The apartment wasn't cleaned the day we got there. But the housekeeping and maintenance staff were helpful. A day after she was in there the heater was broken and she has a light socket that needs fixing. Other than those items the place is okay and reasonable priced. The meat is dry and overcooked the vegetables are under cooked. These are elderly people crunchy vegetables are hard on the chewing and digestive system.

We were looking for a place for our loved ones who needed additional support, as they had been declining mentally, emotionally, and physically over time. We used the service to explore our options and ultimately chose The Wellington-and it has been a wonderful fit. They truly love it there and are both thriving. The only concern we had was that the apartment wasn't as thoroughly cleaned as it should have been at move-in. However, once we brought it to their attention, it was promptly addressed. It was also during the holidays, so it may have simply been overlooked. Overall, we've had a great experience so far, and they are doing very well.
I had a video walk through and discussion. Place seems nice will have a better idea when I do physical walkthrough.

Our main issue with Wellington was that we were under the impression that they were assisted living but they are not at all. The staff will not help if a resident falls, clean up any messes in the bathroom, or has any blood anywhere. They will immediately call 911 or family. Housekeeping was not very reliable and no one would clean the apartment or collect the trash for multiple weeks at a time. When we complained and asked for a partial refund, the director got very rude with us. However overall we thought highly of the rest of the staff.

Staff has been great, storage is limited, food is super. I've only been here for 4 days so haven't gotten too involved, but everyone is friendly and a variety of activities.
