Facilities are clean and neat and the caretakers are friendly and kind. My husband is in the "Rose Garden" for Memory care. It will take a while for him to settle in as this is his first home away from his family. The location is very good, so I can see him often.

This tour was a "hoot" from the time the Director picked me up until I returned home. Very impressed with the staff, interior of the bldg, high ceilings, furnishings, friendliness with staff as well as residents. Food, fantastic, thoroughly enjoyed lunch with residents, we laughed all the time, started lunch with 2 residents, and ended up with 3 more residents joining us because we were having so much fun. So far, this is ranked #1.

There is a quick response to calls for assistance ,generally conscientious caregivers. Now , I visit my mom almost every evening and have friends who visit her 2 or 4 times a week. She usually likes the food. First place she has been to where she consistently likes the food.

The main thing is my loved one is very happy there. A bunch of the staff are leaving, but in spite of that, the care has maintained high standards. I'm sad the ones we've gotten to know are leaving. Activities have much improved. When you walk into the facility, It's a warm atmosphere, with a light and airy feeling. There's also a nice courtyard and front porch.

The Waterford on Cooper was a lovely place. It seemed very clean. It was a little more expensive though. The room layout didn't quite fit our loved one's needs, and the location wasn’t quite as convenient for our family. But I thought it was lovely.

Overall the care of the staff has really stood out to us, the sales lady [name removed] has been very good, very friendly and knowledgeable. We also can see the satisfaction from most of the people living there - when we are able to visit, walk around and talk with the other residents they all seem to be very happy at The Waterford. We would definitely recommend this community to other families.

The menu seems really good and they are accommodating to his diet. The activities are limited to exercise, holiday and birthday activities, etc. This is a locked memory care unit. This location is all on one floor. It's simple. Not over decorated. Its easy for the residents to get around. They provide simple comforts that the residents appreciate. I think they could work on the visiting hours and make them a bit more accommodating. They are limited to 1-430pm currently.
