Can improve cooking. I enjoy songs, and the aides are good. Great nurses. Everyone here are great and hard workers.

There is a lot of things that needs to be done. Food too salty for seniors. Menu reads wrong and all are low on food? The help is great. Same food every week. Serve you the wrong food half the time.

Dining room needs a little help. Staff are hard workers. Nursing staff are good.

Overall our experience with The Wellington has been very positive. It is neat and clean and the staff is friendly and attentive. There are a few minor issues that are typical of any facility. For instance, she was only able to get a shower in the evening although she prefers a morning shower. The bathroom set up lacks space for personal care items one would normally keep on the sink or counter which made it problematic for someone with limited mobility and the bar for hanging clothes in the bedroom closet was too high for someone in a wheelchair so she could not reach anything we hung in the closet for her. We were able to provide fixes for these minor issues but these issues could have more thought out by the facility. Other than these minor issues our mother is very happy there and feels well cared for and respected by the staff which is, after all, what everyone wants for their family.

This was a nice community, but no follow up after the tour and a little too far for us.

I really like how secure their memory care unit is, but when you're there, you don't feel locked down. It's very open, with lots of sunlight. I like that they have people in different stages of dementia all mixed together, so they don't have anybody isolated out, which I think is good. Since I've been there, there's been a lot of staff turnover. But everyone I've worked with there has been really nice. And they seem to offer plenty of activities.

We chose Rosemont because of the location, cost, and the atmosphere. The room sizes at the facility are adequate for what she needs. She does really enjoy the food that they serve. It is a very friendly atmosphere and staff know my mom well and what her needs are. I would recommend to others looking.

A great place. A great community to put your relative in. My family loves it and we are all very happy. The director is great and has been awesome with us.

I choose Carpenters Creek because I thought it fit my needs. I enjoy the activities, the residents, the staff. I have been here for 2 1/2 years and consider it my home now.

The staff is very friendly. I have enjoyed my time here and plan on staying.

Overall I think it's been pretty good. When we first got there, our loved one had some money that went missing, and there was really no way to know if it was just misplaced or stolen. But it's a really a good facility, and it's kept up nicely. The patio on bottom is nicely kept up, but the top patio was not as much. I think the food is really good. They have lots of different selections on the menu. Most of the people are pretty friendly. We live at a distance, so we've had to have outside help come in once a week to purchase supplies and toiletries for our loved one. It would be helpful if The Waterford offered that type of service for families.

Everybody is friendly. It's a very, very clean establishment. And it's a good place to live. I've had a few issues here and there, but nothing major. The food is good, although I wish there were more variety. They have a lot of activities going on, even though we don't have an activities director at the moment.

Make sure you visit frequently and are part of your loved one's care. Establish a relationship with the staff and makes sure they know who you are. I would recommend this community to others based on my experience.

I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones. The food here isn't the best. They keep getting new chefs for the community. There have been times that there isn't even of portion sizes of the meat selection. Some of the activities include pretty nails (manicures), movies, grocery store trips, and more for the residents to choose from.

We had a couple of very good tours at The Woodlands of Hamilton. We started out with an online tour first. The online experience was different than in person, so I was glad we did it again in person. I got a much better feel for the facility in person. I had a good overall impression of the facility, and I liked the level of activities they offered. Location played a big part in our decision, and they were just too far away. The facility was also a little bit older, had some outdated wallpaper, and seemed a little small.

My loved one likes living there. Her only complaint is the food. She eats her meals in her apartment and doesn't go to the dining room. And when she calls her meal orders in, she doesn't always get what she asks for, so that's a big drawback. There's also some issues with quality and preference. One time she ordered potato salad and told me there was more macaroni in it than potatoes. Those are two separate salads in our book. Otherwise she really likes it there. She gets help bathing twice a week. They change her bedding once a week and do her laundry for her. She gets help with her medications and blood sugar checks. And he seems to like the people who work there.

The friendliness and caring of the staff makes my mom feels like she's found her 2nd home & is surrounded by family. If my mom or I have any questions they are always eager and willing to help us find answers.

They've had some turnover with Covid, but the staff they do have is always great. They have been really open with communication. Any time I call, they give me a call back. The admissions person was very nice and accommodating, especially considering we moved in right as Covid was happening. Our loved one's room is perfect. It fits his needs. And they've done extra little things when they saw he was struggling with this and that. For instance, they added a magnetic doorstop for use when going in and out of his room. It's the little things like that that make them really great.

I have actually told others about the community. They are able to clean your room once a week which is included in the monthly fee. They are having to get a new chef into the community. They do have an alternate menu if you don't like what is being served.

We chose The Waterford because it was the only place where we could get an apartment, others we looked at were all just rooms. The apartment sizes are good, she has a 2 bedroom 1 bath but they also have other sizes to choose from and from what I saw they are all nice. Overall I would recommend to others looking.
