This has been a great place for my loved one, and my loved one is very happy here. The community is able to provide three meals a day. They have transportation for the residents to use for appointments. The staff communication with the family is good, and they are responsive to our questions.

If you are seeking a community for your family member- look no further. The team here is exceptional and takes care in all they do- [name removed]( the bald guy with the big smile) sets the stage for the entire team. He encourages a mindset of going extra steps in everyday care for all who are Anthology, which encourages the staff to do their very best. The food is top-notch with a colorful display of delightful options; [name removed] is passionate about what comes into his kitchen to make sure what is produced is awesome! [name removed]-Director of Nursing is a great leader and has done an amazing job in the challenging times we have been in Thank you, [name removed]!! [name removed] makes it easy to get involved with our community and keeps all of your needs in mind in the business office.

This facility is warm , clean and friendly. The staff is professional and dedicated to making everyday a beautiful experience for their residents. It takes a team to make this happen, and this team exceeds expectations.

I toured The Harrison and I really liked it. They had a small memory care unit, everything was in line of sight from the nursing station. We chose another community because they couldn't accept my mom based on her level of care & behavioral state.

I really enjoy being in the community. The community is remodeling with all new flooring and furniture. They have new paint in the community. The residents have menus to select the food they would like for meals. Some of the activities available include bingo, games, a library, and more for the residents to choose from.

Summit Place is a great place to live. It's well kept and peaceful.

We toured West Shores and I was impressed. As soon as we walked into the community it felt like home not the typical senior living community you would think. From the residents to staff and the receptionist it was a great feeling. We saw a 1 bedroom. It was nice and cozy. It was clean and the view was very pretty. Spacious! We loved the intercom for the residents which made us feel as though our mom won’t miss out on anything. We loved the billiards room and how they have in-house therapy as well as transportation. The Sales Director [name removed] was very informative and made sure we didn’t leave without any question unanswered. She was very inviting and spunky. It showed how much she cared and how she took the time to make sure we were taken care of before leaving. I would recommend West Shores to anyone.

I am POA for a person living at Anthology. She was actually one of the first to move in when built. We have had so many positive results with ALL of the staff. I have recommended this facility to lots of people. I am forever grateful for all the patience and help they have given. Could not have found a better place for her to live.

They are doing a bunch of remodeling right now like new paint and flooring so in about a month or so its going to be really nice. The staff have been wonderful and it is close in proximity to us which was a huge key factor. According to our loved one the meals and dining service has been delicious and the dining hall really stands out right when you walk in. They have tons of different activities going on and based on our overall experience we would absolutely recommend this community to others,

There was an excellent coordination in placing my family member. The marketing people were wonderful and worked well with the social worker, wellness officer, and our family. The move-in arrangements were made and facilitated easily. The staff were very helpful through the process. Everyone that I've met, including the other residents, have been so friendly to our family and very welcoming to our loved one as a new person there. The care is running pretty smoothly. She's quite happy with the food. And the cost is very comparable to other places.

I mostly really like all the people here and the location. My apartment is very nice and roomy. The meals and dining service is satisfactory and they do well when it comes to the activities. Based on my experience so far I would recommend the Summit Place to other families

We had a very good tour experience with The Waterford at Fairfield. This was a facility that we would have strongly considered if it were not for the location because we really liked the facility. It was too far for me and we needed a place that I could drop in at anytime. They did do a great job following up after the tour.

If the time comes that you need to look for a safe community for a family member then Anthology is definitely a place to look into. My mom is living in the Memory Care unit, and we find comfort in the care she receives. The staff engages with the residents, and they are very patient and caring towards them.. There are plenty of activities in which the residents can participate to stay as active as they can. Whenever we have questions or concerns they are addressed quickly and responsively. They offer rehab services as needed, and many health issues can be addressed onsite which is a bonus. The staff truly demonstrate a caring attitude towards my mom and the other residents. It is a relief to know my mom is in the best place for her needs and surrounded by an awesome staff. I highly recommend Anthology as a caring community. It is clean and inviting, and they are proactive in protecting the health of their elderly community of residents.

LaurelHurst and LaurelWoods is such a phenomenal community, we would recommend them to anybody and could not recommend anything higher. It is an amazing place where the entire environment just feels like home. It isn't stuffy it is not pretentious in anyway, it really is just so comfortable. The staff members go above and beyond their daily responsibilities to actually get to know the residents and their families and on personal level. The value is incredible, it is just amazing and everything is just done right.

I'm comfortable here and I like it. The staff is good, although sometimes the dining staff are pushed to the limit with demands from residents. But I think they do their best. The activities are very nice. I'd like to see people start up their own activities as well. I try to encourage people to join in, and I always look for the positives. You get out of the experience what you make it to be. You have to put in the effort to enjoy the place.

If you are on a budget like we were and don't have a lot of options, North Pointe is definitely by far the best choice for the area. I was very fortunate to have been able to find them.
