The commorodary here is tremendous. I really like accommodations. The size of the rooms are great, the place is clean, maintenance is terrific, and there are a lot of opportunities for activities. The location is wonderful. We can get everywhere.

My parents live here and it is a very small personable community. There apartment is well kept and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately my Dad could not longer be cared for at an assisted livving facility so we had to move him. My mom still resides here and is doing well.

My dad is safe and usually is happy with living at Wynnfield. I, however, am VERY happy he is safe and well taken care of! The staff is exceptional and calls each resident by their first name. That is very impressive!! I live 3 hours away from Rochester, so it's nice to know I don't have to worry as much, about him.

My mom says she loves this place, everyone is so kind and help her with all her needs. The food is great. They even go out of their way to get her special foods for her allergies. Med staff is always helpful to get her the help she needs. Also very informative if you have questions. They also keep residents busy w/ games, crafts, & trips.

Excellent personal care for our parents. They “ try” to assist residents to the best of abilities. Most RAs are very personable & caring…. Meals are another matter. What they say is on the menu, or attempted to be made…. Is way off from what is served. It seems more qualified people could be found, or trained for kitchen staff.

The Waterford checked all the boxes for Mom. After living alone in her own home for 40 years, she didn't know how she'd adapt to community living. She did not want to walk long halls with confusing floor plans and elevators. The Waterford is small and a single story which has made her transition great! She enjoys the staff and the friendly atmosphere. It is a great place for her which she quickly considered her home!

My mother moved to Crown Pointe after many years of independent living in a rural community and has found quick acceptance here. She loves her apartment with the expansive bay window in the living room and a second large window in the bedroom. The bonus storage room has also allowed her to have access to additional personal possessions. Although my mother is a rather recent newcomer to Crown Point, she has already had the opportunity to become acquainted with many residents and start developing new friendships. It’s a warm and friendly place, a true community.

The staff has actually been wonderful. I would highly recommend Waterford to anyone looking for an independent care facility. The facility is clean and in a great location.

My mother lives at The Waterford in Plymouth and she likes living there. The facility is clean and the staff take very good care of her. The management is good and respond to all of our concerns in a timely manner. The activity director is awesome! My mother is busy all week doing fun activities. I would recommend The Waterford.

My husband and I have lived here for five years and are supremely happy with what's offered. We are independent and do our own meals but have our own bus service to where we need to go. The staff is incredibly happy and helpful and activities are many, but we all are free to do as much or as little as we want. The best feture is we can remain together when our health fails as need assistance. Come and see us.

The staff is always friendly and helpful. The facility is clean and nicely decorated for Christmas. The only major issue is the food. There is very little nutrition in what they serve and quite honestly, it's not worth eating most of the time. Its also lacking in variety. However, I will say, that could possibly be changing. I visited my loved one right at the end of lunch today and he had eaten everything on his plate so I assume it must have been pretty good. As for the activities, from looking at the calendar of events, it appears to be pretty good but my loved one doesn't really want to participate. The move in process went smoothly and the staff was very helpful with that. My loved one has a wonderful apartment, so other than the poor quality of food, we have no complaints. I would recommend the place, but not without telling them about the food. It may seem like I'm making more out of that than I should, but it was a surprise considering how great everything else was.

It feels like there's more employee stability [name removed] clothes and bedding don't seem to disappear or get mixed up His room is cleaner He is encouraged and participates more in activities. Overall he is doing better here than at his last facility, it is a better fit.

The staff is very friendly. The nurses are awesome and keep in close contact with me if there are any issues. Housekeeping is average. The move in process went very smoothly. My Dad seems to enjoy his meals and he can be picky. Only suggestion is that staff can be short once in awhile, but it is everywhere. I would definitely recommend this facility to others.

Meals were better the first weeks I was here, but have, gone downhill since. May improve as they have had 2 episodes of Covid since I came, which has probably affected all departments. I sure hope the quality of the food improves.

I've been here 10 years and I never have regretted moving here. I enjoy not having to cook and the food is great. [name removed] really puts her heart into her work. I worked that way for years and I know how hard it is. She does a wonderful job. I've made some really good friends since I've been here and am so thankful for that.

From day one I walked in to see a sign that said, "welcome home" and I have felt at home ever since then. I was treated with warmth and courtesy everyday since I've been here. The staff is very professional and loving.

My loved one is doing very well at Anthology at the Plaza. He needed the extra care and attention, so he is happy overall. The only thing he really isn't entirely happy with is the food.

One of our parents needs more care, so we are on the waitlist for assisted living. Independent living experience has been good. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend The Wellington at Conroe community to others
