They're pretty good. I've never noticed any problems with the cleanliness when I've been over there. It is very expensive but the care is good. The only complaint that my mother has is some of the meals she doesn't find all that tasty, but that's her it's not the meals. They're good, probably as good as you could get. The activities seem to be good. When I try to reach her she's always out doing something. She's been there since early April and a lot of it is just adjusting and finding out what the expectations are.

It seems like they just had a change in food service provider because the residents have been complaining about the food. There is residents that have been here 3 years with no complains but are complaining about the food. There just doesn't seem to be the right variety and types of food the residents want or were used to. Other then the food everything else is just perfect. The community is very good. A Place for Mom recommended it and 4 other communities to look at but after the visit it just seemed like Waterford was the best overall fit for our loved one.

Green Tree is a very good community that was really accommodating with us and our situation. The room is very accommodating for our loved one and they made changes to better suit us before we were even committed to them. Our loved one is in a wheel chair and they actually removed the vanity cabinet and counter and just put a sink with it being open on the bottom so it allows her to roll underneath it. Being able to do that really makes it so much easier and more convenient for her to take care of what she needs. The location is very convenient for our family and is only about a mile away from family. The setting itself is really pretty and the activities seem to be really something. She is already enjoying the Euchre tournaments. Each resident has a pendant on them that allows them to call for help; we had an issue with hers one time but have not had any more issues. They really helped us keep the cost down by a moderating their services chart. Because she did need help getting in and out of the shower but did not need help showering instead of charging for a full shower service they only charged for the assistance of getting in and out. We are very happy with Green Tree and would recommend them to anyone.

We are very happy with Green Tree they are very accommodating and are very helpful when it comes to making a decision. The staff has been really friendly and helpful. The community is really pretty and the location is very convenient.

Mom is very happy and safe. There is ongoing lack of staff in the dining room. Food is occasionally cold and/or overcooked. Potholes remain in the perimeter driveways for over 1 year since mom moved in. Some fixed while others remain.

We are early in our tours of facilities. Wellington is a very pleasant environment and the residents we saw in various areas of the facility seemed content.

We're very happy with the staff and the way they interact with the residents. The Waterford always strikes me as a place you'd want to retire to, not as a stereotypical "old folks" home. Always looks and smells clean and there always seems to be some sort of activity going on.

Small, one floor, outside courtyards, neighborhood and close to where I live. I have recommended to others.

Nice assisted living. I would give it a 4 out of 5. Floor plan is very open with high ceilings in social areas. Seems to offer great amenities. Clean and bright. Does not offer much for outdoor spaces. Living units are not very large. I did not like the memory care area at all.

Nice for the price. Well maintained. Courteous and friendly staff. Worth your look and consideration.

I would give Middleton Crossing a 4+ stars. Dad loves his apartment. It is bright and sunny, has a nice view from his windows and balcony, and has some privacy because he is at the end of one of the long hallways. Dad enjoys the meals and really likes having soup with his meal. He isn't a picky eater, which helps. Dad enjoys the activities, but wishes more people would participate. He loves the van rides and really enjoys the van driver, Mark. The field trips Mark comes up with are outings dad really enjoys. The facility, over all, is clean and homey. We really appreciate Cecilia's cleaning of dad's apartment each week!! Dad also enjoys the musical guests and special events like the Badger Bash and Casino night. I hope this helps families looking for a place for their loved one to live.

I’m giving a 4 because, while the experience has been positive overall, there is still some room for improvement. The staff are friendly and consistently acknowledge residents and visitors, which creates a welcoming atmosphere. When I raised a concern about trash not being emptied regularly, it was addressed promptly, which I appreciated. One concern I have is around meal routines. Breakfast is sometimes delivered later in the morning, which can affect appetite for later meals. While this doesn’t appear to be a widespread issue, it’s something I’ve noticed and continue to keep an eye on. I also have some hesitation about the transition in medical care. Moving away from a long-time primary provider has been an adjustment, and I would feel more comfortable having a better understanding of how new residents are evaluated and cared for. I plan to connect directly with the medical team to learn more, which I believe will help address these concerns.

The facility is in good condition, good location. The caregivers are great, activities are great for them and keeps them busy and entertained . The beginning set up is a little difficult.

Staff was very friendly and professional. A custodial person came in as we were discussing my sister's accomodations. We pointed out a challenge and she immediately went for help and returned to say the correct staff was alerted and would take care of her issues.

Repairs to the apartment were not completed by move in and the cook quit so the staff was trying to fill in. So food left a lot to be desired. I think the issues are due to a new director, office manager on maternity leave and the loss of their cook. All things that will get better in time.

Good tour; beautiful facility. Would not have the extra care our mom would need. The memory care would not be a good fit as our mom is not as independent as those living there. Was a little concerned by the lack of staff I saw as well.

Did not like the pressure to use their Pharmacy. Pleasant facility & staff, I would recommend.

The Ashton at Dorsey had a very clean and bright atmosphere. Lots of natural light, colors that brightened rooms in both the common areas and apartment. The team at The Ashton was also very friendly and engaging. Visiting the memory care floor and seeing the activities and how the staff was engaging their residents sold us on this is the right place.

I like the individual cottages. I do feel like they are short on staff. Wish they had more consistency in same PCA's in each cottage. For the most part feel like he is getting good care
