Otherwise, the facility is fine. I like my apartment. They could use more beauty but the average is good.

They were wonderful for the respite care. My husband went there on two separate occasions. They were accommodating and wonderful. They bent over backwards to help us out. He was fine with being there as well. The community was homelike. They had outdoor spaces and a library.
