We felt very comfortable there, at home. Food was great and the staff very friendly and helpful. Sad to leave there. What I would like to say to management to help future clients is to go over the house rules and what is expected of them.

The evening meal is never at 5:00 always at 5:15-5:25. Everyone could be more friendly, including office. In summer the front front door patio is always a mess. It should be cleaned visitors must think "If it is a mess outside what does the inside look like.

1. Very helpful and positive staff. Complaints handle promptly. 2. Meals are varied, tasty and served promptly. 3. Medicine delivery and nursing are done consistently. 4.Night staff varies in quality. Some are very helpful others are slackers. Keep an eye an this area.

The staff are very more and take good care of my mother Housekeeping, meals and medical care are very good.

The staff incredible and put the residents needs above all else. It's not uncommon to see a staff sitting with a resident so that they aren't alone. Their positive and healthy response to residents makes the entire facility feel like a true family. Kitchen staff go above and beyond to accommodate dietary needs so appreciated.

The faculty and care takers are very caring. We are grateful for her care. The facility is an easy and mobile layout. We love the attitude and personality of the staff. They always encourage her to get out of her room and enjoy the activities that they offer. The facility is built in an enclosed square, with a lovely courtyard in the middle, which provides a beautiful view and a nice place to stroll and visit with our mom. Staff have been so helpful not only in looking in on Mom, but also communicate and coordinating with us as we care for our mother. In addition, they also handle all the mom‘s prescriptive medication’s, and even provide food delivery to her room when mom is not up for the very short stroll to the dining area. Most recently she has enjoyed playing bingo and dominoes and says that the folks that greet her are just like family. We are on a first name basis with the staff, and they with us. It is such a joy, knowing that her mother is receiving good care.

I love living at the Waterford. They have good meals 3 times a day, served by a happy, helpful waitstaff. The front desk personnel are always able and willing to help out. Administrative personnel are easily accessible and do their best to problem solve for you. They have scheduled trips to the grocery and will pick up prescriptions for you. There are organized games for those interested. Sound good? Come see for yourself!

My father has been a resident here for about 18 months. He has settled in beautifully! There were initially some snags with showers or laundry not happening as scheduled, but management was immediately available to problem solve, and things are going so smoothly now. Dad enjoys the staff the activities and the food. Everyone there knows him by name and know exactly where he should be and when he needs to be there. I'm very happy with The Addison!

The person who gave the tour was very nice. As I said in the title, it was a nice facility, but it didn't have a lot of outdoor space like some of the other places I toured. Some of the apartments had doors that opened into the lobby; I wondered if it would be loud. A couple things that I liked were a very cool fish tank and also a bird cage with parakeets in the lobby. (I love animals, so that was a plus for me).

My experience at Waterford has generally been a food one with a few minter exception like trash pick up, laundry items missing and too many interruption in my apartment. In one invert pride, so its rather difficult to be social with so many people.

The place is very clean and people are nice. But my mom said the food isn't as good since the old cook left. Hey also arent as attentive as we were first told. My mom is shy she needs to be coaxed into going to activities. She cant see well, but she would like the church services.

The transition from home to The Addison was fairly smooth. The staff has been attentive to my mother who is type 1 diabetic. She mentioned the other day that "a;; of the food have is good" as well. Mon enjoys sitting outside in the courtyard on nice days. The caregivers and Medtee staff are all attentive. Mom is in the right place.

Mom has recently moved from the assisted living side of the building to the memory care side. Although this was a big change the staff at The Addison has done everything they can to make the transition as smooth as possible. The med techs and caregivers are so warm, loving and ready to smile! They treat the residents with love! The activities director work very hard to engage the residents and entertain them.

Very welcoming and friendly community atmosphere. Restaurant style dining is amazing and the food is great quality. Very accommodating staff. They truly care and want to help.

They are very helpful, but watch the billing. I would recommend them to others who are searching for a place for their loved one.

My mother has decided to stay at Rosemont. It is an older establishment, but they appear to keep the place up to date. Have seen new paint. They are currently updating their AC system. Not a expensive as others. No community fee or medical assessment charge. Other local places charge $[removed] community fees. They also assess a monthly medical assessment charge on top of the rent. Rosemont does not.

This facility has worked well for my dad. Mainly because he stays active even at 92. Dad is in a studio apt and he says that's all he needs. Since dad does not like to prepare meals the dining room accommodations are great. He gets to order from a menu rather than settling for whatever they fix as a special for the day. I would recommend this place for anyone who is looking.

Between the residents, staff, & family members this is one of the friendliness facilities in the area. They have family events as well as the daily activities for the residents. Thank you.

I am a Private Caregiver. I recently came to the facility to assist my client for a few hours. When I came into the facility, no one was at the front desk, overall the staff was pleasant. The Nurse on duty for evening shift was very friendly and knowledgeable. The only thing I noticed was that some of staff did not knock on the door or greet the resident when they came in. The resident had to ask a staff member who they were. Otherwise it was a good experience.

Nice visit, talking at table with my friend’s girlfriends, I was concerned when one gal intimidated that to get from the Villas to the main building she had to either walk or drive, for meals, when she signed up she had been told that someone would pick them up for meals. She also had a concern about the lighting situation while walking back after dark. Management might want to look into both of these concerns Thank you
