I feel the staff has been attentive to my dad. he needs extra help getting around, using the restroom, showering and dressing. the nurses have showed concern for my dads health. when they notice a change in his behavior they try to disclose the reason. of course dad wishes he could still be living at his home, but he realizes Willow Grove is the best place for him at this stage in his life.

We had the best experience with the staff of Willow Grove helping our parents transition from a rehab to Willow Grove. They have been a tremendous support to us in a very difficult time and we have high hopes that my parents will adjust well at Willow Grove. It's a very welcoming and warm atmosphere.

I was at Summit Place of Anderson visiting a friend and I thoroughly enjoyed my time, visit and atmosphere. The staff was pleasant and interacting with the other residents and families. I have not seen my cousin this happy in a long time and she seems to be enjoying it there. This is a great feeling knowing that your loved one is happy if she can't be at home. Our family, without any doubt, know that we made the right decision by moving her to Summit Place.

We have not had much interaction with the staff but when we do speak with our loved ones they say the staff are very friendly and responsive. We aren't sure how much our loved ones take advantage of the activities but we do know they offer plenty.

There is a lot I like about it. They can go in and out of assisted living. The apartments are very nice. They have a lot of social events that my loved one can participate in. The staff is so pro active and on top of any issues or concerns.

This community was nice and beautiful. The sales representative was energetic and friendly but the unit was small and not the size of what we needed for my loved one. I also felt like the care was spread thin and did not feel comfortable leaving my loved one here because I didn't feel like he would get the care he needed. Everyone just seemed stretched too thin.
