Mom is very happy at The Waterford at Ironbridge. When she presses her call button, someone responds very promptly. And with a smile! Our family has much less stress, and it’s great to visit and spend time with Mom, knowing she is also happy. We know that if she needs help any time of day, she doesn’t have to wait till one of her children can get there. The staff has been very responsive to any of our concerns.

Very caring staff and residents. They always seem to look out for each other. Food is always excellent and residents can dine anytime between 7 am and 7 pm with a choice of the special or something off the menu.

The entire staff at Waterford is a great group of caring people that truly care about the what's best for the tenants living there. It's very comforting to know my father is in the best of care. Thanks to everyone at Waterford!

My dad is a Waterford resident & the staff treat him like family. I told my kids when I'm at the age where I need assisted living, move me to the Waterford! I love [names removed] and all the staff at Waterford! THE BEST IN THE 417!

Myself and others had a very good experience on Friday in the rotunda. We had a Party in Pink (Breast Cancer). It was very good and the food was so good, decorations cool. Food was delicious and our Activities Director did an excellent job, very pretty.

Staff is wonderful- it is a great family environment with lots of smiles and happiness.

My loved one is currently a resident at The Waterford at Fort Worth and overall her experience at this facility has been very good. The staff is friendly and the housekeeping staff does a good job. However, there is a pest issue and they do not spray the rooms on a regular basis. The care services, meals and activities are good. Overall, I would recommend The Waterford at Fort Worth to others.

It was a very easy process. She is in independent living and not receiving any care. Meals and dining - so far so good. They went through a staff change and sometimes very small things are wrong like not getting something they ordered? but nothing really bad. She likes all the exercise classes. As compared to other places this was very reasonable

Upon entering staff was welcoming, residents were happy, content. Rooms are spacious, many activities to chose from. Was there during meal time looks delicious.

The price is too high in my opinion but it is a very nice place. Extremely friendly staff! Beautiful facility...Very clean! Very helpful whenever I have questions or concerns!

What our family likes the most about the Whispering Pines Village is the staff. The staff members and the accommodations there have been wonderful. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would absolutely recommend this community to other families.

My family is glad to have someone who can look out for me, yesterday I was not feeling well and they gave me a ride to the emergency room so I didn't have to call my family to do it. They are also happy that I am making friends. Other comments- residents are friendly and welcoming. 3 residents stopped by to introduce themselves while the movers were still bringing my stuff in. Yes I would recommend this community to others. I am happy here

Happy with service

Staff sends my pictures of Mom playing indoor golf putting, sit down exercise, and they call them "queens" and it makes the residents smile and laugh. There is true engagement between staff and residents. They don't sit behind a desk. My mom is very happy there in Memory Care. If happiness, engagement, and kind staff is a priority, then Waterford is perfect. It's not the fanciest, but the homelike atmosphere and laughter is really invaluable.

From first visit. [name removed]has been amazing Tour of the apartments answering questions And no question unanswered [name removed] was also great. It’s the feel of love and wanting to assure that our family will be loved and cared for.

They need to get their food service situated. It's a regular occurrence that they don't even serve meals and/or run out of food. It's nice, but the food situation is a huge disappointment. These folks are counting on (and paying for) 3 meals per day and not getting them. It has a drastic impact on the health and wellness of the residents. They appeared to have everything needed.

The entire overall experience with LaurelHurst and LaurelWoods is something our family likes the most and based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to other families.

Autum Glen is a clean and respectable facility, whose administration is very professional, warm friendly, and has the best interest of their cliental first in providing great health care. [name removed] is my Mother-in -law and refers to the facility as her Home. She is very pleased with the food and personal care given to her. There is not enough Stars for approval on how I feel about this facility. Management is Top Notch in all aspects.
