We moved my father in law in last spring and he has adjusted well. The staff is kind and patient with him. We weren’t sure how he would adjust but he has done so beautifully. He enjoys the desserts the most!

The community is a great fit for Mom. The staff is excellent, the food is delicious and Mom enjoys the activities. We are very satisfied. She has lived here almost two years and enjoys every minute of it.

I have had an exceptional visit with staff and residents looking forward to moving my loved one in for January. The meal was delicious I know my mom will love it. Three meals a day sounds great I will refer my friends also.

I recently vacationed in Wisconsin, and had the chance to visit my mother in law [name removed], several times at The Waterford in West Bend. The atmosphere is fun and friendly, and the staff I met were kind and professional. Her personal needs are taken care of, the meals are delicious, and there are many extra activities for her to participate in. She really enjoys playing Bingo and crafting, and I was able to share a concert with group participation that everyone enjoyed. I'm pleased we were able to find this place for [name removed] to live where she can get the care she needs while enjoying her life as much as possible.

I am a resident of The Waterford. I love that there is always something fun to do here. I also love the variety of entertainment that we have here in this community. We have a very good Activities Director. She is always helpful and kind.

The staff at The Waterford is very accommodating with my needs. I especially like the freedoms that I have. For example, I can drive my car and go out with my friends, or I can go to the store. Overall, I rate this community 5 stars.

The staff at the Waterford is very nice and welcoming. Magnolia Trails is a Memory Care community that is inside The Waterford. It is small enough for individualized attention to each of the residents.

I live at the Waterford; the staff and residents are very nice. The apartments are well kept, spacious and beautiful. The staff is caring across the board. This community is a place where I can connect with other residents and staff.

I love the variety of great programs that are offered at The Waterford. The Activity Director is very nice and helpful. I love all the outings. We go on lunch outings and shopping trips. I love everything about living here.

My cousin has been a resident for two years at Waterford. She had reached a point where she could no longer care for herself. Tending to her needs are not easy and the staff at Waterford have done a great job.

I researched many places and read reviews before touring locations to consider. I toured first then brought my mom. Whitley Place was top of the list and their reputation was on point with the reviews. My mom sat and talked with other residents, excitedly inviting her to join them in living at Whitley Place. I knew when we toured she was getting excited about it. She was anxious about moving, but the staff made her feel at ease. She fell in love with the studio that is now her home. Any issues we had were addressed quickly and above our expectations. The other residents have welcomed my mom right in. The activities director is like none other. All the residents love her and the activities. She is so genuine and fun. She along with other staff that show genuine kindness to the residents. I can't express how grateful I am to everyone at Whitley Place for helping me care for my mom. Best choice we made!!

My husband is in the Magnolia Trails Memory Care Unit at The Waterford at West Bend. The caregivers are fantastic. They treat the residents like family. The facility is clean and orderly. I feel my husband is safe and comfortable in his room.

I toured The Waterford at Plano earlier this year and decided to move in right away. I've made many new friends and we have become like family. The location is convenient to a variety of stores & restaurants. We have a lot if activities as well.
