It's a very good place. They could improve on providing more feedback on my loved ones wellbeing. This location has one floor. Housekeeping is done once a week. Laundry services are done once a week as well. They allow pets. They provide transportation to doctor appointments and or outings. They go on outings to bowl or shopping amongst other things. They play cards, piano, movie nights, bingo, puzzles, crafts to name a few of activities inside. My loved one enjoys the food. The staff has been very impressive.

I've been living here for 5 and a half years, it's always been fairly good. I think all of the staff are hard working and give it all they have to give good care. this is a great place to call my home.

I would recommend you check The Waterford at Baytown out for your loved one, and I have recommended the community to others. The staff have made the process an easy one and they are attentive anytime I call. There are meal options that the residents can choose from. The dining room is beautiful and it has table linens and a fireplace in it. There are three meals a day, the room, housekeeping, laundry, changing of linens, and some care options that are included in the monthly price. Bathing, hygiene care, medication management, and dress assistance are some of the care options provided by the community There is an activities calendar for the residents to review to see what they would be interested in joining in. The community does have transportation, and within a certain radius they will take the resident to doctor appointments. There is a nurse practitioner site to see residents. and this was impressive to me.

This was our 2nd choice. This was further from family and this was the downfall.

truly a wonderful place. the staff are friendly, rooms nice and food delicious. there are always activities. its also nice to have an on site beauty shop.

I would recommend The Waterford to others for their loved ones. Overall the community is friendly, a good location for family, and willingness of the staff to help the residents stand out to me. The staff are good to work with if the family has questions or concerns. The community works well with outside third party agencies for the residents assistance when needed. Housekeeping, changing of linens, three meals a day, maintenance, transportation, and the room are included in the monthly fee. Some of the activities available are bingo, holiday celebrations, music, religious service, Wii bowling, cards, and more for the residents to choose from.

I chose The Waterford at Ironbridge because when I came here to tour it felt like a grand hotel, others that I saw felt institutional and I did not like that. The apartment sizes are good, I have a large 2 bedroom and have had no issues. Overall I am very pleased and would certainly recommend this facility to others.

they have been fantastic here at Rosemont. [name removed], the nurses, dining room staff, and everyone involved were so helpful. we will miss Rosemont. mom learning to go home after 6 months. she is now able to walk.

my mom lives in this beautiful community. she is well taken care of. [name removed] always goes above and beyond to help her when she can.

I have lived at The Waterford for 3 years now, and I am very happy here. they truly want us to benefit from living here and it shows in the way we are treated. the food is fantastic, and the activities director is very efficient. there's a variety of activities every week; there's church services and I work out once a week. I'm in independent living, but my apartment is still cleaned once a month. there's a bus driver to transport us to medical appointments and to get personal items, we also have the option of going out for lunch at a restaurant. my apartment has a lot of natural sunlight, its very beautiful and spacious. I find it very adequate. they are also strict on their Covid protocols, we do have to wear masks and sit a length apart at the tables. they go the extra mile to make sure we are safe. The Waterford has a very friendly atmosphere, I know all of the residents by name and they're all friendly. there's nothing I don't need - it's all here. its a good place to live.

I thought the Wellington at Southport was very nice. We would have been perfectly happy with them. We just found availability quicker elsewhere.

I loved Whitley Place! I would have picked them - it was just too far away from my home. But I really enjoyed them.

Our family had an in person tour and there was a lot of good things to say about this community. Our family talked very highly of everyone they met and everything they saw. It was to expensive for our loved one but if the opportunity were to every present itself we would be moving here ourselves.

I feel the staff has been attentive to my dad. he needs extra help getting around, using the restroom, showering and dressing. the nurses have showed concern for my dads health. when they notice a change in his behavior they try to disclose the reason. of course dad wishes he could still be living at his home, but he realizes Willow Grove is the best place for him at this stage in his life.

We had the best experience with the staff of Willow Grove helping our parents transition from a rehab to Willow Grove. They have been a tremendous support to us in a very difficult time and we have high hopes that my parents will adjust well at Willow Grove. It's a very welcoming and warm atmosphere.

Our aunt is very happy there, the facility has been very accommodating with everything up until this point. We are very pleased with the services and the people there, the staff are really on top of things. They have done really well so far. Sometimes our loved one complains about the variety of the meals and how there is a lot of Mexican food being served

after having our mother at two different senior communities, we finally feel that she found her forever home! from the way the community is maintained, to the friendliness of the staff and residents, we can only share positive experiences. the leadership is top notch and resonated throughout all areas.
