If you want to come here, come here. Everything is good here. The staff are short handed like a lot of other places. There is one large dinner meal and there is a continental breakfast. In between you are on your own. The food here is very good. There are two hot meals to choose from, or a entrée option.

I have lived here for almost seven years! I find it fills all my needs and I am content, most of the time We make good friends and they become our family, so we share good times that are not so good. The staff are very helpful and friednly. On the whole, I am happy to be here!

It has a very homey atmosphere. The staff is very friendly, and they work hard with the families to take care of their loved ones. The day to day care is as good as can be expected. It's very clean. They have plenty of activities, including bingo, church service on Sundays, movies, and ice cream socials.

It is a brand new community, and it is very nice and clean so far. They haven't quite gotten all the kinks worked out. There seems to be some turnover in staffing. The activities calendar is amazing, but they don't do many of the activates that are offered. Currently they are doing bingo primarily. It seems the activities are more for the assisted living side, and they ignore the memory care side.

We've seen Covid restrictions end, and we've seen three different people change in administrative roles. The marketing person has been very helpful. The everyday nursing/CNA staff are consistent and wonderful. We have just experienced some transition in the administrative process side of things. We've not been there long enough to know how that will play out. We just know what the current transition period is like now. There are new people to contact and new processes for things like laundry and housekeeping, etc. My loved one hasn't had any complaints about the food. I think they do a really nice job with activities. They have a daily and monthly schedule of activities, and a new activities director. She's actually done a lot of additional activities, and she's starting one-on-one activities this month. The facility itself is beautiful. Anything I've not been happy about has been Covid-related, in terms of access.

We chose The Waterford because they had availability at the time (which was during covid) and it seemed like the best space and price. The apartment here are nice and the living and dining room are big, but the bedroom itself is smaller. They do a bigger size room as well though. She is not happy with the food, she said that a lot of it is too dry and tough for her to chew and sometimes the portion sizes are too small. The maintenance staff have been really good about helping out with things. I would recommend to others looking.

We toured this community and the tour was ok. There was lots of construction and parking was not very good. we didnt get to really see much

Our family had a virtual tour, and our experience was good. The video quality of the tour was good and the overall communication was clear and good.

I would tell others that I like the memory care portion of the facility, I like the rooms carpeting restrooms, etc. My neighbor has been there since February 15th and they had not once washed her bed until I had complained. I have let them know and they immediately cleaned her bed because they were not aware that staff were not doing this. I feel because of the hard times of getting employees, they have a lot of young inexperienced people who do most of the work here. My neighbor receiving the care does not like the younger staff members. But we are going to work with them to figure things out and make sure the correct care is given. I would still recommend them to families looking with the stipulations that others know that this is going on.

I think my loved one has adjusted pretty well to being here, and he has been pleased. That's the main thing we were concerned about. Overall, our experience has been excellent. The staff have been responsive to any issues we've brought to them, including concerns about the food. Meals have been a bit up and down. Perhaps sometimes there's a different chef? Occasionally the meals, especially the meat, have been too tough for him to eat. But some days, the food has been very good. I know he's not a picky eater, which tells me there's something going on. There haven't been a lot of activities, and he's not a real joiner anyway. But I think after Covid has gone, things should pick up. They keep the place very clean. Someone comes in every Friday morning and cleans my loved one's apartment, and he's been happy with that. When I come to visit, I haven't seen anything that indicates they're not on top of their cleaning schedule.

We chose The Waterford because it was the one that my mom liked the best, when she went in she felt that everyone was friendly and welcoming. The apartment sizes here are good, my moms does not have a balcony but I have seen some others that do. They have a lot of activities provided for residents to participate in, even during covid. I would recommend to others looking.

We chose Rose Arbor and Wildflower Lodge because of the convenient location, it fit my parents lifestyle well, as well as the value for the money. The room sizes here are good and spacious and I really like the.. I do think that they could use some more staffing, but other than that it is good place and I would recommend to others looking.

We chose Whitley Place because it also has memory care offered as well as assisted living. They are good with communication and call whenever anything is needed and are great with checking on him and making sure he has everything that he needs. They make their menus a week at a time and he enjoys them. It is a smaller community so staff are able to take care of residents better. The head of the nursing staff is bilingual and she is able to communicate and is very sharp and we are impressed with her. I would recommend to others looking

They have a separate care team you can utilize. The hospice team within the care group were good. I would highly recommend the community to others for their loved ones. During COVID we were still able to see our loved one, and this was important to us.

We chose The Waterford because of the value for the money. The apartment sizes here are fair. I gave the admin staff a 3 because I had some billing issues with them a first couple of months. The maintenance here is also not good at all, it takes forever for things to get resolved. She is very happy here though, the other residents are fabulous. I would and have recommended them to others who are looking.

Our loved one was only there for a short period of time and it was hard to get a full experience with the pandemic. However, they staff members really stood out to us, there were always so friendly. Also the appearance of the building stood out to us

The food was great in the beginning but about half way into our loved ones stay, the food went downhill. The care services were great in the beginning as well but then started to go downhill, which could of been caused by the change in management. However the activities were great and the ladies who ran the activities were just fantastic.

We chose The Wellington at Dayton because of the apartment, it was beautiful. We did get email updates from them about covid and I was allowed to go in and see her to give her medication. The facility itself was very clean but they did not come and clean my moms room like they said they were going to. For the most part, all of the staff members here were very friendly and it was a nice facility. I wish it would not have been during covid but I would recommend to others that are looking.
