The staff at the waterford was so friendly and helpful. The front desk employee was so professional and kind.

Amazing tour. I liked the intimate smaller grouping in each cottage. They were knowledgeable and answered all of my concerns. I appreciate them coming in on a Sunday to meet with my an my family. Looking forward to my aunt moving in soon.

I have lived at the waterford as an independent resident for a year & 7 months. There is a true community spirit. Each resident is treated as a family member. The amenities are excellent. I would highly recommend the waterford as a safe, caring, and "fun" senior community.

Everyone is very friendly at the Waterford! I love my apartment. It is a two-bedroom, bathroom, living room and kitchen. I like that I have windows in my bedrooms and living room. There is plenty of light coming in and the views are very pretty. I love the tailgating parties for the Ohio State football games!

My Mom was diagnosed with dementia and her doctor told us that she could not live on her own. My brothers and I placed her in the Waterford On Cooper Memory Care Residence. It was a very good choice for many reasons. The staff are very warm and genuinely care for their Residents including my Mom. My Mom was very unhappy in the first Care Center we first placed her. As soon as she arrived at Waterford her demeanor changed instantly and she became more active and happier. Lead by [name removed], the staff including [name removed] treat the residents with respect and encourage them to join and participate in the activities. They have a circle time every day where Residents and staff chat about different topics. The staff has a lot of patience with challenging moments and redirect behaviors. If you are looking for a safe.& caring Waterford is a great option.

The Courtyards at Lake Granbury has an amazing care staff , they truly care for the residents. The Activity Director keeps the residents involved with crafts, outings many other fun things . Great place to spend the “Golden” years !

[name removed] is beginning to love it here. This means so much to his family. He gets the care he needs. He came here in a wheel chair where he had been for over 6 months. He is now walking with special made shoes and loves sitting in the lobby meeting new people.

Our mother has lived at the Waterford for over a year. The Waterford staff goes the extra mile to make mom feel at home, they are friendly, nice, and helpful. From the friendly staff and residents, the modern decor, the restaurant style meals, the many activities available, the cleanliness, the well kept grounds, and many other amenities, we would highly recommend the Waterford.

This is the PERFECT Living Community!!! The building is so clean, with plenty of nice furniture (inside and outside)! The staff is very sweet, knowledgeable, are always willing to help, and are hard workers! The dining halls are very nice and spacious! The food is awesome with well rounded meals, and plenty to eat! There are plenty of activities to keep you busy and active! There are card games, puzzles, other games (such as Bingo, Farkle, Left Center Right, etc.), there is a pool table, poker tables, a beautiful just renovated swimming pool, a walking club, a library including a few computers and a printer, a bus where they take us to eat, shopping, and to Dr.’s appointments, the location is perfectly located in Valley Ranch near restaurants, shopping centers, fast food restaurants, gas stations, malls, etc. The price is awesome for all that you get! I have been very pleased with The Summit Place in every aspect. They are very attentive and responsive when I have had questions. They were wonderful at helping my Dad feel welcomed and at home. We would recommend this community to others, and have several times to friends

Based on the experience we have had so far with this community, the staff members have been super nice and very friendly! The apartments they have for the residents are lovely and the services are great!

Had a great experience when I toured this place with my mom. She enjoyed her visit with the other people that live there. The food looked really good and they have so many choices. Mom knows this is where she wants to live and we're going back to get the move in set up in the next few weeks!

I toured The Waterford at Baytown for my parents, and it was awesome. The lady that gave me a tour was very friendly and professional, and she gave me a good tour. She explained to me everything about how things works there. The room looked suitable, clean and fresh. The location is ideal for relatives to visit.

Outstanding facility. After visiting over a dozen assisted living places i have found this one to be the best by far. I have learned that this place is like home. I know my father is safe there & that he is cared for & looked after 24 hours a day and our family is always kept updated. The staff is exceptional and a pleasure to work with.

My grandmother used to live here. She used to have problems eating an adequate amount of calories but the food was good and nutritious enough to keep her healthy and at a good weight! The building was always clean and had a warm home feeling to it. The staff were always friendly and helpful!
