We were incredibly impressed by both the facility and the staff. [name removed] knew the names of each of the residents, which was a huge indicator of the relationship they have with their residents. The facility is the nicest one I've seen to date and the cost was unbelievable. My Father even remarked on how clean the place was. This was the first time he'd expressed a real interest in moving into a senior community.

Extremely impressed with [name removed] and the staff and residents I met on my tour. All questions answered thoroughly. The Woodlands would be my first choice for my dad. I know he would be well cared for here. Definitely a homey and family type facility.

Very nice, clean community. It appears to be everything we are looking for. Is definitely in the running for Mom.

Seems very pleasant and thoughtfully laid out. Would have liked to see the memory care area and forgot to ask.

My mom's been there for over a year. Great place. Front desk has been great. Dir. of nursing has been great. The nursing staff has been on top of things, and call me with any concerns they have over my mom. Meals have been good, and an alternative menu has been a blessing for mom. Remainder of staff have been on top of things. They have done a great job giving me a break on caring for mom.

Tour was wonderful. we've chosen Benton House for Mom. Memory Care unit was exactly what we were searching for.

HIGHEST RATING!! Elmcorft of Maumelle has been a wonderful experience for myself and for my mother and for my family that have visited. We like that it is small and that it has lots to offer in the way of activities, outings, socialization, care and management.. We are never turned away when we need to talk, any concerns, question,s or comments are reviewed and addressed promptly. i like that we are considered family and have a very open line of communication with staff. Can not say enough about this place. Simply AMAZING!

Everything is going great so far with the short amount of time that my love one has been here. She has definitely adjusted well and she is surrounded by smiling faces. Everyone there on staff is nice and welcoming; also with the old ladies there. This location just felt so comfortable and so welcoming when I first walked in. Every resident that I spoke with, with the exception of one, they told me that they all loved it there. I am so happy with them and I absolutely recommend.

We have my father-in-law here and it is wonderful. They have been extremely accommodating to my dad on his billing and moving him into a smaller apartment. They have been very kind. He has a small studio with a patio in the independent living side. He has the 1x weekly cleaning service. They offer an inhome care provider on site if we need that service. The food seems to be good he gets 3 meals a day. They communicate really well with the resident they have things posted and also in their mail cubby hole. They have 2 shuttles that will run them to a doctor or the grocery store. They have a patio in the front and back in the shade. I would recommend this community.

Vet friendly. Warm and embracing. Not too sterile and doesn't feel like a nursing home! Upon first glance, seems to really support/empower residents to live as independently and as comfortably as possible. staff are very kind and I loved that the residents varied in ages, again keeping it less nursing home like. I love that they are connected with the VA and that they post pictures of the vets who are living there!

Our experience at The Waterford has been excellent. We have been extremely pleased and it has been a wonderful experience for the entire family. I love that it is so close to both my home and my job so I can visit often. We could not be happier. I would absolutely recommend The Waterford to other families.

I took a tour here and it’s absolutely gorgeous. I would’ve moved my Mom here if I had a better understanding of her money situation at the time. The people were so nice and welcoming when I walked in and they told me all about the outings they do for the residents. The facility itself was very clean and there was no smell. One of the things I was majorly concerned about when I first started looking for a place for my Mom was that we would wind up with a community that immediately felt like a nursing home. This place was nothing like that. You could smell food and popcorn being made, there were movies playing, and it just overall felt like home.

We toured this community and it was nice and clean. The staff was helpful and we actually put a downpayment down. Then they did the assessment and we were told they couldn't take him after doing all the paperwork. They had lots of daily activities to offer here. I would just recommend doing the assessments first.

My mom was living here in the independent living and was needing more care so we moved her to another Waterford community. The staff here was friendly and helpful. They would try to engage her to join the daily activities. The food was excellent. She had her dog here with her. They had outings on occasion. I would recommend this community.

The staff here is exceedingly friendly and accomodating. Very responsive to all needs. It was nice and clean. Mom is a little difficult at times and they know how to communicate with her. There is a calendar of daily activities like a crafting day, or the boy scouts came the other day to entertain them. The activities director is amazing as well as the chef he told me to let him know what my moms needs were and he'd make sure he did it right. They have a large secured enclosed courtyard. I would recommend this community.

Everyone I talked to about moving my mom into Senior living was so helpful! Never having done this before, they made the process so easy and their recommendations for moving my mom into a facility fitting her needs were exactly what I was looking for. She is moved in and very happy! Thank you!!!

My experience with this facility has been more than I expected. [Removed]who is the manager made me feel comfortable and she was so pleasant and down to earth. She is the person who made the experience. I am really comfortable knowing my Aunt is here and she is being taken care of. If I could move here, I would. All of the staff members treat her well and the community is very clean with no odor like you would expect. This facility is like walking into a hotel. Some of the things my Aunt really likes are things bingo and the on-site hair stylist. The food is also excellent and they go to a nice dining room and its restaurant-style dining. You can order what you want with a lot of options on the menu and they even have a salad bar. I would recommend this facility to other families.

Everyone here including the staff is happy here and it’s a positive atmosphere. All of the staff members have a great attitude and they have done everything that was promised to us. So far, everything is working out good and they treat my brother-in-law really well. Even though he doesn’t participate, they offer activities like cards, games, and trips to the casino once a month. Not to mention, the food is excellent. I would recommend this community to other families.

We toured this community for a family member recently and we loved it! Very clean, happy residents, caring staff. Who could want more! The residents and the staff seemed very happy. It is in a great location and we did not find that the traffic in the area was a problem at all. When our family member comes to town to visit we are taking her to tour the community and feel that she will want to move in. It is right up the street from our home.
