I tell everyone about Aspen Grove. If fact I recommend you don't hesitate to look into this community for a family member. The staff is great, we have two family members there and it is excellent. They have a new activities director and she has implemented music. The residents were able to frost cookies and made stockings with their own name on it. Each resident received a gift. The staff are always willing to communicate and answer any of my questions. Aspen Grove is like a big family. A big happy place for someone who can't be at home.

Our mother has been at Wellington for the past 12 years (she and our father moved in when it was Keystone Woods). Their experiences here have all been positive. The apartments are spacious, the food is always great, there are many social activities. Transportation is provided, when needed, for various outside appointments. Our parent's move to Wellington (we are 5 children) from their old neighborhood gave us all a great sense of relief knowing that they were in a safe and secure environment.

It has been a great experience for my parents here. They have done a great job with managing covid so far. From looking around, I think this facility is a great value for the money. It is an independent place, but they do provide so much support and care for your loved ones.

My mom was one of the first residents to move into this beautiful community. However, it is not the beauty that was the primary draw to this community, it is the team/caring staff that presents each and every day to care for my mother as if she were a member of their family. In a sense, she is. From the conceirge service, chefs prepared meals each day to the wonderful director [name removed] and activities director, [name removed]. This has not been an easy transition with Covid, however, they make everyday for my mother, and I am sure other residents, feel that this world is just as it was, uninterrupted and peaceful, by giving them so much attention. My mother loves being a resident here and I could not be more thankful for the constant updates and newsletters advising all residents families on any changes in the community. How can I rate you a 5 when you are a perfect 10! Thank you!

The facility was wonderful, the staff was excellent and the care was loving. The facility was always super clean and never smelled. The value was very good for our money. They worked really hard to keep my parents together when the care level increased. They had lots of activities including outside activities and kept the residence engaged. They would also have live music for the residence.

This community seemed pretty clean on the inside, and we were okay with our loved ones room. We thought everyone was friendly including the manager and one of the nurses, however there was one nurse that was not so nice towards us. Their communication was great, they kept us updated during the time our loved one was there, and we thought it was a good value.

I highly recommend this community to others for your loved one. The staff is friendly. The community is an open concept. The Lodge feels homey with warmness and very inviting. They will have the lights on for the residents to get around better. The Lodge has their fireplace running. It is lovely. The management is amazing and go above and beyond. The staff runs like a well oiled machine. The value to know your loved ones are treated with dignity, it is worth the value. You can never be lonely at The Lodge of White Bear. You can have privacy and still choose to participate in the activities the community offers. The Lodge makes sure the residents are safe during their stay. There is another company on site to be able to provide additional care for the residents if needed. This is a separate fee.

I just love this community i wouldn't want to be anywhere else. This community is spic and span, and it never has any fowls smells. The staff members are wonderful as well as the other residents. I have no negatives about Summit Point. The house keeping comes every two weeks and they do a wonderful job.

This facility is really great. They take good care of my mom. And I would definitely recommend this facility. They have adapted well to covid and we got to do window visits, the food could be better but they have a good variety.

This community is kept very clean and the staff members are very friendly, we have had no complaints. I do enjoy the activities, we love to play bingo and go to the music groups. We have a two bedroom and two bath place. I love to sew and i have plenty of space for my sewing machine.

Overall, I was impressed at the community, staff and pricing. Was not sure what to expect when my parents wanted to downsize, but we found this place. [name removed] the sales manager was energetic, understanding, friendly and had an answer to ALL the questions my parents had to ask. They have been there now a year and we are still happy. My mom recently passed and the staff and residents were so compassionate and worked so well with our family. They were so accommodating to my parents and family needs. I’m happy we selected for this to be called their home. Truly home indeed.

The attention the staff gives to the residents really stood out to us in the beginning, as well as the one on one time they spent with them. The rooms are nice and adequate in size. We would recommend this community.

We chose The Waterford over others that we looked at because the facility was not overwhelming large, the amenities provided, and all of the staff members were EXTREMELY friendly. We have had no complaints. They have done everything they said they would do and it has been a very positive experience. I would absolutely recommend.

My dear friend, [name removed], became a guest at The Waterford at Fort Worth a year ago. I would like to write a note to thank each of the staff members who have made her experience so pleasant. I have visited her lovely suite and have enjoyed meals with her in the dining room and can attest to the quality standards they maintain. While all of the staff are excellent, I would especially note the role marketing director [name removed] played in helping us choose a residence. We looked at other potential homes, but once we met [name removed], there was no question which home we would choose.

My Mom has been at the Wellington for 3 years, she calls it her home. She loves the staff and calls them get friends. My family and I are grateful to the wonderful staff that takes such good care of our Mom.

We have only been able to visit this community twice because of COVID, and from what we have seen it seems very clean. The staff has been great and we think it is a good value. Overall we have been very pleased. Our loved ones say they are doing the best they can given the circumstances when it comes to the activities. She really loves the food and her room is very nice. One thing that is outstanding is that they contact us all the time with updates, whether it is about our loved one or current updates with COVID.

The people who work and live here are good. Everyone is nice and I'm being taken care of.
