We chose The Waterford at Plano because everything fit our needs at that time. The apartment sizes here were perfect and adequate for what he needed. Our experience here was short but overall, I would absolutely recommend to others looking.

We chose Independence Village of East Lansing because it is in the heart of the community and close to the grocery stores, churches, doctors offices, etc. There are a lot of people who have lived in this community a long time who are here so it is a nice neighborhood feel. They were really friendly and helpful during our tour. They made sure that we knew that it was all about caring for people and the services, not about the money and that is very evident. I would highly recommend to others who are looking. Our aunt is very happy here.

My mom loves The Amberleigh. She is entering her 4th year as a resident in their Independent Living. She has made so many friends and good memories. The staff really takes good care of their residents, and make them feel special. They do so much - from hosting watch parties for the Buffalo Bills, to snack carts, offering speaker series and movies - there is always something going on. She often tells me how spoiled she is. During this time of COVID they are going above and beyond to keep them safe and happy. I highly recommend The Amberleigh.

My Mother has lived in Independent Living at The Wellington for close to a year. The Staff is extremely nice and patient. Due to Covid, activities slowed down, but they do the best they can. Seasonal decorations and activities are very festive and fun. Food is consistent and good for the most part. Housekeeping in the rooms and facility are very acceptable. This has been a very positive experience for my Mother and our family.

I have lived in this community for 1.5 years. The chef is great and always makes the best soup from scratch. The Executive Director, [name removed], always has time for us. We love her. It is a wonderful place to live.

Mom has been at the Waterford for 15 months and has received excellent care. With Covid restrictions, it's been a difficult year, but the staff have been very helpful,. With the lockdowns I have not been able to visit Mother as often as I would like, but I know that when I am unable to visit her, she is in very good hands.

I've been a resident for just over a month & it's been great! Beautifully common living areas to socially distance & visit with a neighbor by the fire & large tv. Facility has been totally renovated & looks brand new with updated fixtures & decor. Staff is amazing. The food is really good & they will accommodate most requests. It feels fresh & new!

West Shores is awesome, they do a good job keeping the community clean. The activities are good, they have bingo, dominoes and all kinds of games. They have a billiard room for then men, they take them shopping and on small outings.

Georgetown Place is awesome, the rooms are excellent they would be a five out of five and we would recommend this community to others

Two years ago, I moved to the Wellington At Arapaho. My apartment has one bedroom and bath, living room and kitchenette. The space is quite adequate for my needs and is cleaned once a week by service personnel. The quality of the meals served range from "good" to "fair". I like the spaciousness of the building's ground floor which includes a comfortable lobby with fireplace, library, activities room and dining room. Upstairs is an exercise room with equipment. Our Activities Director decorates the downstairs area in keeping with special events and seasons of the year, often bringing in outside entertainment for Wellington parties.

We loved the friendliness of everyone. We are signing the contract this week. My wife loved and I loved the safe and home friendly feel of everything.

They have had to ock down a few times where the meals are being delivered, but from our understanding they are eating at the dining room just at separate tables. For our loved one having those meals is very important, and everything is taken care of for him. He has a studio apartment it is on the smaller side, it has a fairly decent sized bedroom, with a bathroom and small kitchen. They do have different sizes of rooms, they just cost more. The two bedroom apartments are very big.

We chose Oakwood Hills because it just seemed like the best fit for her needs. The price was also reasonable for everything that you get. When we did our initial tour, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. They have a really good ambassador program, when a new resident comes they have someone they are paired with to show them the ropes, they are like a big family. I would absolutely recommend.

I was very happy with my decision to let my mother stay at the Wellington I feel that they are very attentive to their work and that works out better for their clients. As far as I know they had zero covid cases excellent job, I feel my mother is safe and secure. My mother is very happy with the meals and her apartment. Keep up the good work.

We do know they offer activities for the residents to participate in, however they are not always geared towards men or those of different cultural. We do think it is a good value for what our loved one is receiving and we would recommend this community to others.
