We toured The Waterford at Thousand Oakes and the staff was very welcoming and friendly. They provided positive information on their community. The room we looked at had smaller appliances, I was looking for ones to hold more things. We chose another community that was a better fit for my needs.

Whatever the highest number for the rating is that is what I would rate it. So far my aunt is settling in quite nicely at the Elmcroft of Sherwood. The overall atmosphere is very warm and inviting. They are very welcoming to family members when we come to visit. The staff is very friendly and attentive to my aunt's care needs. I have not had a chance to dine at the community with her but she says the food is good. They offer a lot of activities for the residents to participate in. They have a nice courtyard for the residents to get outside and enjoy the fresh air. We are satisfied that they are taking good care of my aunt.

We toured this community for care. We did not like the size of the rooms for my mom. We did not want a studio and we felt we needed a bigger room. The staff was nice and caring. We had a meal on the tour and the food was excellent. They do have some activities. We would recommend that families.

The entire staff at the Harrison has been very nice and helpful, beginning with [Removed]. [Removed] was our first contact and first impression with the Harrison and she is outstanding! Not only helpful but caring.

It's such a lovely place! My loved one has severe memory loss, so it was difficult for her to feel comfortable when she moved in, but after a while, she is enjoying her time so much that she finds it difficult to leave! The staff are so caring and willing to make my loved one, as well as the rest of the family, feel very comfortable with the experience. I have also found that there is very good security at this facility. Overall, we are very satisfied!

This is a nice community for the excellent care that is being received. They have been accomidating in every way. The community is clean and wonderful. They have a excellent menu and a nice list of activities that she had enjoyed. We would highly recommend this community for the outstanding care and value for other families.

We toured The Woodlands of Hamilton where the community was very clean and well-kept. The staff was friendly and provided answers to our questions. We were looking for something more spacious in the memory care unit portion. We felt my loved one would feel too confined in the small area.

My wife had a great respite stay experience in this community. Everything went very well, and I was pleased with her stay. I knew she was safe, and in good hands. The staff did a great job taking care of her, and her needs. The community looks nice, they do a good job with the cleanliness around the facility. They provide good meals, and nice activities. Very nice facility all new so a big plus. Easier drive for me to get to than Belfort Oaks Place. Little more expensive but amenities are certainly worth it.

My dad is doing well with his move to Cottonwood Village, the biggest issue is that they are still doing a remodel. The facility is very clean and the staff is quite friendly. My dad seems happy there. Dad said he likes the food and since my dad is a picky eater that's saying a lot. There are lots of activities and field trips for the residents that want to participate even trips to the near by casino and BBQ's. There is a shuttle for the residents to go to their doctor appoints and shopping as well. I would definitely recommend Cottonwood Village to my family and friends.
