although my loved one was only a resident for a little over a week, the experience of getting her moved in was amazing. the staff were very friendly and always reassured my loved one that she could do more. on one of the first nights, they encouraged her to go downstairs to participate in an activity and interact with the other residents. this resulted in her getting up to sing and having a glass of wine! this surprised me a lot because she said no to almost every other activity. this community is wonderful; there's a lot to do if you want to take part. it's clean with good food and a caring staff. unbeknownst to my family, my loved one needed a more advanced of level of care, which unfortunately led to having to move her out early - to no fault of the community. this was a short stay, but she did enjoy her time here and i would recommend to others!

I chose The Waterford at Ironbridge because of how friendly the staff were and they were willing to work with me on the rent. I have a studio apartment and it it fine for what I need. The meals are very good and are all chef prepared. The director [name removed] went above and beyond her duties while I was in the hospital for [dates removed] and she actually took my dog home with her. My dog loves the front desk staff, they always give her treats. I was not expecting it to be this expensive, but it is worth it for everything that I get here. I would definitely recommend The Waterford to others looking.

When he went to look, the facility provided exactly what he needed. It is "al a carte" so extra things you may need are add on charges which was perfect for him. The apartments are on the smaller side, but it is enough for what he needs. I really like how they provide the level of care that the individual person needs. I would recommend to others.

We like the smaller scale of the community, it has a more intimate setting. It is very nice, they are doing some upgrades like painting and adding new carpet. It is in a nice location and overall we are very happy.

Since moving into the Wellington my sister has become less stressed and more happy. She went from eating only a bowl of soup at home to 3 meals a day here. The food is delicious, she enjoys the surroundings. Has met new friends and is getting outside more often. The setting is lovely. The staff is so kind and friendly.
