This facility does not feel like a facility at all. It feels like home. The residents are happy in their own cottages and their private rooms. The staff seem to truly care about the day to day welfare of their residents, ans the love was reciprocated by the residents. It felt like the best of home without being at home.

We chose The Wellington at North Bend Crossing because of the convenient location and they were familiar with the area. It was also a very nice looking facility. The room they have is perfect for their needs. I do know that the price is increasing each year about 4%. Overall, I would recommend.

Mom and dad have lived there 3 months now and they are happier than they ever were in their prior independent living arrangements. They brag about the caring, kind staff and the delicious food. In the short time they’ve been there, they’ve made lots of friends. Knowing they are happy and well-cared for takes a burden off my shoulders. My experience with their staff has been exceptional. I would highly recommend The Waterford to anyone considering this difficult decision.

I am a daughter and a nurse, and this was one of the most difficult times of my life in thinking of making the right decision for my Dad. I did my research, asked many professionals and residents, and once I made the onsite visit and met the staff, I knew this was the place for my precious Daddy. They take excellent care of my Dad, and are very knowledgeable when they see any change in his condition, and keep me well informed of his progress and well being. He loves the staff, and recently told me "they love me like I am their Grandfather". That thrilled my heart that he is happy and knows he is loved and very well cared for. Summit Place is like home, and I feel we are like their family when we visit as well.

I found it a little expensive. The staff was very friendly and excellent to work with. They were very attentive, and always ready to help. The lunch and dinner meals weren't very good due to it being cold. The breakfast was always good.

We chose Northfield Senior Living because of the affordability and my dad was in a position where he needed some assistance with things like cleaning, food preparation, and he needed a community where he could make friends. He moved here during covid and the staff were amazing, the director is a nurse and I felt like she was really passionate about what she does and has staff to support it. I would highly recommend them, my dad is very happy here.

We chose Courtyards at Lake Granbury because my neighbors father is in the memory care unit of the facility, and they said it was a good value for the money and recommended it. She is in a 1 bedroom and it is plenty of space for her. She also has a private bathroom and it is good size. Every time someone tested positive, we got emails and phone calls and if everything was all clear they let us know, so they have been great with communication. I would recommend them to others who are looking.

My mom lived at North Pointe for 5 years and loved living there. Very caring atmosphere.

[name removed] here is amazing! We didn't end up moving forward at this property, but just briefly speaking with [name removed] over the phone was so helpful and informative - he is extremely knowledgeable and has an amazing positive attitude. You can tell he really cares for his residents.

I think they did a great job all around. I would recommend this community to others. The staff seem to really enjoy their jobs. This made a more pleasant experience for us.

We have had a great experience with The Waterford. My mom seems to be very happy here and she said the staff are always open to help whenever she is needing it. She has been enjoying activities even since the pandemic, she is able to do things like puzzles and bingo. The deciding factor for us was that there is a staff member there on site 24/7 if she ever needs that. I would definitely recommend to others looking.

The team at North Pointe worked with us well from the beginning. They answered all our questions, returned all our phone calls and emails promptly and bent over backwards to make our tight finances work. They also worked closely with the hospital to keep our family from doing the unfamiliar legwork. My entire family is pleased with the service and the facility.

Wonderful people & clean establishment!

The most wonderful part of Amberleigh is the staff! They make it feel like home for mom and are always caring and patient. We ate so glad we decided on Amberleigh for mom.

I have known several people that have lived in the assistant living section of this community. They all loved it there. Our church worshiped there once a month so that the residents could have a hymn sing. The activities that Pat puts together are fantastic, even thru this trying time. All of the staff are great and care about everyone living there. It is beautiful as well. When my time comes that I need that extra step of help, this will be my new home of choice. Did I mention the food? Delicious!!!
