My mother is at Summit Place of Anderson and we have experienced nothing but the best service. The staff seems to really care about her and we feel like family. My mother enjoys sitting on the porch and visiting with the other residents and the staff is as attentive while they are on the porch as when they are inside. We have not had any concerns while she has been there. The care starts with the director and flows to all the other staff. I have any witnessed management staff providing care. It's an amazing place and I'm so thankful we decided on Summit Place. My mother calls it "home" I appreciate all they do and all the love they show to the residents.

We are very pleased with my mothers move to this community. This community is working out well for her, and her needs. She is doing very well. This is a lovely community. Every time we visit the community, and her room are well maintained. Her apartment is nice, and large. The experience is going very well, and we satisfied with everything they have done for our family. This is a community I would recommend to my family, and friends.

This community seems to be a good fit for our loved one. They are taking very good care of her in the memory care unit. We feel like the staff is friendly and caring. They are doing a good job of handling her behaviors. Our family members visit often and the staff is very friendly when we come to visit. It is very clean and no bad odors. The community is a well-kept community and is nicely landscaped. There is a nice and secure outside area that has a gazebo that she likes to go and sit out there. I would recommend this community to others.

This community is very nice, even on our tour the residents and the staff were very engaging, welcoming. My mom's apt is very spacious, we have brought some of her own furniture and add some new so it is starting to feel more like home. Mom has started to take part in some of the many activities and I am sure she will be doing more once she's settled in. The dining room is very nice and mom enjoys the food. I like the way the residents are so engaging with one another, they're always out visiting with one another in the common area, there also a courtyard and sitting areas outside with lovely garden areas. This has been a very good move for my mom.

I toured The Lodge and it really appealed to me. It has all the amenities I could possibly want. I still have a few more places that I would like to look at before I make any decisions.

My In-law is all settled in now and she is happy. She is socializing with the residents.

We toured this community for care for my mom. We liked this community for the clean environment. They offer a good variety of means for the residents. The community was beautiful and we like the list of activities. We would recommend this community from what we saw at the time of the tour. This was more of a financial at the time

We like the care at this community. The staff is caring and friednly. The menu is good but needs more variety of healthy meals. They have my mon involved with actives, but we would like more music to be played for stimulation which we find to be very helpful for her. We like knowing that she is getting good care and would recmmend this community for the good care and value for others

My Grandmother passed away in August and I just want to say that they took excellent care of my grandmother at The Waterford at Fort Worth. [Removed] the director was very welcoming and went out of her way to assist us getting our grandmother settled in. The staff was friendly and caring, they were always willing to help us out. I also want to add that Senior Helper was an excellent addition to the Waterford and took very good care of my grandmother. The atmosphere was always warm and welcoming. The meals that they served were very good. They offered a lot of choices and variety. Although my grandmother could not participate in activities at the time, I saw there were activities going on in different areas. There was a nice patio area for the residents to go out and enjoy the outdoors. I would highly recommend this community to friends and family.

My husband is doing well since his move to this community. I do feel comfortable with his move to this facility. Everything has worked out great, and our experience is going very well since his move to this community.

The care from this community is good. The staff is attentive and caring. The menu needs improving. The community is clean and it was nice to know that the other residents appear to be happy and let me know that they were happy with the care that they are receiving The community is clean and has a good environment. We would recommend this community for the care of a loved one.

I am very happy to know that my mom is doing well here in this nice community. The staff is caring and we like the clean environment. We like the excellent meals and she is pleased with everything that is served. She does participate in a lot of the nice activities. We would recommend this community for the great value and care of a loved .

We toured this community for the care for mom.The community had nice staff who were able to answer my questions on the care. They did not have a pet and were going to be doing some remodeling and I did not feel that it would be a good place for my mom at the time. The menu and the activities seemed to be appealing. We would recommend that other families tour this community for care of a loved one.

This is a nice facility, and whenever I visit everything is always clean. They have a nice staff at this community. They are helpful whenever needed, and have been very friendly when I visit. This is a wonderful community, and my father is doing great since his move here. Everyone in this facility is amazing. They have a great staff. They are very professional, and good at what they do. The community, and his room are always nice, and well-kept when I visit. They provide nice meals, and good activities for the residents. This is a community I would recommend to anyone, it is working out well for my family.

My mother has Alzheimer's. She was in an assisted living facility, but her short term memory was getting worse, and she never wanted to leave her room. We knew it was time to move her into a memory care facility so she could get the individual attention and care she needed. The staff here is absolutely wonderful. They are always helpful and kind. It does not appear they have a high turn over of caretakers as some other places do. All the residents are well groomed, dressed and clean whenever we visit. The kitchens in each cottage give it a nice home-like atmosphere. We noticed a few minor housekeeping flaws, but the staff quickly corrected them when we brought it to their attention. Residents are grouped by their cognitive abilities into one of several cottages; this approach seems so much better than everyone being grouped and living in one large facility and shared dining room. Being in the early/middle stages of dementia, mom would have never understood why she was living with people in advanced stages of the disease, so this approach works well for her. The medical staff reviews her charts and keeps us informed of any concerns. The Waterford is a nice facility with decent medical care at a reasonable price as far as memory care facilities go. My mother has a roommate and we are happy we didn't put her in a private room. We know what a tough decision it is to place a loved one in a facility, and we looked at many in the Pensacola/Gulf Breeze area. Creekside gives you peace of mind when you have to make that tough decision.

We used this community for respite care for my mother while I traveled out of the country. Over all I was very pleased with her stay here. Mom and I found the staff was friendly and kind. She said the food was okay but she did mention along with another woman who said the same thing that the meat was very sweet tasting. My only issue with the community was when my mom got there they were not prepared for her arrival. Housekeeping hadn't been done nothing was clean, bed linens were not done there was no tv in the room the freezer hadn't been defrosted. So that caused a little stress but once we got everything worked out then it seemed to go much better.

When its my time i hope for a place like this.

Mom loves living in this community she is having a great time living there. They keep her busy with all the activities and events that they offer. She loves the residents and the staff. Everyone is so friendly and happy. I guess she is liking the food I have not heard any complaints in regards to the food so it must be good.
