Beautiful newly remodeled facility. Quiet, very clean, friendly staff, and peaceful environment. Since arriving, I've seen significant improvements on the community. The food service is finally improving, after 10 months.

My dad lived here for a short time. I made a deal with them to pay a portion of the month and they would refund me the rest. That refund took from June to December to receive. So while I loved the apartment and I think it would've worked for him had he not ended up in a nursing home, I have a bad taste in my mouth about the red tape I had to go through to get my money back.

So far I believe my dad has received excellent care. I know his disease can be a handful sometimes and I appreciate the patience shown to him. I wish there were just a few extra activities to keep his mind busy. Thank you

Usually good, some very bad. His mood from day to day very different. Better than before, seems to remember more now and visit more with residents. Very stubborn and controlling seems to be much more satisfied with daily routine.

My parents have a really nice room that fits all their needs. The staff is very friendly and attentive. There is a glaring issue with response times. They are much longer than promised anmd there seems to be a shortage of caregivers.

My mother in law was at this facility in the Rose Garden for 6-7 years. We loved this place for her - great care! My mother has been here for almost 8 years (new years eve). This facility is family owned, big difference now! Glad [name removed] is here working hard to make this place nice!

While we are very happy with the care and kindness shown to our mom, we believe the facility is understaffed. There have been problems with the quality of the food serve since the chef left. Also, the exterior, particularly the drive-through needs to be cleaned and repaired and repainted.

The front porch area with the rocking chairs is very enjoyable for most of the residents. I am speaking for memory care. I do think they could improve on the quality of the foods and give more nutritious meals. Those who can go to the dining room had a lot better food options available. Overall I would recommend to others.

We didn't really have a choice when looking for a facility. My loved one's previous facility sold their building and we had to find a new place for him to go. This facility is close by, not too much more expensive, and had one room available so we took it. I'd highly suggest considering a different food service or chef is my biggest area that needs improvement here. My loved one thinks the food is terrible and has been ordering take out way too much, which isn't good for his health. The staff has been INCREDIBLE, they are extremely attentive and call us with any concerns. They have gone above and beyond, in my opinion, to keep us informed. So incredibly thankful for all of the staff. They do provide housekeeping and that has been wonderful. They come one time a week and change bed linens and clean. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends.
