I would highly recommend the community to others for their loved ones. The attentiveness of the staff, and they knew my loved one right away stand out to me. The make sure the families and residents are doing well.

Our family was able to have an in person tour, and they were some covid restrictions but they did allow the residents to mingle with each other. We saw some sitting at game tables, while wearing masks. It was a nice facility but the location was just a little farther then what we were wanting.

I would recommend this community to others

Everybody is very friendly at Anthology from the concierge down to the staff. We have had no issues issues with that at all. We have had a few issues with the care though, there seems to be some confusion.

We chose The Waterford because of the value for the money as well as the facility itself seemed brighter. The room she has is across from the nurses station so we really liked that. I have had no complaints about the facility other than they do seem a little short staffed on the weekends. I am so happy that my mom is here. She seems to be happy and has made some friends. I would recommend to others looking.

Anthology is a lovely place, and very modern our loved one is very happy there. It is clean and all of the staff members we have encountered have been very nice and helpful. The reason they are not getting a 5 is because of the meals and dining service, like all communities we believe they are struggling a bit with staffing, so the dining service is not as good as what it was when our loved one first moved in. The food sometimes can also been inconsistent. The activities are starting to come back, they are having a number of things for residents to participate in.

The community seemed to be a little further for the family to visit was the downfall for us. The community was nice, just little older.

Our families experience has been very good so far. The staff members have been really friendly and really good to our loved one. The amenities and services have been great for our loved one.

Price more than quoted. too expensive nice place

We toured The Wellington and we really liked it, it was a nice facility. The reason we did not choose it was because it is small with less residents and we were just looking for something bigger.

While he was there, the staff were very friendly and very knowledgeable, and they did take good care of him. If there was anything going on, they let us know right away. And based on everything we saw when we were there visiting, they were really on the ball with him. Walking through the front door to our loved one's room, everything was clean, no garbage laying around, and nothing out of place. We never noticed any bad smells. They kept his place was really clean too. They just took really good care of him, especially in the last week he was there.

Lovely new facility-bright and very clean and elegant. Seemed very quiet-not so much going on. Apartments were small. Staff was very friendly. Liked the outside patio, but not available with a 1 bedroom. Dining area very large and pretty.

We do not know to much about what activities they have to offer at the moment, but just speaking with our loved one it seems like she is pleased. We would recommend the Wellington at Springfield to others.

We chose Anthology of Anderson Township because of the convenient location, the price, and the services that are provided. He is in a private room and it suits his needs. Overall it has been a good experience and I would recommend to other families looking.

I love it. I think the service and the staff are great, and the units are nice. The grounds are okay, I just wish they had a working pool. I think it's a great value except for the food, which is a little lacking. Some things are really good but some things are kind of gross. Another frustration is the front door is locked for the day at around noon or 1:00. We do have keys, but they don't work once they lock the door for the day, so you have to bang on the door to get someone to let you in. They do have lots of activities, and something going on for every holiday, which is nice.

The community is a great place for your loved one. it is neat and clean and the staff is very friendly. They also have activities available for the residence to participate in. I would recommend this community to others based on my experience

The only struggle we had so far is with maintenance requests. we asked for the shower to be replaced and that took a while. The community is neat and clean and everyone is friendly. I would recommend this community to others based on my experience.

The staff has done an excellent job in containing the spread of the virus! The staff is motivated in keeping the residents happy & contented in their new surroundings

It's nice and friendly, both the staff and the residents. The food is great. It actually tastes good, and they serve a good variety. I see people there cleaning all the time. I've seen the activities schedule, and they offer a lot of options for the residents to do.
