The biggest thing for us and what we like best is the staff, they are not only so friendly to our loved one but they are also just as friendly to us when we come to visit. It is not a one on one attention kind of place which we understand since we did not pay for that, but the staff are just still as attentive to our loved ones needs and we know they are being well taken care of

We are very pleased, with the check-in process. Everyone has been kind and professional.

Very clean and accomadating friendly staff. Proffessional employees. The only request I have is to improve the food, and the food service. My mother complains about the food. She is not happy about that, hamburgers were taken off the menu. Thank You.

It's a good value and the staff is great. I particularly enjoyed working with the business develop partner/person, [name removed], who was excellent. [name removed], in the front office was great as well. Overall they could use a refresh, the furnishing and finishes could use some updating - but my mom seems to be very happy there. I would definitely recommend Holiday The Jefferson to others.

Everyone is very friendly here. We like that the place is small enough that everyone knows everyone. The staff keeps good track of the residents. They keep a busy schedule to try and fit everyones interest. We like that they allow residents to be helpful with chores if the resident wants to help. Gives them a sense of belonging and importantace. The apartments are kept clean and are just the right size to give it the comfort of home. We wish it had a better sitting activity area outside. It's currently sitting in the parking area. They are doing their best to make it inviting, but it would be nicer to have it over looking their wildlife area in back. They do serve a nice variety of meals. Some complain about the taste, but I also wonder if it is the result of aging taste buds or not the homecook meal they once had. Although I have tasted some hit and miss meals myself. The residents are allowed their own food in their rooms so there is always something availabe to eat.

Our family had an in person tour and the tour experience was great, it was a beautiful facility that had all the bells and whistles. We were so impressed especially with their activities program. The activities director was fantastic, and on the memory care side they have activities going on every 30 minutes for the residents. It was cheaper then some other facilities but ultimately just to far away from us.

The Waterford at Creekside has been a great experience so far, the staff are very knowledgeable and send out monthly newsletters to the families to keep them updated. They also constantly engage and interact with the residents which is nice to see. They have good daily activities all throughout the week. It is a very nice community with a beautiful courtyard and a lot of nice places to walk around. There is entertainment in the main area which is nice. The staff know all of the residents by name to which is great.

Employees they go out of their way to be helpful and friendly. She enjoys other residents company. Food is always good. She likes to socialize during activities and likes the variety.

Aspen Grove is a nice place to live. Employees are polite and she enjoys friendship of other residents. She enjoys her independence, able to make her own decisions. She enjoys the variety of activities and socializing during activities. Facility is clean and nice looking.

Aspen Grove is so clean! Very pleasant staff. She loves living here after leaving her home after 62 years. She said, no other place she would rather be. She enjoys having her own furniture and personal items in her room, makes it feel like being at home.

[name removed] said she has no complaints, she likes living here. She mentioned the facility is very clean and likes the food. Activities she specially enjoys mind challenging games.

[name removed] said, she really likes everything about Aspen Grove. She said the resident aides are very good. She also said, the residents are friendly.

It is a wonderful experience and my loved one loves the community. My loved one has been enjoying working with the staff. There are meals provided by the community three times a day. The residents do have choices for the meals or quick options available, as well. In addition, my loved one thinks the food is good.

This was my second choice. The room was not as roomy, and a little more expensive than another community.

Hello, my name is [name removed]. I currently perform for the Anthology residents once a month during a happy hour event. I can say a few great things about Anthology based on my experience during these events. First off, the campus always looks great! The residents always seem to be in a great mood, ready to sing along, dance or just listen to the music. The staff always seems attentive to the needs of the residents. If you have not checked out Anthology yet for your family member(s), I highly recommend you scheduling a visit today!

Overall she has been very pleased with her experience at Crown Pointe Retirement Community.

The place is well maintained, well kept, and the rooms are clean. My only concern is for the food, but it's important to note that I haven't tried it myself. My loved one has said she doesn't like it very much. Communication between the community and our family has been good. They're very helpful and communicative. We usually connect via phone call; my mother has trouble using her cell phone so she goes down to the front desk for help and we talk that way. They also called me when she first moved in for various issues - their calls are always very prompt and on an as needed basis. Overall I would recommend The Waterford at Plano to others.

I had a really great tour experience with The Amberleigh. I was impressed with the programs that they had to offer. Unfortunately the location was just too far away for our family.

This was a good community with nice staff. The community was a little further from family than we wanted. Plus the apartment we saw didn't have a full kitchen that my loved one wanted.
