I have made new friends here. I like the activities and the team. I love my room and am happy to be here.

The Waterford at Baytown couldn't be a better place for assisted living. The entire staff has been nothing but courteous and polite and has met the needs of our loved one. The facility is clean and they keep all residences' rooms clean and tidy as well. Plenty of activities for everyone. I would recommend this facility to anyone!!!

My mother passed on [date removed] she was in [removed]. I believe she was happy and very well cared. The caregivers are very friendly and I knew she was ok even when I could be there. When a family member has dementia it is very hard on everyone but at least we didn't have to worry about her care thanks to the staff in [removed]. Love you all [name removed]

We moved mom to The Waterford at Plymouth 2 1/2 months ago. After the initial settling in phase, I began to see her mood and outlook improve daily. She is back to being my mom again! She has a very positive outlook on life and I attribute that to the daily devotions. She is remembering to be grateful for all Of her many blessings. The staff is kind and helpful and accommodating! The facilities are beautiful and well cared for!

Toured with [name removed] on Tuesday [date removed]. Reminded me so much of when my mother was living there (over twenty years ago)! Met an old friend/church member sitting outside where mother used to sit and wait for me to come!

The Waterford at Baytown is exceptional!! The management is extremely helpful in answering questions and getting things taken care of with the resident's doctors and the staff couldn't be nicer. I would certainly recommend The Waterford at Baytown to anyone looking to place a loved one in an assisted living facility.

Cedar Bluff would be a great place for many. It's clean and sunny. I was looking for a one-bedroom apartment and would have taken the one they had, but it rented the night before. The staff is very kind. Everyone was most helpful.

This is such a nice community. The staff is kind and helpful and give wonderful care to my mother. (We had another family member here a few years ago too!) They make our family feel welcome when we visit, the receptionist and other staff knows our names and we no longer worry about leaving after a visit, mom is in good hands and has made friends.

[Name removed] clearly explained the many benefits of living at Cedar Bluff. I will definitely consider moving my Mom there when she is ready for a higher level of care.

Everyone is extremely nice no matter what time of the day we came in. [Name removed] took great care of us and was always very caring. We were very disappointed to learn that she is no longer here. She was an asset to the company. I instantly had a connection with [name removed]. She always has a smile on her face and her spirit is so sweet and calming. She is a blessing to Cedar Bluff. The receptionists, nurses and EVERYONE was AWESOME!!!!

We enjoyed the visit. The community is very nice. [Name removed] was exceptionally helpful and the staff that we saw all seemed to be very nice and engaging with the residents.

The staff here at Cedar Bluff is amazing! [Name removed], [name removed], and [name removed] have made the process of touring the facility to moving in wonderful. With my mother recently going through cancer surgery, and the extra care needed for this new journey we are about to take, they are able to provide all the care she needs for her recovery. We're looking forward to a new chapter for her as she moves into her new place that is all hers!

Took the tour and was very pleased with what I saw. Administration and staff were very friendly and competent.

Would recommend Georgetown Place to anyone looking for a wonderful place to live. The employees are very friendly and helpful. The entire place is beautifully decorated and kept very clean. They offer many activities. They provide a safe environment. My mother has adjusted well to her new home.

Mom was at another facility for two months prior to coming to The Wellington. She was miserable. Now, she is happy and smiling again. Great food! Aids are kind and helpful. Nurses also take special interest in their residents. But it all starts with management and their philosophy of lovingly caring for the residents as individuals, and not numbers on a page. Our only regret is that we didn't make this move sooner.

Dad has really been well cared for while he has been here. I wish we had found this place while he was healthier. [Name removed], the Director is outstanding and goes out of his way to take care of everything needed. The head nurse either needs help or a smaller group to take care of. The RNs are super in every way. [Name removed] is dads medicine nurse and does a fantastic job. [Name removed] helps dad get in/out of bed daily and change clothes, she is really great with him. I really haven’t found any of the staff that are insufficient. You will love Elmcroft for your loved ones. The meals are wonderful-honest and every Friday is happy hour. I highly recommend Elmcroft.

Super nice place and very accommodating. [Name removed] gave us a very thorough tour looking at all of the apartment options as well as all of the amenities available.

My relative moved to North Pointe about two months ago and is having a good experience. The people are friendly, helpful and work very hard to provide good care. The leadership for the facility is strong. The activities are not much used by my relative, but I can tell that they are well run and planned. North Pointe provides the services needed at an affordable price. The food is well prepared and is really good. I do not usually write reviews, but I feel it is important to acknowledge and appreciate the hard work of those at North Pointe. The aging process is hard enough, North Pointe helps provide the comfort and security needed when assistance is required.
