[name removed], the sales director we worked with was very welcoming and did not make us feel pressured at all. She was very informative and gave us a good vibe so we felt comfortable. The room sizes are very good and spacious, she has a studio and is perfect amount of space for her needs. The healthcare workers are awesome, the first few weeks were touch and go for my mom since she has dementia and diabetes but they were very attentive and would call me with any questions or concerns and were and still are great with communication. I would most definitely recommend The June to others.

This community was okay and the person who did the tour was great. There was just another community that worked better for my loved one and was smaller.

They are in the cottages in the main unit, but when they do call for help the staff get there very quickly. They absolutely love the food that is served. I would definitely recommend Georgetown Place to others looking.

We chose The June because I liked the fact it was a smaller facility so he would not get lost in the shuffle. The program seemed to be very individual in the fact that everyone who walks up to one of their residents rooms knows what level of care they need because of the system they use. My dad is happy and gives me peace of mind. There are plenty of people for him to socialize with. I would recommend them to others looking and already have.

I don't think there is a "perfect" community, but this is fast becoming just that. Staff has recently changed, and we now have managers that are listening to residents. The building is being updated, not only with new flooring and colors but with love and energy, a positive outlook.

The Waterford is good place to be.

My loved one has been in this community since May and the care given has been good. My loved one was in the hospital for some time but when he came back to this community he improved again and the community worked well with hospice care to provide the best for my loved one. They all like him and take really good care of him.

I have been very comfortable here, the community is quite clean and the staff members are friendly and helpful. The meals are getting better and the kitchen staff is getting better now that they are able to hire more people. Also the activities so far are very satisfying, I love all the exercise classes.

I am grateful today that I live in a safe friendly home. I have been here almost 2 years. I have a sister who has been here before and came; use can visit each other most anytime. I also have a daughter works from the kitchen. Making new friends along the way. I love to welcome the newcomers too!

We were very close to signing with The Jefferson. Everyone here was so friendly, we were able to sit with other residents at lunch and everyone seemed nice and welcoming. The food was excellent. The room we were shown was on the smaller side which is why we did not go with this facility. But I have recommended them to my friends, I think they have a great value for what you get.

So far I am pleased. I was somewhat leary about being here but it has certainly been pleasantly and been good for me. I do appreciate the variety of things offered here. The food is too much pasta! The dumplings were really bad. The vegetables are mostly peas and carrots.!

Like my apartment and having the room cleaned weekly, linens changed, laundry done for me, and help with shower and tying shoes. The caregivers are wonderful and caring and asking is there anything else I can do for you? The activities and participation are good too(from renovations to the bathroom) {names removed} are part and interact well. Kitchen help excellent (will ask if I want oatmeal each day). Would like my shoes tied more than 4 times a week.

Great community

Villa Santa Barbara is a very nice facility. It is multi-level so residents have to use elevators which would have been an obstacle for my loved one who is blind. They had limited outdoor space. It was just not the right fit for her and her needs.

We chose Elmcroft of Mountain Home because it had a smaller count of residents, it was very clean, and the staff members were also more friendly towards me when I was touring the facility. The room sizes are adequate. I would recommend to others.

I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones. The staff are easy to work with.

We are very pleased with The Madeline of Decatur. She seems to have adjusted here very well. You do still have to set up appointments to go visit, my brother goes by every day and he has been very happy with them as well. It is hard since we are not able to see them interacting and doing activities but they said she is doing well, they offer a lot of activities. Overall I would recommend to others who are looking.

Everybody is really friendly. They've always been very helpful. Some days the food looks pretty good, but they seem to have a lot of sandwiches. The living spaces are good, and I think it's a really clean place. I think they could have more outdoor space though.

I would recommend the community to others. [name removed] was so sweet, and all the staff have been amazing. It was amazing the staff helped us create a plan for our loved one moving into the community. We are happy to know my loved one is taken care of, safe, and eats their meals. They have a salon on site for the residents. [name removed] has gone above and beyond, and takes care of my loved one's hair each week.
