Excellent independent living community. Assisted living available when needed. Many activities available. Sitfit and Zumba, social activities.

My mother in law lives here. Being here gives us peace of mind. Knowing she is cared for and has all she needs is so wonderful. The staff are amazing and she has so many things offered for her to do. She enjoys all the activities. We know we made the right choice by moving her here.

This is a community that really cares about its residents and their staff. I would highly recommend them to anyone!! My loved one has been very happy with every aspect of living here. The community is always clean and meals are good.

All categories would get a 5 with friendliness being a 10! The people there are wonderful! My mom is very happy there. It is clear that staff members really care about the people that live there. They are friendly, inviting , and encouraging.

I recently downsized and relocated into a senior living community. I explored several locations in Fort Wayne and settled on Georgetowne. I first moved in to assisted living to wait until an independent living cottage was available. That happened and I'm now in a cottage. I want to share reasons one should consider Georgetowne. The entire staff is experienced, knowledgeable, respectful, and caring. I found that this translates to residents as well and sets the tone for the environment. Staff and residents welcome newcomers. I am amazed at the expertise of the technical/maintenance staff that maintain these facilities. The dining staff is exceptional with well planned meals and service. Activities are well planned monthly for all at the complex. You have the opportunity to chat with the Director monthly to share concerns, comments, or ideas. There is a cottage chairperson who is great at staying in touch with those of us in cottages and addressing any questions.

Aspen Grove community has been the best thing our mom has experience. She has said the meals that are prepared are really tasty and good. When it comes to the activities they have things like cooking, bowling, bingo, etc. We would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

I would rate all 5, such a friendly place always. My mother says she really likes it there , and I enjoy seeing her happy. It is always clean the food looks great and everyone is so involved, you can tell that their smiles are real. I just think they are very committed to their jobs, I mean what ever job they have there they seem totally engaged, smiling when you walk by, stopping in to see if Mom needs assistance to dinner, just a great place overall.

My mom currently lives at Holiday The Jefferson and she is very happy at this facility. Everything has been great! The facility is very clean. The staff is great. I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

When it comes to the meals and dining as well as the activities, we cannot evaluate due to the lack of using the dining room and the short time our loved one was living there. We do really liked the staff and place but was not there but a few days. . I will say that the staff was very helpful with our situation and refunded part of our rent in the end. You can use my name. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would most definitely recommend the community to other families.

The tour was ok but the feel was more like a nursing home. Plus The rooms were smaller and more expensive than what we are paying at another community. The admin people were very nice and informative.

They got moved in on [date removed] and sad to say that on [date removed] [name removed]passed away. Leaving my sister [name removed] lost. The staff at independence village of East Lansing have worked very hard and so careful helping [name removed] cope with the loss of her husband of 55+ years. There's so much I can go on about IVEL in just a short time that they've been there and have felt very blessed and lucky to have found a place like independent village of east Lansing. The staff there are amazing. The two things that really stood out to me was I saw him visit at lot of places, and this one they asked me what they like and dislike like they wanted to know them personally they weren't just a number and two I asked where do they go when they go to eat? Which table do they sit at and they are assigned tables so when you do not show up they're looking for you they want to know are you OK? Where are you, they're calling for you where in some of the other places I went to visit they said all they just sit anywhere. Accountability and before they met them, they wanted to know things about them which I thought was very, very nice.

I did not expect to like this as much as I do. Staff, comfortable space, details of activities, food, calm friendly residents. CLEAN and beautiful light, green outside available - could be such a better quality of life than alone.

I love how this place treats the residents and families like we are all family. It has a family vibe all the way through the facility. They have wonderful food and do some neat activities with them. I appreciate it so much.

The Wellington at Conroe is a small, 20 bed Assisted Living facility. The facility is clean and everyone is friendly. It is located in a nice neighborhood and my Mom likes sitting out on her porch looking at the trees and listening to the birds sing. It is a good location for her. The meals are great! The care services, staff, and activities are good. Thus far, I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

My mom is currently a resident at The Waterford at Plano and everything has been great for her at this facility. From my experience visiting, the staff is always friendly and welcoming. I have witnessed several of the activities and they are great. My mom is enjoying the place and meeting new people. I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

This is a great facility. Staff is so helpful & truly care about the residents they serve. The facility is very clean. It has a very home like feel. This was the best decision we made in placing our loved one here. If you are looking for the BEST AL facility in the area, look no further. Call Whispering Pines Village- you will not be disappointed. Truly a 5* facility!
