The food needs improvement, however I like the home style living with the small group of residents in each cottage.

The only problem with any of these places is the food. It could be a whole lot better. That is the only problem andI hear it from all of them. Mostly hear it from the resident's. Friendly atmosphere, and residents greet you when you come in. Not a lot of activities as well. Could use more of those. The problem is the short staff situation. It is everywhere.

It's good. I get along pretty good. They are supportive. They are caring I have lived here 4 1/2 years and have made many friends during that time.

Visited my sister, [name removed] while I was in Indy for Christmas. We had a very god visit. I was glad to see the remodeling work in the hallways. Painted the walls and doors. This will “brighten” things up as it was getting a little dingy. One concern I have is the front door wasn’t secured with our coming & going. I have noticed this before & have discussed it with [name removed] other siblings who live in Indy. I think there should be better security at the front door to better protect the residents. Thank you for all you do for [name removed], she really loves living at CC.

We moved into Senior Living to simplify our lives vs home ownership! Having no maintenance worries and having 3 meals a day prepared for us is a blessing for people our age! There are friendly people and multiple opportunities to engage in a myriad of activities, such as Bingo, Dominoes, chair volleyball, and many more!

What we like the most about the community is that the price is good, the food is good and the staff are great. Yes, we would recommend The Waterford at Round Rock to other families.

Diabetic menu should be provided. Very poor dietary selections for diabetics. Too many sugar and carbs served. Need more activities for men. Need more one on one individual activities.

In my experience. I worker with many senior communities professionally. When it came time to help my mom find senior living, the only place I considered was Waterford. I knew residents there were very pleased with the services, amenities and staff. Residents appeared happy and staff were very friendly and approachable. Prior to move in I had many questions along the way. The rental agent was very patient with that and never seemed inconvenienced. Since move in I have been so pleased. I feel confident Mom is in the perfect community fort her needs!

Everything is great except meal service can be slow. This is probably due to the constant turnover in dining room staff. Activities were limited for a while due to no licensed person on staff to drive the van, that problem has been resolved.

My experience has been good

Loved seeing the staff involved and making residents create beautiful memories. [name removed] is just the sweetest to all the residents. They truly love her. She’s a joy and pleasure to be around. The activities and crafts they come up for the residents is so wonderful.

Communication has failed a couple of times. Food is good and the aides are also. The room size is perfect. For being blind it is a nice size and mostly easy moving around. The only drawback is the size of the bathroom. It's hard for a wheelchair or upright walker to maneuver in and have an aide there also.

Like that residents are free to come and go without tight security. Clean and nice size rooms and each had outdoor space. Wish kitchen had more space/cupboards. Nice that all meals included in price and laundry service etc available if needed. People I met were very pleasant and informative.

Staff is wonderful and caring. Dining room has great meals. The rooms are very nice ... cleaning gets done and trash is removed daily. Lots of great activities suitable for all residents.

Very happy here with my wife.

Overall, we are pleased with the Wellington. Every senior living community has its pros and cons, but The Wellington has provided my mom with a safe, comfortable, friendly, and clean place to live. I am happy she chose to stay there and we would definitely recommend it to others.

The price and the longevity of staff is the main reason we chose The Waterford at Creekside. Its very difficult to see your loved one after the front office closes each day.

For the past two years my brother has been well cared for at The Waterford Finding this facility was a true blessing! Staff is caring and efficient. The small size ensures requests and needs are met. Rooms are shared spaces are clean and welcoming. Our family is very thankful for all the Waterford team does for our brother!

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Move in was a great experience as they were all so helpful. The food is great! The chefs /cooks do am amazing job with the food...very tasty and seasoned well. The facility is clean and tidy at all times. They offer daily activities and my dad, as antisocial as he is, is actually going to join their civic league (I guess it is called something like this. It is for the resident's to meet, etc). This is a huge stretch for him. Overall, I am well pleased. I will say the slight deduction for me on their rating is the delay in carrying out changes. It gets a little frustrating that no small change to a med, like something as small as a Tylenol, can happen without a doctor's order. That takes time to get with the doctors to get the order and then when it is sent to the facility, they still have to send through pharmacy for the change. This slows down the implementation of the change. I assume it wouldn't be as challenging if you use the in house doctors but my dad already has outside doctors and we weren't interested in changing. This is something to consider when deciding which doctors to use.

What we like the most about the community is their kind staff and that it is smaller in size. Yes, we would recommend The Willow Grove of Maumelle community to other families based on the experience
