Southern Meadows is fantastic~ If you or someone you know is looking into Assisted living - I highly recommend visiting this community. If you are unable to get yourself or loved one onto the community call Southern Meadows and schedule a complimentary home assessment ASAP.

Staff is friendly, food is good. I love living here; best decision she ever made.

We are very pleased our mom lives at The Waterford. The staff are caring and competent. The facility is warm and inviting and clean. My mom says it is very "homey". If there is a question or concern phone calls are returned in a timely matter. She enjoys and meals and activities and fellow residents.

I have been coming to The Waterford at Levis Commons for the past few years to provide monthly wellness evaluation. Our McLoren St Luke's Family Medicine residency program is committed to the members of our community with emphasis on health and wellness to maintain stability and independence. The staff and residents of The Waterford at Levis Commons are both welcoming and exceptional.

The staff members seem to really love their residents. They are always hugging on them and just really kind and friendly and treat them like their own family members. I cannot say enough about the staff. The room sizes are definitely adequate for what my loved ones needs are. Compared to our bedroom at home it is bigger. I would highly recommend Aspen Grove to others looking.

Brand new, had some staffing concerns.

This community had different floors and I did not feel like this would work for my loved one. Also my loved one had to do all laundry and that would not work for my loved one.

My loved one is very happy here. We have been very pleased with our experience . My loved picked The Waterford. They are happy and safe at this community. My loved one is in the memory care, Magnolia Trails, and they get a lot of attention. The resident's wears a pendant when they need assistance. The staff responds to assist the residents with getting out of the chair, helping them into bed, and more. The staff have been able to encourage my loved one into the activities offered. My loved one has gotten involved and it has improved my loved one's cognitive and physical abilities. The food has been pretty good for my loved one, and the meals are served hot. I have been able to bring my loved one their own snacks to them and the community was receptive to this. They are very welcoming and get to know the guests.

This community was my second choice. We liked this community but it was further away location wise and more expensive. nice place. This was a great tour and they gave a lot of info and were very friendly. The apartment was a bit smaller than the other community that we liked.

I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones. Everything was very good for my loved one, and I would put more loved ones in the community. The staff were very accommodating. They listed to what the family had to say about our loved one. The food was good for my loved one. Some of the activities offered were family night, holiday party, and more for the residents to choose from.

We've been really pleased with quality of care. The staff are very professional. They're proactive, and they communicate very well with us about how our mother is doing. We feel they're taking good care of her. It's a small community, so they get to know the residents very well, and they fine tune the care to each individual's personality, which we appreciate. Most of the caregivers are respectful and patient. There have been just a few instances of someone getting frustrated or losing their patience, but on the whole, they're very friendly and respectful. Our mom says she's really happy with the food. It' is pricey, but I feel you get what you pay for, and it's worth it for the quality of care she's getting here.

I thought The Waterford at Forth Worth was an alright place but too expensive. I liked the activities structure, the apartment set-up, and the level of cleanliness.

It felt like the sales said one thing and then we got there and it was different. The people that I know are going to be with my loved one and caring for my loved one is the ones I want to get close to. With the staff shortage right now I think there is a struggle with care. I did not feel like all things were up front. Also it was important for me to meet the director and the person that I would be working with everyday. It was a great tours and a lot of knowledge but everything was flashy and appeared to be more than what was actually offered.

This is a great place. The staff make it that way. The staff are quick to respond to questions or concerns I have any. My loved one likes the food. Bingo, socials, and more are some of the activities for the residents to participate in. There is a beauty salon in on site.

The staff was very accommodating and was able to have an apt ready for my Brother after he was ready to be discharged from Physical Rehab. His apt was very clean and had a great view of the courtyard. All staff members were very pleasant to deal with and very responsive. I dealt mostly with one of the lease managers [name removed] and she was very responsive and was able to send us all the documents we needed to complete electronically. Everything went very smoothly the day my Brother became a resident of THE AMBERLEIGH.

We chose Whitley Place because of the close location so we are able to visit her frequently. The room sizes at the facility are nice and spacious. The staff are very responsive and friendly. I do think that the food could be better, it looks to be institutional but I know that is common. We would recommend them.

The staff is what has me returning during winter weather storms. Respite option is like checking into a five star hotel. Customer service is perfect, food is fresh and delicious.
