Visited this lovely, open, clean residence as a possible new home for my dad. We were impressed with the knowledge and time offered by nurses and Exec. Dir. Dad was not a fit, but we appreciated the team's input and guidance.

This is a very nice community. Friendly and very willing to help. Lots of activities. I have been happy here and other residents are friendly.

Kind, caring staff. Well run. Residents seem happy!

My first experience with the community was Priceless. It was amazing to see how the staff Would stop doing what they were doing to assist the residents, especially the Director. You could see and feel the love from them. I work with a Hospice company and plan to refer patients here when they need placement.

From the times we have been able to visit our loved one she was always clean which was good. The staff members are very friendly they know us by name. The reason we chose The Wellington was because other communities we looked at when it comes to dementia patients, they put them in shared rooms, but this community gives them their own comfortable space.

We liked the fact that everyone at this community has their own space, it was clean and people were very friendly. The activities seem to be good, we do know they have bingo. From our understanding the food good as well.

Our father was a resident of The Mansions at Gwinnett Park for only a short time. The facility is beautiful and well maintained. The staff provided our family with exemplary support, communication, and responsiveness. While the pandemic caused critical restrictions to be implemented, we were confident that he was cared for with skill, respect, and compassion, up until the day of his passing.

My husband was a resident of The Mansions of Gwinnett Park Memory Care. I would highly recommend them because the staff there went above & beyond to care for him & see that our families needs were met during his final days. We were able to see him by Face Time when his time was short & everyone was not able to get there in time. They were very caring during our time of need.

I can’t thank the staff there enough for going above & beyond for me & our children during his last days. They made sure that we were able to at least FaceTime with him since time was short & it was important for the children to be able to see him. I highly recommend them.

Putting your loved one into an assisted living is not an easy choice, but the caring staff at The Waterford made it an easier choice for me. They have gone out of their way to do whatever it takes to help my mom adjust. Besides the caring staff, the facility and her bedroom are very homey. I know she will be happy here!

I would tell my friends that it is a well liked community. My loved one is very happy there. The residents are very friendly. Movies, walking, exercise room, are some of the activities they have available for residents. There is a shopping center right across the street, as well as restaurants. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. There are medical assistants and they have the ability to remind residents to take their medication. If there is an issues with a resident there are medical staff available to assist them.

My mom has been here for 5 years the facility is very clean staff friendly and helpful. They offer activities and offer two very nice rooms for families to gather together for parties or dinners they work with you if concerns and thou like many facilities often short staffed and over worked they do a excellent job and care for everyone. The location is great and the setting beautiful and very clean. The private apartment is wonderful and dining room near by always clean and bright. This facility is clean bright happy and so is the staff.

A Place for Mom helped me locate a memory care facility for my mother who lives about five hours away from me in a different state. We found Aspen Grove and the physical facility and the staff soon confirmed we had made the best choice for Mom. Mom is feeling so comfortable that she tells people "this is her home." The staff has been very accommodating about outside visits on Sundays since we drive so far to visit her. I have scheduled weekly face time calls with Mom. She enjoys the beauty salon on site which is one of her lifelong "perks" to get her hair done weekly. Staff call me promptly to inform and discuss any concerns. They collaborate well with us to provide the best experience for Mom. Thanks to A Place for Mom for listing Aspen as a potential site and for Aspen Grove for the fabulous experience thus far.

I am communicated with regularly by the staff and they are quick to provide me with a response if I have a question for them. They have truly helped make this transition process for our family much easier.

Times are so incredibly crazy right now, I must brag on the facility West Shores! My mother has lived there for the past 7 years and I'm so pleased we made that decision. The staff (especially recently) have gone above and beyond to keep my mother safe, healthy, and happy - over the years they have helped me with changing rooms/apartments to accommodate her changing needs. The staff, management, and other residents are all exceptional people! Thank God my mom is there, it's a relief every morning knowing she's well cared for and safe!
