This is a great in-between stage for senior living. It is active but still very supportive. I like the idea that meals are offered. My loved one speaks very highly of the food. The staff are very friendly when you walk in, and they know who you are. They're cooperative for your needs. I know this has been a very strange time this last year. It's been difficult with Covid going on, but the staff have done the best they can in a not good situation.

My dad liked it here. It is a nice community. The atmosphere, the way the community is set up, and the friendliness of the front desk all make it a nice community to come to. The food was delicious and delivered to the rooms due to the pandemic. The communication with the staff was really good with the families. If something happened, they took care of calling us immediately. The maintenance department was wonderful to work with. I wish the initial contact person would keep in touch with the family and resident. This would be good to be able to touch base with them every so often.

We chose Anthology because of the proximity to family, the quality of the facility, as well as the quality of the care. In terms of covid, their communication has been adequate. The food was a lower score because I do think that they need improvement on quality, variety, and taste. The two biggest things I am unhappy about is the cleanliness of her room and the communication around the care she is receiving. There is zero indication of neglect, she is well cared for and we have not have any staff issues so I am still happy. Overall, I would recommend to others who are looking.

My mom seems to like the food. The care staff I feel like I can trust them, they seem nice. There seems to be a lot of activities available for the residents. I like the walking areas the community has. The community has been a positive experience for our loved one. The staff knows my loved one's name, and keeps me updated with communication on my loved one. I'm happy to know my loved one is here.

It is a very friendly place and the staff members really do seem to care about the residents. It has a pretty homey feeling to it and we would recommend the Georgetown Place to others.

The community has a great medical staff. They are meeting our loved one's dietary needs. The rooms are like small apartments. The facility is well maintained and very clean. Communication is the one thing that is below average I would like more communication during covid. I would recommend this community to others

Due to the restrictions they aren't able to offer a lot of activities, but we do think they are slowly starting to bring them back. When we do get to go visit the residents are usually in the family room watching TV, there is not a lot of stimulating activities going on.

I'm very satisfied with this communication, The communication between the staff residence is very good. I would recommend this community to others

We chose The Waterford mostly because of the apartment itself, they have a 2 bedroom with a balcony and it was affordable. They also have a courtyard where their dog can run around. They really like the food here, the portion sizes are good and we are very pleased with that. I would recommend to others looking.

The community is a very simple nice community. the staff knows your name and is very friendly and they hard to keep activities going. I would definitely recommend this community to others

The only issue we have had with the care services at the community is regarding our loved ones medication, that has been our only issue. They do offer good activities, and if they are able to they bring people in the engage with the residents. Our loved one has a beautiful apartment with a private screen porch.

Impressive: with the positive energy felt amongst staff & residents. Pleased with the inclusive services, and simply floor plan. Fee schedule for 1 bedroom companion is $3,300 with knowledge that this fee will go up annually is, unfortunately, out of our financial range.

My mom chose The Waterford at Ironbridge because of the location and the value for the money compared to some other places that we looked into. She was in one of the bigger apartments and it was good size for her. Overall it was a good experience and I would recommend.

Older property, but very well maintained. Staff is excellent and as I watched the residents, I could tell they were very happy. I love their "age-in-place" process. Residents enter at independent level and as they require more assistance, they build a custom program for your resident to meet their needs and the resident does not move to another wing or section of the facility. They have RN on site during the daylight hours only.

We chose The June because of the location of the facility as well as the value for the money. They really worked with me on the monthly price. The room sizes here were adequate compared to others that we looked into. I would tell others that if possible, try to get in here to visit your loved one as often as you can. Overall, I would recommend.

Very nice and clean. Rooms and facilities appear to be very functional.

The maintenance staff leaves a little to be desired; however, most of the staff are pretty good. My loved one seems to be happy here.

My friend chose Whitley Place because she loved the windows in the apartment that she got. She did complain about the food and that it had no flavor. I would tell others that the director here was so friendly and helpful. Overall, I would recommend.

We chose Cedar Bluff at the time because the staff members were very friendly, it was a good value for the money, and it is fairly new and clean. You do have options to choose from for room sizes, they are not too big, not too small. They do have a menu that they post everyday, they have 2-3 options each meal and they are served fresh. I would tell others that I think it really depends on the level of care you need, they do have 2 different wings but be very detailed on the exact care that your loved one will need. They do not provide transportation to doctors appointments, they kind of imply that but we have had difficulties making that work. Overall, I would recommend to others looking.
