I think my mom needs more support like more assisted living. The staff has been great with being there for my mom. So far all has been fine. The community is good but it has not be a good fit for what she needs.

This is the perfect place for my father to be! The staff take excellent care of my father! There are plenty of activities for him to be involved in, and he gets his own room to relax in when he does not want to participate. He is just happy as a clam!

We like the care at this community. We like the caring staff who make her feel confortable. We like that she does enjoy the variety of good meals. She is active with the many activitites and it makes us happy to know that she is in a clean community with good care. We would recommend this community for the care of a loved one and a good value

Mom is still adjusting to living at this community. She loves the staff and the director has been amazing. They have done everything they could to make the transition into the community as smooth as possible. The community is very clean. Mom likes some of the activities, however she wishes they offered more trips away. She loves the food and has a nice room with a view. I would recommend this community.

The community was our preference and we were fortunate to get my dad moved in. The proximity of the location is best for my dad. He knows the area and has friends that live near by. He is doing fine and we love the community. He is getting good care and the staff are doing a good job. The meals are enjoyable and he likes that he gets 3 meals a day. He is not really involved with the activities that are available for the residents.

The staff are wonderful and have taken good care of my dad. The food is awesome and they offer healthy choices. They keep the community well taken care of. They have activities going on all day long. I would recommend this community.

This is a wonderful community, and everything is working out great since my mothers move here. I'am very satisfied with her move to this community. It has been an amazing experience. They have to best apartments out of all the community we looked at. The staff is wonderful, and have been great to work with. They have nice activities, and good meals available for the residents. This is a community I would recommend highly.

Rosemont was a godsend! When I worried about my husband's well-being, they were sure to put my worries to rest. We are all very pleased with them, as we see the progress that he is making and the way that he is treated by the staff and it is just wonderful! The staff is also so nice to the families as well! When I saw this facility, it felt like home!

Very nice and the staff seems great! Plenty of activities and entertainment. Only negative was the independent housing doesn't look very nice but where assisted living building looks good inside and out. Very close to I270 and Broad St on east side. Very good price too!

We are very pleased with this community, and all they have done for us. This is a very caring community. My father is doing well since his move here. They have been great with keeping us updated on information about my father. Everything is working out well, and I would highly recommend it. It is a great facility.

Dad seems to like participating in some of the daily activities they offer. He likes the food and they keep the community clean. The staff are supportive and friendly. We like that the community is accessible and I would recommend it.

My loved one's stay at The Waterford is going fine. The facility is very clean and well maintained. The staff is friendly and they are sure to try to cater to my loved one's needs. Though my loved one doesn't participate in many activities, there are plenty offered at this facility. So far, so good!

We took a tour and really liked The Remington. My mom ended up moving in two weeks later. She LOVES it! The staff are amazing - truly. The residents are charming and so friendly. My mom has a smile on her face I haven't seen in a long time. She is part of a community but also has her own space. She lived in her home alone for 15 years. The tasks and upkeep just became too much. She feels independent and free of the burdens that came with owning a home. [Removed], the activities director, housekeeping, maintenance, and the servers all have a wonderfully positive attitude. They are so sweet and caring with the seniors.

This was a wonderful community set in a residential setting with commercial available. [Removed] was wonderful and informative. The building is bright and pretty with nice common areas and dining! Residents were active and interacting! Very nice! Definitely considering this one! Will bring Mom back to experience.

Very pleased with the location and appreciate the candor of the sales rep. She was very helpful in guiding my decision.

I would like to say the whole experience with The Waterford in West Bend was a good one. First with the director and then to her staff they were all very attentive and helpful. The nurses and caregivers are also very good. They show a lot of personal interest and make sure my dad is very comfortable there. I would highly recommend it!

My dad absolutely loves it here. The entire staff is very friendly, warm and inviting. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone that is looking for a senior living center.

The one complaint we have is the food. Breakfast is fantastic but the other two meals have issues. The overall quality of the food is not very good. Everything else is adequate.

I like the care her for my mom. The staff is kind and very helpful for my mom's needs. My father is happy here. The community is clean and good positive environment. The menu is really good meals. They offer nice activities and therapy. This is a community that we highly recommend to other families for great care and a good value for loved ones.
