I performed at this location (sang songs of the 50' & 60's) and I was truly impressed by the staff's genuine interaction with ALL the residents at my show. It was like watching "family taking care of family"...

I can't begin to thank everyone at the Regency for the wonderful care and concern for my great-aunt. She started out in Assisted Living, upgraded to Independent Living and then Special Care before she passed. Each division was wonderfully maintained, the food was very good and the staff meet all our needs. Not everyone agrees but everyone is different and people expect different things. It's called adapting to changes. My auntie had been widowed for many years and had no children of her own. She made many good friends and had a very good life here. The food was not always as she would prepare something but she was just so glad she didn't have to cook and received a nicely prepared, hot meal! She adjusted quite well and was lucky she didn't have restrictions on her diet. I wish I could reserve a room for myself!!!

Loving Arms has a beautiful view of Skyline drive. It is a peaceful atmosphere. The staff is dedicated to their residents they treat them like family

Carol, Put my wife at easy that her mother would be well taken care of. It so nice to have her mother close to daughter. Carol took the time to explain things and show us around, a real pleasure to work with. Pat seem to keep them busy.

The best facility we visited hands down. Like being in your own home. I thank goodness for the staff every day. Yes, it's pricey but the piece of mind is worth it. I know my mother is being well cared for and is safe.

The staff were all very kind snd caring and loved my husband. They are just short staffed so some of them were working very long shifts.

The staff at Seasons of Danvers was awesome. Right from my first meeting with [name removed] the Director of Seasons I new it was the right choice. She did a thorough interview with me regarding my brother. When I explained that he has Celiac she brought in the Chef [name removed] he explained that he would have Gluten free options at all meals. My brother entered Seasons in March weighing 128# when he was discharged [date removed]he was a healthy 210# thanks to Chef [name removed] and his staff. The activities were great to aid [name removed] turn around, he became very social and was the Pied Piper of Seasons. I can't say enough about the care and compassion that he received. Thank God for Seasons of Danvers.

Honestly prices & the fact that it's 1.5 years private pay spend down then transition to Medicaid & you can stay in current apartment

Cleanliness and smelled fresh and clean. Newly updated. I would recommend to others.

We are very impressed with the care given to the residents and how they get them out of their rooms to interact with each other. They have their program set up so the residents do exercises on a daily basis and they participate in other activities such as trivia games and craft activities. These are things our loved one had not done at his prior residence and he loves it. Their activity director seems to have an endless amount of energy! I am also very impressed with how clean this place is, from the common areas to the individual room. I have stopped in at various times to visit and our loved one’s room has always been immaculate. I am not quite as impressed with the meals that are served but the residents don’t seem to complain so it seems satisfactory. Their brochure describes a ritual where they are given a warm washcloth to wash their hands before meals as a soothing experience. But I have never seen that happen. These are the reasons I only gave four stars

Compared to the larger facilities we felt that the smaller Aspen felt more home like and she would not be shut away in an apartment. The other facilities offered features she didn't need and we didn't want to pay for.

My loved one was previously a resident at Aspen Woods of Vernon Hills. Overall, the staff were great, friendly and helpful but they were usually understaffed. The food, as in most similar places, is not very good. All in all, I would recommend Aspen Woods of Vernon Hills to others.

Generally, we have been happy except for a few instances involving caregivers and jewelry that went missing off of my mom's neck. There were also some issues during the transition. We appreciate the sense of community among the family members who visit.

I like the setting- seems "homier" than most of the other facilities I visited. High turnover rate w/ staff as I'm sure it is w/ most healthcare facilities. Initially had some problems w/ getting meds to my Dad on a consistent basis at assigned times (for Parkinson's) but I think we finally have that resolved.

It was the best fit for myself and mothers care. It's close within our current budget compared to 4 other care facilities I looked at. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The view from the facility... it sits between George Washington National Forest and Shenandoah National Park in the valley... plus there is a beautiful vineyard behind it and your able to view all this from Shenandoah Senior Living. They take the seniors on trips up on Skyline Drive and let them see the views from the overlooks.

We chose Canton Regency because it seemed like the best fit at the time. We also liked the way all of the staff treated us when we came to visit. Just like everyone else right now - they were understaffed, but overall I would recommend the facility to others.

Had several tours and was challenge to make a decision for our loved one.

Did not see many residents engaged in activity. A few were watching TV. No sample menu or activity schedule was given to me

The staff is very friendly and caring and they have a good community of residences. the community is clean and they have some activities although i would like to see a better varity. I would recommend this community to others based on my experience

[name removed] was thorough and gracious. Did not rush me. Took as much time as necessary. Tour was great considering we are just beginning to allow nonresidents inside nursing homes. She provided staff to answer my additional questions. Left feeling I had adequate information to make a decision concerning them.
