Been here a year. Staff up beat and accommodating. Turn or rain staff but very accommodating and enjoyed. Want to be sure we maintain staffing limitation for medication especially on weekends. (Some months ago). [name removed] med tech is excellent. Other recent ones great. More diabetic options in reverses side of [name removed] hearty friendly, diabetic etc. Residents leave trays makes cleaning 4 or 5. Love the new showers and toilet.

The size of this facility is a good balance between too small and overly large. It provides a homey feel, but has enough residents to enable small group friendships

I would recommend others. They are a great facility. We were attracted to them because of the secure feeling that my loved one can not get out of the facility.

I’ve had a wonderful time here and enjoyed it playing different games and going out on dinner rides and going up to Oklahoma Keith casino. It’s starting the movies and until the recorder died on us. And I always get my dessert at each meal.

Common areas seem clean. But mom's room was never very clean. I don't think the cleaning staff is well trained. Staff was friendly. Had to wait almost 3 months for a refund of over $[removed]k. I think the food prep changed during the time mom was there at the end everyone was complaining. Activities Director was good. It's overall a nice facility. Residents seem to have good comradely.

The people are wonderful. They just need to replace the carpeting and stop losing clothes now and then. Other than that.....Great place!

It was nice. There could have been some entertainment like music playing or a performer singing. And it was a little rushed. Food was great. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The place is always clean and well maintained. I would recommend this place and live in myself.

There has been a turn over of staff during my wife's 2 1/2 years stay two times. I would prefer more stability there. It always seems very clean. The staff seems very friendly and everything is good with the quality of care. They have many activities to choose form. So far so good especially if there is no increase for 2025. Good place for your loved ones who need extra care.

Recently moved my 95 year old Mother from out-of-state Independent Living to Amberleigh Assisted Care since she needs the availability of 24 hour monitoring and nursing/aide care. Overall experience with Amberleigh has been positive. The facility is clean and her room is spacious and comfortable. Responsiveness to call button is sometimes lacking probably reflective of staffing levels. The meals are generally good but nothing special. Overall, I would recommend.

In [date removed] new management was put in place. Many positive and solid changes have been made. Occupancy has rapidly increased as well. I am excited to see what 2025 has in stage for our community.

I’m new here only two months. It’s taking me a while to get used to everything. Wait staff is great but food needs improvement especially dinner 5 pm. Seems clean. It’s Christmas time and we have trees up, some music, but you can’t put up a nativity figures as you might offend someone. In WBL it’s 98% Christian. Sure don’t understand that! Jesus is the reason we have Christmas! Overall staff seems good.

Overall, Wellington has been good for mom. She has had some challenges fitting in with the residents but the staff has been good to her. She is very happy with her spacious 2 bedroom apartment and the amenities it offers.

Mom has has numerous UTI. Sample of urine always contaminated only to find out they don't use any female wipes before getting sample. (Waterford does not supple those!?) So I purchased some and sample were better! Having all those elderly and don't supply urine wipes for UTI's testing? Always very short handed!!

Friendly staff and residents. Accommodations are spacious and well-maintained. Meals are well presented.

I love my neighbors. I love the church service and the activities. I really enjoy the BINGO. I usually enjoy the meals. From time to time when staff quits and new staff is hired. I have to remind them about some medicines so I will get them when I am supposed to. Overall I am happy here. My children monitor my needs, supplies and laundry.

I would recommend to others, both women and men. No cooking, meals are served in the large dining room. Transportation to appointments is provided. And there are activities to keep you busy or you can spend time in your apartment, whichever you choose.
