I love walking into the Waterford. It is a very beautiful and friendly community. The staff knows everyone by name and try to personalize their experience here. I love how there are several options for meals. They are hot and delicious. There are so many activities here and several different activity rooms throughout the building. There is a theatre room, craft room, kitchen, large activity areas and more. There is a great beauty salon and therapy room as welll.

The staff at the Waterford are very caring. It is a positive atmosphere within the community. We are a very close-knit community where the staff treats the residents like their own family. We have dynamic therapy team full time in the Waterford.

I love everything about the community. I really enjoy the staff and other residents. I also love how the community is decorated. I live at The Waterford and give all departments a 5 star rating.

At the Waterford I most of all enjoy the friendly at-home atmosphere among residents and staff. We have a great variety of activities available each day. I appreciate our bus for medical appt & shopping. A great place for independent and assisted living!

I recently moved my mom in Assisted Living. Such a great , kind and caring staff. She’s been at Waterford for 2 months. It’s been a great experience from the initial contact , moving in and living here. I appreciate all of them.

My mom (now 91) . Has lived at Waterford for over 4 years. What makes this place so special is the staff and their dedication to the quality of life each resident. From [name removed] and the staff in the dining room making everyone smile, to the front desk who are willing to help with everything from visitors to those pesky smartphones that no one understands. But the most excellent is [name removed] who directs the activities. The variety of activities available for different interests and the individual attention is why mom is happier here than she would be staying in one of our homes. There is just so much to do - that is age and ability appropriate. The facilities are always clean, updated, and well decorated. The one thing to remember is this is independent living. There is no nursing assistance on staff. You can hire in home health care- but that gets expensive quickly. It became a problem as my dads health declined. But the way Waterford has worked with us (even during covid) is 10/10!

The attractive entry of the Waterford opens into the spacious dining room filled with natural light from the large and beautiful windows. Staff make pointed effort to know and speak the name of each resident. Residents personalize their rooms with their own furnishings and decor. It is an overall environment of privacy and socialization as needed. An on-site hair salon, laundry rooms, exercise and activity room contribute to health, stimulation, and independence. Weekly laundry of towels and bedding is provided to all. A supplemental on-site home healthcare option is available, facilitating longevity of independence. Regularly scheduled community and on-site events and recreational activities create fun and interaction. The Waterford is a happy place where no one need be bored or lonely.

From the moment I entered this complex everybody was extremely helpful and nice. My mother loves it there.this is an awesome place with lots to do and places to go Mom loves it here and has made many friends

It's a recognized difficult transition, but we are all happy with my dad moving into The Jefferson and would love to encourage others to give them a try when living alone gets more challenging. I let my father choose the community. He liked it for the activity list and included amenities but the largest factor was the lowest overall price and timing of availability. He picked this community because of the diverse group of employees and residents who still encourage active living.

We looked at a few places and we loved The Waterford from the start. The place is very bright and clean. All his needs are met and every single person we met from the staff are very friendly and genuine!
