We looked at several and we felt that Benton House with the homiest, some of the other communities can feel intuitional. My loved one's only complaint is that the food is not served hot. The breakfast is the best meal they have there, according to my loved one. The community is clean. They also have a memory care side, which has worked hard to help my mom settle in. The community was all on one floor, this was a huge plus for us. My loved one also has a private porch off of their room. It came with rocking chairs. My dad is in assisted living and my mom is in memory care. They are able to visit each other with ease.

I would recommend this community to others based on my experience. The community is very neat and clean and the staff is very friendly. They have lots of activities for the residents to participate in also.

We chose LaurelHurst & LaurelWoods because it was during covid and they allowed us to do an in person visit. We fell in love with the staff. We felt they had so much compassion for their memory care residents. They do offer private and shared rooms but my mom is in a private room and it is plenty of space for what she needs. It is very convenient to the hospital if needed and it is just a great place with awesome people. I would recommend to others looking.

We liked LaurelWoods. The tour was positive and the feeling there was very nice. So this is the place we've chosen and they have an opening for my wife. If all goes as planned, [name removed] will be moving in in just two or three weeks.

I'm very impressed with them. I'm a huge fan. I would encourage anyone, whatever community they choose, to be active in their loved one's care. I go to The Wellington often and have become familiar with the nursing staff and attendants on a first name basis. Being actively involved and asking questions all the time has proven to be very valuable. The staff have been amazing. They just added a new activities director specifically for the memory care unit. There wasn't as much going on for memory care as there was for assisted and independent living, but they're actively trying to change that, and I'm excited to see what the new activities director puts in place. I expected memory care to cost way more, but their cost is actually less than others in the area, and it's a very good value.

Our loved one has since passed away, but the Elmcroft community was nice and very clean. The friendliness of the staff members was the biggest thing that stood out to us, and we would recommend this community to others.

My Mother moved into The Amberleigh a month ago. The marketing team, was very professional, helpful and patient as we worked through the decision making process. They even helped us find a mover! Right away, we were impressed with the cleanliness of the facility, and Mom loves her housekeeper. The food is really good....Mom particularly likes the fresh fruit and her favorite is The Amberleigh salad. Every time, I visit, I am greeted as if I am a member of the Amberleigh family and the other residents are always friendly and seem very happy here.

We only have wonderful things to say about them as a family. They are fantastic. My loved one has settled in nicely and made friends here. The overall care from the staff to the meals is amazing. They keep us updated on our loved one, they send us emails or call us when things change.

We chose Whitley Place because it is a smaller, closer knit facility. The room sizes here are just wonderful. It has been a great experience so far and I would highly recommend them to other families looking.

I really like my apartment. The location is perfect. I look out over a beautiful yard and often see wildlife. I enjoy sitting on my balcony, listening to the birds. The staff is wonderful- always very willing to help-especially the house keepers. I like how all the staff is willing to fill in whenever needed.

I have never encountered any difficulties here. If there are any issues or problems, you report it and they take care of it right away. Amberleigh has a great offering of activities. Living here provides you with many opportunities to do a variety of things, from crafts and concerts to cooking and manicures. There is always something to do. The staff are all caring and friendly.

I have lived at The Remington long enough to experience the dramatic shift in my life from home ownership to community living. The Remington is a wonderful place to learn how to enjoy "aging in place" with your peers. I find myself in this "post retirement phase" of my life to be joyful and exciting living here. We are a unique community that represents the best life possible. Join us!

[name removed] is so out-going i love it. Moving my mother in law there is going to be a blessing. Felt very welcome the first time i walked in. When mom walked in she was greeted and made welcome by staff and residents.
