Help us at a time when time was of the essence.everything went smoothly.my moms only been there a couple weeks but I think she really likes it.she raves about the food! She excited about the activities.

My parents moved into the Wellington in May and absolutely love it! They have a 2 bed room apartment with a beautiful porch and they feel like “they live on a farm” with the view of the property next door. They have raved about the staff and the activities they are involved in. I work in Assisted Living at another facility and love the fact that I am able to whole heartily recommend the Wellington to families looking for a facility when I am unable to help them. Thank you so much to the team at The Wellington for everything you do!

What our family really likes the most about The Wellington at North Richland Hills is definitely the staff members working there. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to other families.

In spite of not wanting to put my loved one in a facility, I absolutely love The Waterford and its staff. While no one place will ever provide the same care we gave our loved one, no matter what issues crop up or what care I request be added, the staff is on top of the matter and handled immediately. I really feel that they care for each resident, genuinely. Our loved one is in their memory care wing called Magnolia Trails. They provide plenty of activities to keep the residents busy. They are great at redirecting the residents when needed. Such as when my loved one keeps hiding in her room. The staff allows her time to be in her room but then brings her back out with the others to socialize. Their meals are definitely well thought out and healthy. Plenty of food at each meal. I could write more, but I digress. I absolutely recommend The Waterford.

My sister and I are so thankful for the staff at Willow Grove of Sherwood. We had to find a safe place for our mom where she could enjoy her independence yet have someone to care for her 24/7. Willow Grove has provided wonderful service for our mother. From the moment we toured the community until present day,she has enjoyed everyday there. Thank you,thank you all for making my family feel loved and cared for. I would highly recommend Willow Grove to all my friends.

The meals and dining service gets a 5+. My favorite thing about this community is definitely the meals that are prepared. The menus are excellent and meals again are just outstanding. Based on the experience I have had so far, I would definitely recommend this community to other families.

My mom has been living at ROC for a few years now, and it’s a place she calls home! She loves her spacious apartment, her community of freind’s, and the professional and caring staff. It’s reassuring to know there is a nurse 24/7 and a doctor who visits the community weekly. The management team of Melissa and Carrie are great communicators, and the staff is amazing!

My mom has been at American House for over 2 years. The building is clean and beautiful. My mom's space is bright and cozy. She loves her apartment. Mom has a great relationship with the residents and staff. She enjoys the entertainment they bring in and the outings they go on weekly. It was not an easy decision to find a new place for mom to call home, but we have been happy with American House. Despite the changes over the years, mom is happy with her home there. I highly recommend taking a tour of American House if you are making the difficult decision of where to move your loved one who needs care beyond what you can provide.

Autumn Glen is a great and enjoyable place for my mother. This assisted living goes above and beyond to make everyone feel comfortable in their homes and have nice activities and all the nurses and CNA’s take time with my mother to make sure she has want she needs when I’m not there. It’s hard putting your mother in assisted living. I feel very blessed that we have a great place for our mother. Where she gets three meals a day and gentle warm care all day so we do not have to worry about her not being taken care of and be happy in her new home.

Whispering Pines staff was amazing. My father-in-law was there and they went above and beyond to provide him everything he needed. They are an amazing, caring group of people that treat their residents like they truely care. I higly recommend this location for any of your loved ones.

My daughter found this place for me when I was living in OKC and wanted me closer to her in San Antonio. My home here is a blessing. I love it so much. Staff are wonderful and we are all greeted by our name when we see them. The activities director is wonderful. Goes far above the call of duty to provide fun activities for all of us. I feel blessed every day to be here in this loving place called home.

They were the 1st to respond. I loved the facility after the tour. It was in her price range. It's friendly, clean, caring and they have lots of activites for your loved ones.

My mom stays here and the community, staff, and other residents are so nice and caring. The activities they have for the residents are so fun as well and interactive. The food is good and if you don’t like the food they serve they are willing to bring you a fresh plate of food

It is a place where you can receive all the good attention in the world. You can also make good friends and feel like family.Their workers will make you feel like family.The residents are wonderful people, very friendly. They make you feel like you are in a hotel, because the service is very good

I have been to The Waterford Thousand Oaks many times. The staff is amazing and it shows they really care for their residents. I love visiting this facility. I highly recommend this fax to any family or friends

The residents at Autumn Glen have a great facility with caring staff. They are always very helpful to make sure the needs of residents are just cared for…they are very well cared for!! From details like keeping the facility clean and organized, to providing a variety of entertainment, to the food choices…it’s a place we like. Speaking of food….it’s thankfully not frozen tv dinners! The food isn’t necessarily a 5-star Michelin restaurant. But the food should definitely be a high point for the residents. I believe much of the food is prepared fresh and is very tasty. Kudos to the chef, nurses, maintenance, director, and all the others which make Autumn Glen is wonderful facility for those needing assisted living in a reliable and comfortable environment.

I will tell you one thing that I did not care for, they authorized a physical therapy and a speech therapist without crossing it or getting my acknowledgment of it and now the insurance will not pay the bills. They had forgotten that my loved one is on the autism scale. So her communication skills are not great. The staff is very friendly. I particularly enjoy their Activities Director. He engages so well with all of the residents. The every day nursing staff is very good and conscientious and get my sister her vitamins and her meds on a schedule that works really well. The meals are quite good, they've had a few that weren't but I would say 90% of them are very good. They offer wonderful alternatives to the residents as well. I just wish the nurse in charge would have been a little more forthcoming and displayed better communication skills with me regarding my sister, that she obviously does not know all that well. By trying to pressure her into speech therapy and what not she actually alienated her to the experience there. She wanted to come home and with her dementia she couldn't remember why, but the dates all correlate with the dates that the nurse decided she needed these therapies that we're not approved.

No one wants to leave their own home, but if you or your loved one needs a safe family-like atmosphere, Autumn Glen is the new home for you. The activities and programs are entertaining and the food is delicious! The staff is outstanding, from the top down!!! You will get to know them all by name. So if your loved one is lonely, or needs some extra care because of their health, I would highly recommend Autumn Glen. My father and brother live at Autumn Glen, and I have felt confident knowing they were treated with respect and given outstanding care: physically and emotionally. Spiritual opportunities are an option as well. After a visit at AG, I walk out knowing they are in great hands!

I have been very happy living here. The staff are very helpful and the food is very satisfying. I have been made to feel like I'm home since moving here. They always help with anything I need. I'm very happy and I can't think of any other place I'd rather be at this time in my life.
