[name removed] always wants to do what is best for the residents. All the workers are kind and helpful and always help where needed. [name removed] loves the residents and tries to keep them active. The food is great. [name removed] does a great job, I feel my mother is safe and cared for.

I love to play Dominoes with my friends. It's very clean here.

Every time we come to visit our loved one at The Waterford we always enjoy our time. We bring different family members with us and each time we get a delicious meal. Our loved one is really enjoying the meals and dining service and all the different activities they have to offer. It is really working out great there and based on the experience we have had so far we would recommend them to other families.

We've been at The Waterford for a short time, but the staff has been helpful and have been very good with my loved one, who can be a difficult resident at times due to dementia and hallucinations. They're very good with him, and I've also seen them be good with other residents who are having episodes All the residents have good days and bad days, and the staff really go out of their way to work well with them on the bad days. They usually serve good, healthy meals. For a while, they had just one person primarily in charge of activities, but that individual would be responsible for other things in the community as well, which impacted the activities. But they've hired a second person to help with activities, and I've already noticed an improvement and more consistency.

The staff members stood out to us right away, they have been nothing but friendly and helpful from the beginning. On Monday's everybody gets together to sing songs and they have a piano man that comes in to play. Our loved one used to be a woodcarver so they are trying to set up a day where he can show case all of the different woodcarvings he has created and talk about them. On Tuesday's they have social hours. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend them to other families.

With the cottage style community this is a really good fit for almost anyone in need of care. The cottages are smaller so there are more staff to patient ratio. They make home made meals every day in the kitchen for them. It is just like being at home and it is very nice. They have activities like bingo, care exercises and more for the residents to stay active in the community. They keep 70s and 80s music playing and my loved one really likes this as it plays softly in the background.

A very lovely and friendly place to be. Many fun activities for the residents. Staff is super nice and very caring.

I brought My Mom from FL to Anthology of Louisville in [date removed]. She had been living on her own, but started to struggle caring for herself after my Dad passed away. I found Anthology after researching 5 facilities close to where I (her daughter) lived. Mom and I chose Anthology and could not have been happier. The staff is Wonderful! They are very nice, attentive and receptive to working with you and all the residents to make them feel happy, safe and well cared for 24 hours a day.

My wife and I have been residents in an independent cottage for about four years. Georgetown Place makes it easy for us to maintain our independent lifestyle. We can take advantage of any, or all activities in the main building. The dining room is available to all independent living residents. We don't eat there for every meal, however when we do eat there the meals are always excellent, or we can choose from the open menu available at all hours. To us, the dining room hours are one of the big advantages for living at Georgetown Place. It is open from 7 am to 6 pm daily. Breakfast is available all day. The noon mean is served from 11 am to 3 pm and the evening meal from 3 pm to6 pm with different entrees available for each meal period. The management here is excellent. My wife and I would not consider living anywhere else.

My husband and I had a pleasant and informative tour of the Plains. [name removed] showed us a variety of available apartments as well as various spaces for exercise, playing pool, library, dining and socializing. We met a few cheerful staff members and residents during our tour and were pleased with the Plains. Our only disappointment was that the rooms in the apartments seemed so small.

I was impressed about the great care my mom receives and how happy she was when I came to visit.

The room looks great! My parents are settling in and they are very happy.

I've been here at The Waterford at Fitchburg for 12 years. I'm a clergy, so I've been in and out of a number of these places before I retired, Since I've been living here I've looked at several others just for comparison and I'm perfectly happy here. My relationship with the staff and residents is something I really appreciate, its like a big family.

We recommend The Waterford at Fitchburg for creating a home you can be pleased with. The apartments can be fine tuned to your preferences and contain complete kitchens, patio, fireplaces and laundry. Everyone is friendly and caring . Waterford staff learns your name and are always ready to assist if any need arises. Take a tour. You won't be disappointed. And if you decide to stay tell them [name removed] and [name removed] sent you!

Thanks to A Place for Mom for helping my sister and me find The Waterford at Fitchburg. Our large 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment fits our needs perfectly and we are enjoying the many varied activities that are available to us every day. We like the many options we have for eating some or all of our meals in the community Bistro or doing our own cooking. Everyone on the staff is super helpful and all the residents friendly. The Waterford provides a van that takes us to medical appointments, shopping, etc. We also appreciate the physical therapy available, if needed, from rehab services located in the building. The independent/assisted living community at The Waterford works well for us.

This is a very nice place to be. If you are looking for a place for your loved one or to stay for myself, this would be the best community. The staff have been good to work with if I have had any questions or concerns. The meals are varied, and served very nicely. There is one set meal; however, you are able to order something else if you don't care for the set meal. Some of the activities available include exercise classes, bowling, card games, and more for the residents to choose from. The apartment, weekly housekeeping, utilities, transportation, and all the meals are included in the monthly rate. I feel very safe in the community.

The staff is very caring, and they try to meet all of the needs of the residents. They're very friendly and like to interact with the residents. I'm very pleased wit the facility. They have a lot of outdoor and common areas with beautiful landscaping and plants. And it's very peaceful and relaxing to sit outside with other residents. The activities are good overall, but I think could use maybe a few more to participate in.

Anthology of Anderson Exceeded my expectations in Every way [name removed] and all of the staff I was introduced to at my first site inspection present this facility in a first class manor. Once my 92 year old Mother took the tour she beamed and transformed from reluctant to move "to WOW what a fabulous facility". Transition to assisted living is not easy, However Anthology has perfected a cluster for 100 residents to enjoy, share, and call this exceptional facility their home. Anthology listens and cares.
